A Study on the Drapery Presented in Costume The purpose of this study is to find esthetic characteristic of a drapery costume throughout Greece costume and modern fashion. For this purpose, documentary studies were proceed. And photos of the drapery costume were analyzed. Drape is the hang or fall of fabric when made into a garment is an important quality to consider indesigning. Fabric falling in folds in the garment as seen on statues of ancient Greece ; most outstanding modern versions made by designer Gres and Vionnet. Greek costume was in drapery types mostly and a feature created the vest esthetic effert on simplicity with ornament of drapery. Grecian were expressed pure beauty and natural beauty throughout their drapery costume. Madame Gres is widely considered one of the most talented greece for inspiration of the couture, ranked by many with Vionnet. They shows in their mastery of Greek draping -el-egance and simplicity- And also, they always implicity emphasized the relationship between clothing and the female body. Therefore drapery costume admired beauty of pure human body Clothing is expressed which wanted to get the nature and human, search for the losed nature of modern men. In conclusion, the characteristic of drapery costume from ancient greece to modern, timeless concerned human\`s lives and recurring humanity.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the impacts of psychological empowerment and transformational leadership on organizational commitment among hospital nurses. Method: The sample consisted of 279 nurses from 3 university affiliated hospitals. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using Pearson correlation and hierarchical regression. Result: Transformational leadership has greater influence on organizational commitment for nurses. Psychological empowerment and three transformational leadership(charisma, individualized consideration and inspiration) has direct effects on organizational commitment. Psychological empowerment did not interact the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. Conclusion: The results imply that nurse managers should exercise transformational leadership and empowering behaviors for nurses to be committed in organization.

Advent of new imaging modalities such as computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound contributed greately to the specific imaging diagnosis. However plain chest X-ray is still most prequently used for imaging diagnosis of respiratory disease in clinical pratic and it is important to make a good quality of X-ray film and good interpretation. The optimal chest X-ray should be taken with full inspiration without rotation and motion and the exposure is at the level of barely demonstrable thoracic vertebral disc space. It is recommended that higk KVP technique for detection of lesions which is overlaped by mediastinum, heart and rib cage. It is better to examine chest X-ray film start at some distance(6-8 feet) and closer to the film later on and the reader should not read a film in fatigue condition. The reading room should be quiet and relately dark illumination. It is important, to make a good X-ray film and good interpretation to reduce the observer error.

This research deals with a new concept regarding creative enlargement in order for useful space composition. Focusing exclusively on those offices that express in design terms a commitment to such concepts as team-Working, just-in-time Working, virtual and mobile working and those using the newest technological tools and the latest space-planning concepts available. Emphasis is placed on how an office environment can be designed to encourage group working, the sharing of knowledge, a spirit of community within larger organizations, and non-territorial working-employees that work where and how they want supported by cordless technologies.

Reconnaissance robots can reduce the danger of hazardous places by providing information before human personnel take action. For the usage, robot platform should be small and light. However, this fact leads to a scaling issue with terrain that landscape poses a huge obstacle for the vehicle. The problem can be solved by the inspiration of nature. This paper presents design of the locomotive mechanism inspired by Pill bugs. The mechanism was designed by the principles of a pill bug's locomotion and experiments were conducted to validate the mechanism.

The auther experienced a case of difficult decannulation in a 52-day-old male infant, in which decannulation was performed at one and half years after tracheostomy. Tracheostomy was performed for the maintenance of airway due to severe dyspnea, cyanosis, retraction of suprasternal notch and epigastrium during the inspiration with acute laryngotracheobronchitis. The patient became gradually adjusted to the continual cannula corking training along with growing process over the period of 18 months.

The role of fabric now directly related with the expression of the beauty of clothing and it provides new and creative ideas. This study was aimed at reviewing basic data that can be used in systematic design development through fabric expression for today's fashion designers who must study unique, original fashion design development. For systematic development of design technique through fabric expression, fabric expression methods and characteristics, aesthetic characteristics and fabric design of 'art to wear' were reviewed and the results are as follows. First, the highly wrought fabric expression of art to wear was confirmed to be comprehending a message within itself. Second, aesthetic characteristics of fabric expression used in art to wear can be classified as decorativeness, extensity, 2-D pictorialness, handicraft, compounding and rearrangement, and 3-D characteristics. Third, the 6 aesthetic characteristics have unique design features and aesthetic categories. The understanding the fabric expression techniques through study on the classification of the fabric expression in 'art to wear' is expected to be extended to proposition of creative direction and inspiration of modern fashion.

This work aims at the design of the artwork for the atrium of a furniture department store. In complying with the request of the building owner I have established the basic concept, 'silence in movement - movement in silence', to design a artwork, which not only can make the various atmospheres in the store to the unique one, but also arrange an emotional stability for the visitors. Most exhibited furnitures are those that demand particular interests from the visitors, and the exhibition scale is enormous. So it is difficult to sustain the continuous inspiration and the emotional stability, and also it is hard to make the store have the consequent image. This problem can be resolved through the installation of the artwork that can evoke the visitor to the abundant sensitive receivability. The materials, which are used tp express the basic concept, are water, concrete, light and aluminium that represent a unified harmony in a contrast each other.

Over 3.8 billion years, through evolution nature came up with many effective continually improving solutions to its challenges. Humans have always been inspired by nature capabilities in problems solving and innovation. These efforts have been intensified in recent years where systematic studies are being made towards better understanding and applying more sophisticated capabilities in this field that is increasingly being titled biomimetics. The ultimate challenge to this field is the development of humanlike robots that talk, interpret speech, walk, as well as make eye-contact and facial expressions with some capabilities that are exceeding the original model from nature. This includes flight where there is no creature that is as large, can fly as high, carry so heavy weight, fly so fast, and able to operate in extreme conditions as the aircraft and other aerospace systems. However, there are many capabilities of biological systems that are not feasible to mimic using the available technology. In this paper, the state-of-the-art of some of the developed biomimetic capabilities, potentials and challenges will be reviewed.
