In recent, the Korean fisheries industry face an overall crisis. Annual fish catch is continuously decreasing for last two decades even though various programs to improve fish population. Moreover, domestic fish market is more and more occupied by imported cheap fish products from abroad due to the consequence of open economic policy, FTA and WTO/DDA entente. Under the circumstances, this study aims to examine the potential for building fisheries cluster as a policy tool to promote fisheries and fisheries-associated industries in Korea. To achieve this goal, the authors firstly reviewed the theoretical concept of Industrial Cluster in the evolutionary economics point of view, secondly, analyzed the main components of Porterian Cluster(or innovation cluster), thirdly, derived the key reasons to induce the improvement of productivity within the cluster network system and lastly evaluated fisheries capability and industrial infrastructures of each province as a basic condition to build a fisheries cluster. The result of the study demonstrates the voluntary accumulation of fish products and processing techniques in Korea, however, it is not enough to make up a Porterian innovation. Therefore, the present is most opportune for applying fisheries cluster as a strategic policy tool. Government supports to establish innovation cluster for fisheries may contribute both fisheries industry and local economy by developing the latent capacity of fisheries and helping concentrate innovation capabilities.

Purpose - This paper is to review recent literature, by conducting a thorough investigation of the limitations and implications for future research on work-life balance with the focus and linkages between work-life balance practices, machine learning and emotional intelligence, work-life conflict, the correlations between work-life enrichment and work-life balance practices, the relationships between employee job satisfaction and work-life balance, the links between work-life balance and the managerial support. Research design, data, and methodology - The paper will further detail linkages between work-life balance and organizational performance outcomes productivity and innovation. Previous literatures have paid attentions to the link of HR practices and organizational outcomes such as productivity, flexibility, and financial performance, but the understanding needs to be extended to involve innovation performance. Dealing with employees' emotions using different machine learning techniques is one of the phenomenal researches in today's world. Here, we examine how far the employees are conscious of their own self and found the ideas and views of an individual about themselves and others. Without proper knowledge about their personality it will be very difficult for an individual to manage their own emotions. This study also aims at finding out the individual abilities to manage their emotions in order to perform well. Conclusions - A theoretical conceptual framework has been built by integrating the existing literature to explain a number of factors which are closely associated with work-life balance. The conceptual model illustrates how the work-life balance interplays with performance and interrelates with the aforementioned factors.

Purpose: Technological developments make the business competition even tighter. Digitalization makes it easier for business people in their efforts to encourage the formation of consumer buying behavior because of the availability of effective and efficient means of delivering information to be used to make purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of E-Wom and Website Attractiveness on E-Trust and Purchase Decision of online sales on Instagram with innovation acting as a moderating variable. Research design, data and methodology: This research sample is 170 Instagram users who have made online purchases from the local fashion brand. This research is quantitative explanative with data collection using questionnaires and analysis techniques using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using AMOS. Results: The results showed that E-wom had a significant positive effect on Purchase decisions. Web Attractiveness has no significant effect on Purchase Decision. Ewom has a significant positive effect on E-trust. Web Attractiveness has a significant positive effect on E-trust. E-Trust has no significant effect on purchase decisions. Conclusions: Innovation can moderate the effect of E-trust on Purchase decisions. Purchase Decisions can be influenced by E-wom and E-trust, but not Web Attractiveness.

This paper discusses the technical exploration of Ang Lee's cinematic works and the unique visual beauty he presents. Ang Lee has successfully tackled various themes and genres, creating films that harmoniously blend Eastern and Western cultural sensibilities. These films are technologically innovative and show the interaction between technology and art, industry and culture. Therefore, this paper analyses the correlation between film technology and visual beauty in Ang Lee's works, and explores the discourse on how the relationship between film technology and art has changed with the development of film. Furthermore, this paper aims to provide insights into how technological innovation can enhance artistic creativity. The contribution of this study lies in the in-depth exploration of the relationship between film technology and art, with a focus on technological innovation and the visual beauty in Ang Lee's works. The research findings reveal that Ang Lee's films showcase the application of advanced technologies, captivating audiences with their unique visual aesthetics. The utilization of emerging technologies enables his films to possess not only visual impact but also convey profound emotions and themes. We conclude that technological innovation in film not only provides artists with more creative tools and expressive techniques but also, when combined with artistic sensibilities, creates captivating and visually expressive cinematic works. This discovery offers a new perspective for film production and opens up greater possibilities for collaboration between artists and technology experts.

This study focuses on the art style research of the 3D Animation <Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse>, exploring the film's innovation in art design. The article first analyzes how the movie skillfully blends American comics, watercolor painting style, Pollock drip painting, and ink painting, among other artistic techniques, to present a unique visual experience for the audience. By specifically dissecting the character design and scene composition in the movie, it explores the specific application of these art styles and their methods in digital image production. Ultimately, the paper emphasizes the contribution of <Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse> to 3D Animated cinema, particularly its innovation in the field of art design, as well as its inspiration and possibilities for the diversity of art styles in animated films. Overall, this study aims to provide in-depth academic insight into the field of animated film art design and to promote its development and innovation.

Currently, the overall tendency for green and sustainable economic development is creating a circular economy. In actuality, agricultural output is currently benefiting greatly from the growth of the circular economy. The creation of a circular economy helps address resource scarcity, save the environment, combat climate change, and increase economic efficiency. Vietnam's economy can grow quickly and sustainably by shifting to a circular economy production model. Comparing prior growth techniques to the digital age and implementing circular economic development connected with high technology will be a fantastic opportunity to boost growth efficiency. In actuality, Vietnam currently has a large number of agricultural circular economy models. These are models: Creating and using gas from waste and wastewater in livestock and farming; model combining cultivation, livestock, and aquaculture; agro-forestry model; garden-forest model; Circular model using agricultural by-products as a catalyst or creating other valuable products; model of moderation, linked to reducing the use of growth hormones, veterinary medications, pesticides, and artificial fertilizers in agriculture and animal husbandry. Unfortunately, there have been few studies and applications of the aforementioned models, which has made it difficult to build the agricultural sector sustainably. In this paper, we outline the current situation and propose solutions to develop a circular economy model in agriculture in Vietnam for sustainable development.

Daejeon, encompassing Daedeok Science Town and Daedeok Innopolis, possesses the advantage of portraying relatively higher regional innovation capacity and facilitating network formation among regional professional research organizations. Applying the Social Network Analysis(SNA) techniques, this paper focuses on divulging structural and spatial characteristics of the Daejeon Information and Communication(ICT) industry network, analyzing co-research projects implemented by the Daejeon-based universities. For the analytical tool, it depends on NETMINER 3.0. Furthermore, based on the Systems Thinking approaches, this study suggests a couple of policy implications. Judging from the Korea Standard Industrial Classification principles, the existing ICT industry is subdivided into 11 sub-industries. The highest degree centralization value comes from the Mobile Communication sub-industry(188.668%), indicating that Mobile Communication sub-industry exerts the most significant impact on the regional innovation networking in Daejeon. Among various stakeholders, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology(KAIST) records the top ranking in most categories, conspicuously leading the institute-industry linkage. In terms of the ICT spatial distribution, the intra-regional cooperation examples present the strongest linkage values, followed by Daejeon-the Capital Region ones. Finally, as well shown in a series of causal loop analyses, this study recommends that Daejeon should put top policy priority in strengthening the internal ICT network within Daejeon proper. Here, Daejeon should keep in mind the fact that there exist reinforcing loops between Daejeon's attractiveness and the entering of new ICT firms.

It is very necessary to have a creative problem-solving capacities to learn various majors and liberal arts based on the major, and to solve the bottleneck techniques led by students. In this study, the existing creative problem-solving curriculums, 'Methodology of Inventive Problem Solving' based on TRIZ, were improved and applied, and industrial bottleneck techniques were provided to students to solve these techniques. To improve the curriculum, 1) improvement of instructional objectives and learning contents, 2) improvement of evaluation methods and contents (reflecting the evaluation of instructor and students), and 3) learning satisfaction survey were conducted in the following order. As a result of the application of the improved curriculum, the level of activities for each team was improved, and when the core process was well understood, the evaluation of team activities was also excellent, but there was a tendency to focus on methods that are relatively easy to apply in the problem solving process. In the final exam (learning contents evaluation), teams with difficult understanding of the TRIZ theory or low team activities showed a relatively high trend, but the difference in level between divisions was slightly reduced.

Proving the effect of lean construction has yet to be done for its staying poor basic building though there has been efforts and wants to introduce the theory and concept of lean construction in practical site. Therefore, we need to specify the methods of productivity improvement and construction process through various adaptations in the site. Also, to apply such improvement methods systematically, we need active participation of owners, contractors and supply chain members in relation to construction industry and are also require appropriate methods to adapt. At first, this study thinks over the techniques of lean construction that has been verified through studies carried before. For second, it selects the technique of lean construction with the practicality in the construction site. For third, it is aimed to make a manual of lean process management by the use of TACT and V.S.M. For fifth, it will show the method of management for repeated activity and develop a guide-line and procedure that applies the concept of work sequence and resource equalization to each phase of process management. At last, it will show methods of reflecting V.S.M. to improve and grasp the waste factor from the step of managing an activity process and develop the form to analyze the waste in construction site by mapping the value flow.

본 연구는 제조업의 위기탈출을 위한 새로운 방법을 제시하고자 현장 중심적 경영혁신 추진 내용을 정성적 성과와 정량적 성과로 나누어 살펴보았다. 현장 중심적 경영혁신은 관리자 중심의 관리방식에서 현장관리사원 중심의 관리 방식으로 전환하여 현장관리 사원이 당면한 문제점을 신속히 해결해가도록 도와주고 지원해 주는 조직으로 현장경영 교육을 통해서 일과 일이 아닌 것을 구분, 자신이 하고 있는 일의 낭비요인을 찾아 개선하고 고객의 요구에 맞추어 공정기준을 설정한다. 현장관리사원은 작업을 하기 전에 내가 할 일의 공정기준을 정확히 숙지하고, 사용할 원자재의 규격이 일치하는지 자주 검사를 실시하고, 자주 검사를 실시 후 규격을 검토하여 이상이 없으면 다음 공정에 인계해 주는 방법으로 교차 검증을 실시한다. 본 연구결과를 통해 제조기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위해 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. 급변하는 국제적 경영환경 변화에 적응하기 위해 새로운 경영혁신 기법이 요구되는 바, 본 연구가 이를 위한 또 하나의 시사점을 제공한 데 그 의의가 있다.
