  • In the fuzzy control for the multi-variable system, it is difficult to obtain the fuzzy rule. Therefore, the parallel structure of the independent single input-single output fuzzy controller using a pairing between the input and output variable is applied to the multi-variable system. The concept of relative gain matrix is used to obtain the input-output pairs. However, among the input/output variables which are not paired the interactive effects should be taken into account. these mutual coupling of variables affect the control performance. Therefore, for the control system with a strong coupling property, the control performance is sometimes lowered. In this paper, the effect of mutual coupling of variables is considered by tile introduction of a simple compensator. This compensator adjusts the degree of coupling between variables using a neural network. In this proposed neuro-fuzzy controller, the Neural network which is realized by back-propagation algorithm, adjusts the mutual coupling weight between variables.

  • A linear input/output data-based predictive control with integral action is developed. The control input is obtained directly from the input/output data in a single step. However, the state estimation in subspace identification gives a biased estimate and there is model mismatch when the controller is applied to a nonlinear process. To overcome such difficulties, we add integral action to a linear input/output data-based predictive controller by augmenting the integrated white noise disturbance model and use each of best linear unbiased estimation(BLUE) filter and Kalman filter as a stochastic observer for the unmeasured disturbance. When applied to a continuous styrene polymerization reactor the proposed controller demonstrates.

3상 Z-소스 PWM 정류기의 입력 AC 전압 센서리스 제어 (Input AC Voltage Sensorless Control for a Three-Phase Z-Source PWM Rectifier)

  • Respect to the input AC voltage and output DC voltage, conventional three-phase PWM rectifier is classified as the voltage type rectifier with boost capability and the current type rectifier voltage with buck capability. Conventional PWM rectifier can not at the same time the boost and buck capability and its bridge is weak in the shoot- through state. These problems can be solved by Z-source PWM rectifier which has all characteristic of voltage and current type PWM rectifier. By shoot-through duty ratio control, the Z-source PWM rectifier can buck and boost at the same time, also, there is no need to consider the dead time. This paper proposes the input AC voltage sensorless control method of a three-phase Z-source PWM rectifier in order to accomplish the unity input power factor and output DC voltage control. The proposed method is estimated the input AC voltage by using input AC current and output DC voltage, hence, the sensor for the input AC voltage detection is no needed. comparison of the estimated and detected input AC voltage, estimated phase angle of the input voltage, the output DC voltage response for reference value, unity power factor, FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) of the estimated voltage and efficiency are verified by PSIM simulation.

  • This paper describes design procedure of suboptimal control to minimize a performance index which is represented as sum of square output error and the heat input power in arc welding process. Heat input and temperature of a fixed point on the surface of the material are concerned as input and output of the process, repectively. The suboptimal control law considered here in is a proportional plus integral type and is implemented by using only the output variables available from sensor which is also optimally located in a fixed point w.r.t. a moving weld touch.

  • 본 연구에서는 최근, 산업 전자 기기에서 요구되는 다중 출력 전압을 가지는 PWM 제어 기반 단일 입력/단일 출력 강압형 DC-DC 컨버터 설계 방법을 연구하였다. 강압형 DC-DC 컨버터의 기본 이론을 기반으로 강압형 컨버터의 설계 방법을 결정하였고 다중 레벨의 출력 전압을 선택적으로 얻을 수 있는 단일 입력, 단일 출력 강압형 컨버터에 대한 PWM 제어 기반의 전압 제어 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 설계 방법론의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 하나의 시작품을 설계, 시험 제작하였다. 다음, 시작품을 기반으로 하는 시험 환경 하에서, 고정 입력 전압과 가변 입력 전압에 대해 목표 전압들이 선택적으로 결정될 때 다중 출력 전압들이 목표 전압들을 오차율 7%이내에서 추종하는 것을 확인함으로써 PWM 제어 기반의 전압 제어 방법의 유효성을 검증할 수 있었다.

  • This paper is concerned with the active vibration control of beam equipped with piezoceramic sensors and actuators. The single-input and single-output positive position feedback controller is considered as an active vibration controller for the beam. The proposed single-input and single-output positive position feedback controller can cope with many modes of interest by summing each positive position feedback controller designed for each mode. In this paper, theoretical formulation is first explained in detail. We discuss how to design the single-input and single-output positive position feedback controller for a target structure by considering Euler-Bemoulli beam. It is found that the theories developed in this study are capable of predicting the control system characteristics and its performance.

  • 본 논문에서는 주어진 작업을 반복적으로 수행하는 다입력 다출력 비선형시스템에 대하여 시스템의 (벡터)상대차수 개념을 이용한 확장된 형태의 직접학습제어를 제안한다. 기존의 직접학습제어가 적용될 수 있는 시스템은 상대차수가 제한적인 시스템임을 보이고 고차의 상대차수를 갖는 시스템에 적용 가능한 제어 법칙을 제시한다. 이 제어법칙을 이용하여 다른 형태의 출력 궤적들에 대한 학습을 통하여 얻어진 제어입력들로부터 새로 주어진 원하는 출력 궤적에 대응하는 제어입력을 직접적으로 생성한다. 제안된 직접학습제어의 타당성 및 성능을 보이기 위하여 2축 스카라 로봇에 대한 궤적추종제어의 시뮬레이션 결과를 제시한다

  • An adaptive input-output linearization technique of an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor with a specified output dynamic performance is proposed. The adaptive parameter estimation is achieved by a model reference adaptive technique where the stator resistance and the magnitude of flux linkage can be estimated with the current dynamic model and state observer. Using these estimated parameters, the linearizing control inputs are calculated. With these control inputs, the input-output linearization is performed and the load torque is estimated. The adaptation laws are derived by the Popov's hyperstability theory and the positivity concept. The robustness and the output dynamic performance of the proposed control scheme are verified through the computer simulations.

  • This paper is concerned with the active vibration control of a grid structure equipped with piezoceramic sensors and actuators. The grid structure is a replica of the solar panel commonly mounted on satellites, which contains complex natural mode shapes. The multi input and multi output positive position feedback controller is considered as an active vibration controller for the grid structure. A new concept, the block-inverse technique, is proposed to cope with more modes than the number of actuators and sensors. This study also deals with the stability and the spillover effect associated with the application of the multi-input multi-output positive position feedback controller based on the block inverse technique. It was found that the theories developed in this study are capable of predicting the control system characteristics and its performance. The new multi-input multi-output positive position feedback controller was applied to the test structure using a digital signal processor and its efficacy was verified by experiments..
