사용자 참여설계를 통한 교실공간계획에 관한 연구 - 인천광역시 학교공간 혁신사업 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Classroom Space Planning through User Participation Design - Focusing on the case of School Space Innovation Project in Incheon -)

  • This study is aimed at presenting an efficient management plan of user participatory design in a situation where the School Space Innovation Project is in progress. 2 schools that were the targets of the Incheon School Space Innovation Project in 2019 were selected for this, and features such as the physical environment of that classroom, classroom usage plan, and the stepwise outcome of the user participatory design workshop were contemplated. Especially the workshop outcome was compared and analyzed quantitatively, focusing on the actual master plan and zoning plan, in order to identify the feature that opinions of various users are reflected on the actual plan. As a result, the following conclusion could be reached. Firstly, it was confirmed that the expression about the user preferential space influences the classroom usage plan of that classroom. Vague expressions about the whole space held a large majority of the objects for the linguistic expression of the preferential space. The expression mode as limited as the expression of the actions that users want to carry out in the space. On the other hand, when the usage purpose of the classroom was definite, it was confirmed that the demand for furniture·facility is relatively high. Secondly, according to the analysis of zoning for each function, it seems that the stereotype, which is arranged on the basis of the chalkboard at the front of existing classrooms, was applied in the case of the learning zone. However, in cases of other functions, a tendency was identified that the user carries out an image description that reflects the physical features of the space. Sufficient preparation will need to precede for the efficient management of the user participatory design workshop and the acceptance of various opinions. It seems that especially the classroom usage plan, number of workshops, consultation of each step, and the education about the space expression mode affect the master plan.

과학기술혁신을 위한 National Project의 성공적 정책집행의 요인 (Factors of Successful Policy Implementation in National Projects for Technology Innovation)

  • This research began by recognizing the development of telecommunication skill in a short period of time as one achievement of launching the national research and development (R&D) project for the diversification of telephone service and for the solution of telephone holdup rate. Under this concern, this research is focusing on searching the influential elements on successful outcome by analyzing the case of Time Division Exchange R&D Project carried out by Korea. Those variables for analyzing the case is limited to 7 definite variables, which are "willingness of policy making organization", "participation of manufacturers and buyers", "support from research and development group", "economy of operating methods and selection of machinery", "rate of technology transfer", "support from Fixer", and "quality management". Summarizing the result of analysis, in order to bring about technological innovation, knowledge creation activity leading to upward efficiency through competition and cooperation making a harmony should be done in one mechanism. I.e., launching an innovative policy should be done in an arena of competition and cooperation, where stability of implementing system is achieved, the entity of "Fixer" is an adequate operator, and competition and cooperation is efficiently managed, among where agreement on purpose and professional opinions are reflected.

산업생태계의 기술혁신과 가치창출 구조 변화 (Technology Innovation and Changes on Structure of Value Creation in an Industrial Ecosystem)

  • 산업과 지역의 혁신성과를 높이기 위한 기존의 정책이나 전략들은 지속적인 혁신 활동을 이끌어내고 기술혁신을 확산시키는 데는 한계가 있었다. 이에 대한 대안으로 최근에 혁신생태계가 떠오르고 있다. 이는 혁신 과정에 관련된 주체들의 상호작용이 지속적으로 변화하면서 혁신이 확산된다고 설명한다. 그러나 이 분야의 관련 연구들은 대부분 이론적 프레임웍을 제시하는데 그치고 있으며, 생태계의 구조적 동태성을 실증한 연구는 거의 없다. 본 연구는 산업생태계의 기술혁신에 따른 구조적 동태성을 실증하기 위해 산업기술의 활용을 둘러싼 기업 협력 네트워크에 대해 종단적 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 실증분석을 위해 기업 간 상호작용을 네트워크 데이터로 작성하여 구조적 등위성 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 기술혁신의 확산과 관련된 기업 간 상호작용의 변화는 크게 세 가지의 패턴으로 요약된다. 즉, 기술 활용 방식의 제도화, 규모의 경제에 의한 혁신 확산, 기술 개방에 의한 롱테일 가치창출의 산업 구조가 만들어지면서 기술혁신의 성공적 확산이 가능해진다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 기술의 상업적 확산을 위한 기술활용 네트워크의 구성 및 기술혁신 관리에 있어 전략적 시사점을 제시하며, 지역혁신을 위한 전략 수립 시 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

공학교육의 프로그램 학습성과 평가를 위한 코스 임베디드 평가의 적용 가능성 고찰 (The Review on Adaptation of Course-Embedded Assessment for Program Outcome Assessment in Engineering Education)

  • 이 연구는 '코스 임베디드 평가'의 개념, 효과, 적용방법 및 실제 적용된 사례를 살펴봄으로써 공학교육 분야에의 적용 가능성을 제안하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 코스 임베디드 평가를 주요어(key word)로 하여 이의 개념, 효과, 적용 방법 및 적용 사례를 중심으로 한 '문헌연구'를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 코스 임베디드 평가의 모형과 모형의 각 단계별 유의사항을 제시하였다. 제시된 코스 임베디드 평가의 모형 단계는 다음과 같다. 즉, 프로그램 학습성과의 설정, 관련 코스의 확인, 평가도구의 선정, 평가 준거의 설정, 평가 시행 및 평가 결과의 분석이다. 또한 우리나라에서 코스 임베디드 평가가 성공적으로 정착하기 위해 선행되어야 할 조건들을 함께 제시하였다.

외국 의과대학에서의 성과중심교육과정 개발 (The Development of Outcome-Based Curriculum in Medical Schools Outside Korea)

  • In medicine, rapid changes in information, technology, socio-economic interests, and globalization affect the medical education focused on the competencies of doctors, and the number of medical schools that are adopting an outcome-based curriculum (OBC) is increasing worldwide. This paper introduces the OBC model of 5 trailblazing medical schools from the UK, US, and Australia, comparing their unique features, followed by brief comment about Canada and the EU as well. On developing an OBC, the process of establishing the top outcomes for graduates is similar and the outcomes comprise knowledge, skills, and attitudes about science, patients, colleagues, society, and themselves. Implementing the outcomes down into the sub-levels of the curriculum is much more complicated and time-consuming. Assessing the achievement of every outcome is essential and requires the use of many tools in addition to the traditional written examination. From the perspective of adult learning theory, self-directed learning, team-learning, and individual and flexible achievement are tested and executed in an OBC. The gradual expansion and further innovation of an OBC is expected so that tomorrow's doctors will be able to meet the challenges of the future.

Outcome and Antecedent of Organizational Effectiveness: Moderation Effect of Strategy

  • Purpose - This exploratory study analyzes the performance of the business from the HRM point of view. Analyzed the influence of HRM and organization effectiveness on business performance. Also moderating effect of the strategy is analyzed. Research design, data, and methodology - Two outcome variables are measured, non-financial performance and financial performance. Two organizational effectiveness variables are measured, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. And two HRM areas are measured, HRM practice and organizational culture. Finally, two strategies are measured as moderators, market strategy and product/service strategy. This study analyzed employees of 554 from the 7th HCCP. This study used SEM and MCFA. Result - The results of turnover intention, growth rate, and profit rate verified the influence of HRM and organizational effectiveness. Overall results showed a contrary effect of education & training system implement and participation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Among organizational culture, innovation and relation positively affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment. However, antecedents influencing turnover intention, growth rate, and profit rate bear no resemblance. And the MCFA result shows that strategy's group differentiation analysis is meaningful in turnover intention not in financial performance. Conclusion - Based on this study result, management suggestions for turnover intention, growth rate, profit rate, and organizational effectiveness are made. Especially, due to the company's strategy.

연구규범과 가치관을 통해 본 한국과학기술자사회의 성격: 공공부문 연구자를중심으로 (Norms and Values of Korean Scientific Community)

  • By analyzing a nation-wide survey, this article examines research related norms and values of 684 scientists in 16 universities and 7 government supported research institutes. The survey shows that Korean scientific community tends to reject communality and disinterestedness while it accepts universalism as a norm. Organized skepticism is received a lukewarm support. In contrast, Korean scientific community tends to perceive the intellectual property and secrecy as legitimate and believe that scientists should consider the applicability of scientific research outcome and its social impacts when they choose research topics. When other variables are controlled for, the more basic research a scientist conducts the scientist is more likely to support communality and reject secrecy. The younger scientists are less likely to accept disinterestedness and the claim that the scientists should keep distance from social issues than the older. Scientists who work in the government-supported research institutes are more likely to view secrecy for more than 6 months as legitimate and reject the claim that science should not be affected by society than university scientists. The implications of these findings are discussed.

  • 본 고는 정보통신연구개발사업 중 2001년도 산업기술개발사업을 수행하는 민간기업의 연구개발비 집행행태를 분석하고 평가등급과의 상관성을 제시하였다. 우수한 결과를 도출한 과제는 실패한 과제와 상이한 연구개발비 집행행태를 보이고 있으며, 집행행태를 토대로 과제의 성공률을 제고하기 위한 관리기법의 논리적 근거를 제시하였다.

  • 연구결과는 학술적인 논문, 기술의 기반이 되는 특허, 기술이 체화된 상품 등 다양한 방법으로 도출되고 있다. 현재까지 연구 성과를 측정하는데 있어서 수치로 표시되는 정량적인 평가는 용이하게 활용하고 있다. 하지만 질적인 우수성을 평가하기 위한 정성적인 방법은 많은 연구를 필요로 한다. 각기 다른 목적이나 용도로 만들어진 평가지표나 방법론이 적절하게 적용하여 평가지표로 적용되어 지기는 힘든 상황이다. 특히 연구자나 기관 등의 평가 시 연구논문을 활용한 계량정보기법을 근간으로 하는 다양한 방법이 많은 연구자들을 통해 제시되고 있다. 또한 학술적인 논문뿐아니라 산업으로 대표되는 특허의 평가시도 유사한 방법을 활용하고 있다. 문헌의 경우는 SCI DB를 활용하여 정성적인 부분을 대체하고 있다. 하지만 산업으로 대표되는 특허의 정성 평가는 많이 활용하지 못하고 있다. 이에 특히 문헌 및 특허의 인용정보를 대상으로 최근 제안되고 있는 연구 성과 지표인 h-지수 등을 활용하여 사례를 분석하여 보고자 한다.

선진국공공연구개발프로그램 평가시스템의 비교분석 (Comparative Analysis on the Evaluation Systems of the Public R&D Programs in the Developed Countries)

  • The frameworks for evaluation of national R&D programs reflect their various political and administrative cultures(Gibbons & Georghiou, 1987), and the structure of national R&D system. In this research the core research questions are : what is god evaluation\ulcorner What is being evaluated, by whom, by which criteria, for whom and what purpose\ulcorner In order to examine these general aims and answer these questions, in detail several objectives can be proposed on the process of this research. In this research, the national R&D programs will be considered in terms of the interface between evaluation and the wider policy-making process. The programs for case study are the Alvey program(UK), the Advanced Technology Program (US) and the Framework program(EU) . One of the characteristics of these programs is the well established evaluation systems they have. From the comparative analysis, we can withdraw some useful implication for Korean evaluation practice for national R&D programs. Evaluation system is social process and the way in which it is organized is critical to its outcome.
