후설치 콘크리트 세트앵커의 인발파괴거동에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Pullout Failure Behavior of Post-installed Concrete Set Anchor)

  • 최근 토목구조물의 보수 보강 및 리모델링시 구조부재를 부착시키거나 고정하는데 있어서 시공의 유연성 및 용이성으로 후설치 앵커의 사용량이 증가하고 있는 실정이지만 현재 우리나라에서는 설계자와 시공자가 신뢰할 수 있는 명확한 설계기준이 없는 상태로서 외국의 설계기준에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 무근콘크리트에 매입된 앵커에 인발하중이 작용할 때 앵커의 다양한 파괴모드는 콘크리트 파괴, 쪼갬파괴, 강재파괴, 뽑힘파괴 및 측면파괴가 발생한다. 이것은 강재의 인장 강도, 콘크리트 강도, 매입 깊이, 앵커 간격, 연단거리와 인접 앵커의 존재에 따라 달라진다. 본 연구에서는 매입깊이, 앵커간격 및 연단거리를 변수로 한 후설치 콘크리트 세트앵커의 인발파괴실험을 통하여 무근콘크리트에 매입된 후설치 세트앵커의 인발거동에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.

장선슬래브를 갖는 소형평형 벽식구조 아파트 바닥구조의 중량충격음 특성 (Heavy-weight Impact Sound Characteristics of Floor Structure of a Small-Sized Wall-Slab Apartment Building having Joist Slab)

  • 이 논문에서는 최근 사회적인 이슈로 대두된 바닥충격음 중 특히 중량충격음을 저감시키기 위한 방법의 일환으로, 바닥슬래브의 두께를 증가시키는 기존의 방식과는 달리 평판형 슬래브에 장선을 설치하여 바닥슬래브의 강성을 증가시킴으로써 고유진동수의 이동을 통한 중량충격음의 저감 효과를 기대할 수 있는 장선바닥슬래브를 제안하고, 장선의 춤과 간격에 따른 중량충격음 특성을 해석적으로 분석하였다. 해석결과, 장선슬래브의 슬래브 두께가 증가할수록 음압레벨이 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으나 일정 두께 이상에서는 큰 차이를 보이지 않아 바닥두께 증가로 인한 중량충격음 차단 기대효과에는 임계치가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 장선 춤의 증가와 간격 감소에 따른 바닥강성의 증가는 일관된 중량충격음 차단성능의 증가로 이어지지 않아 최적의 중량충격음 차단성능을 기대하기 위해서는 주택의 유형별로 각기 다른 장선 춤과 간격이 적용되어야 할 것으로 판단되며, 100mm 정도 장선 춤의 증가나 간격 감소로 약 1dB~2dB정도의 중량충격음 감소효과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • This paper presents an analysis of the contents of job for the sensory inspection on the basis of the probability theory, and the new determination for an index(d') of the testing power precision in carrying out sensory inspections. Also presented are the evaluation method of determining the ability of inspector by presuming the confidence interval for the average record of inspector, and the computation method for the index (de') of the testing power precision required as the goal-value in accordance with quality character, process inferior ratio, and required AOQ.

차세대 고속열차의 레일표면 결함 검출 시스템 (Rail Surface Defect Detection System of Next-Generation High Speed Train)

  • In this paper, we proposed the automatic vision inspection system using multi-layer perceptron to detect the defects occurred on rail surface. The proposed system consists of image acquisition part and analysis part. Rail surface image is acquired as equal interval using line scan camera and lighting. Mean filter and dynamic threshold is used to reduce noise and segment defect area. Various features to characterize the defects are extracted. And they are used to train and distinguish defects by MLP-classifier. The system is installed on HEMU-430X and applied to analyze the rail surface images acquired from Honam-line at high speed up to 300 km/h. Recognition rate is calculated through comparison with manual inspection results.

  • A production/inventory system is considered in which a production facility produces one type of product. The demand for the product is given by a compound Poison process and is supplied directly from inventory when inventory is available and is lost when inventory is out of stock. The processing time to produce one item is assumes to follow a general distribution. An (s, S) policy is considered in which production stops at the instant the stock on hand reachs S and the setup of the production facility begins at an inspection point when the stock on hand drops to or below s for the first time. The time interval between two successive inspection points during a non-production period is a random variable which follows a general distribution.

PRO-LOCA를 이용한 원전 배관의 파손확률에 대한 민감도 해석 (Sensitivity Analyses of Failure Probability of Pipes in Nuclear Power Plants using PRO-LOCA)

  • Recently a new version of PRO-LOCA program was released. Using the program, failure probability of pipes can be evaluated considering fatigue and/or stress corrosion crack growth and the effects of various parameters on the integrity of pipes in nuclear power plants can be evaluated quantitatively. The analysis results can be used to establish an inspection plan and to examine the effects of important parameters in a maintenance plan. In this study, sensitivity analyses were performed using the program for several important parameters including sampling method, initial crack size, number of initial fabrication flaws, operation temperature, inspection interval, operation temperature and nominal applied bending stress. The effect of parameters on the leak and rupture probability of pipes was evaluated due to fatigue or stress corrosion crack growth.

교량의 경험적 손상도 곡선 (Empirical Fragility Curves for Bridge)

  • This paper presents a statistical analysis of empirical fragility curves for bridge. The empirical fragility curves are developed utilizing bridge damage data obtained from the 1995 Hyogoken Nanbu(Kobe) earthquake. Two-parameter lognormal distribution functions are used to represent the fragility curves with the parameters estimated by the maximum likelihood method. This paper also presents methods of testing the goodness of fit of the fragility curves and estimating the confidence intervals of the two parameters(median and log-standard deviation) of the distribution. An analytical interpretation of randomness and uncertainty associated with the median is provided.

철근의 깊이, 굵기 및 간격이 GPR 신호에 미치는 영향 조사 (Examination on the influence of Depth, Size and Interval of Rebar on the Signal of Ground Penetrating Radar)

  • Ground penetrating radar(GPR) was applied for measuring depths, sizes and intervals of rebars embedded in concrete. A concrete wall was constructed for this study and a sand pool and a concrete block were used for simulation. Result of this study shows that GPR can be used for measuring rebar depths and intervals, even though it is limitary, but that measuring sizes is almost impossible. Simulation with the sand pool was helpful for research on the versatile rebar arrays though signal was not clear as real concrete wall. A concrete block with many cylindrical holes for inserting different sized rebars could not be used for simulator due to many unknown reflective waves. Antenna orientation must be perpendicular to rebars for large reflection signal.

국내 기후와 환경에 적합한 터널브래킷 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Appropriate Tunnel Bracket using in Korea Peninsula)

  • Tunnel bracket is used in railway tunnel area in order to maintain insulation. Insulator performance evaluation test is proceeded refer to IEC 61109 but it is impossible to reflect all the field condition where insulator installed. Korea has clear four season in climatic condition and peninsula with lots of mountain in geomorphology condition. Tunnel bracket material which used in korea are butyl rubber, polymer and silicone. Most of them were installed without any internal climatic and geomorphology condition. According to the KORAIL operation data most of the insulator break down occurs in tunnel. So interval of inspection period is shorter then any other insulator and lots of maintenance cost incurs. Most major railway advanced country such as germany and japan maintain tunnel bracket with their own experience. For example visual inspection carried out with in one or two years and detailed inspection carried out between three to five years. This paper analyzed materials and shapes of tunnel bracket to in order to find optimized one in korea peninsula. Proposed bracket were tested under regulation and experience field data. Finally it was installed at the field and evaluated until now.

  • 2014년 1월부터 아 태지역 Tokyo-MOU에서는 새로운 점검체제인 NIR를 도입하여 항만국통제(PSC)를 시행하고 있다. NIR의 가장 큰 특징은 기존 TF방식과 달리 회사의 안전관리수준까지 평가하여 선박의 위험도 수준을 고위험, 표준위험, 저위험 선박 등 3단계로 분류하고 그 수준에 따라 PSC 점검주기를 달리하는 것이다. 특히, 국제안전경영(ISM)코드의 안전관리체제(SMS)와 관련된 결함과 6개이상의 결함수, 출항정지이력 등은 선박의 위험도수준 평가에 큰 영향을 미치게 되었다.
