We have fabricated high-quality c-axis-oriented $MgB_2$ thin films by using a pulsed laser deposition technique. The thin films grown on (1 1 0 2) $Al_2$$O_3$ substrates show an onset transition temperature of 39.2 K with a sharp transition width of ~0.15 K. X-ray diffraction patterns indicate a c-axis-oriented crystal structure perpendicular to the substrate surface. We observed high critical current densities ($J_{c}$) of ~ 16 $MA/\textrm{cm}^2$ at 15 K and under self-field, which is comparable to or exceeds those of cuprate high-temperature superconductors. The extrapolation $J_{c}$ at 5 K was estimated to be ~ 40 MA/$\textrm{cm}^2$, which is the highest record for $MgB_2$ compounds. At a magnetic field of 5 T, the $J_{c}$ of~ 0.1 $MA/\textrm{cm}^2$ was detected at 15 K, suggesting that this compound is very promising candidate for the practical applications at high temperature with lower power consumption. As a possible explanation for the high current-carving capability, the vortex-glass phase will be discussed.d.d.d.

The purpose of this research was to investigate and analyse how Community Forest Initiatives as urban fringe management initiatives made alliances with a variety of interest groups, enrol them in the urban fringe management processes using the Actor Network Theory. The Thames Chase Community Forest Initiative was selected and its area of operation included a $97 km^2$ area of green-belt area in East London. It was a instrument far improving and protecting the unique characteristics of the countryside landscape from urban developments as well as evaluating the impact of forestry inclusion in land use planning in the urban fringe. It was operated through a tiered structure comprising the Thames Chase Joint Committee and the management team. They employed a variety of devices to speak with one voice to bring about an effective operation process and to secure the enrolment of a variety of interest groups in its operational processes. Of note, the initiative's actor network impacted on improvement to and management of the countryside landscape despite not owning any land itself. As a result, when urban fringe management initiatives will be launched in South Korea to achieve a more effective and efficient urban fringe management, local councillors and representatives from public and non-government bodies should be more responsive to local communities' views and needs and work more vigorously on their behalf through lobbying, seeking media support, and so on. Moreover, better understanding and communication between local authorities' officers and management initiatives' teams are essential to avoid duplication of work practice.

We have investigated the mixed-state magnetoresistance of high quality c-axis-oriented MgB2 thin film for magnetic field from 0.5 T to 5.0 T, applied normal to ab-plane. The temperature dependence of magnetoresistance was well described by vortex glass and fluctuation theories for different temperature regimes. We observed glassy exponent of v(z-1)~3 and upper critical field of $H_{c2}$(0)~35 T, which is consistent with previous data obtained from direct $H_{c2}$(0) measurements. Interestingly, the thermally activated flux flow region was observed to be very narrow, suggesting that the pinning strength of this compound is very strong. This finding is closely related to the recent reports that the bulk pinning is dominant in $MgB_2$and the critical current density of $MgB_2$ thin film is very high, comparable to that of cuprate superconductor. The present results further suggest that $MgB_2$is beneficial to technical applications.ons.

스마트 시대로 접어들면서 정보통신기술의 발달이 성숙기에 이르고 우리의 삶과 사회에 ICT가 미치는 영향이 점차 심화되고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 경영정보학(MIS) 교수들이 중심이 된 국제정보시스템학회(Association of Information Systems: AIS)에서 2014년 12월에는 "ICT-enabled Bright Society Initiative(약칭 Bright ICT)"를 미래 비전 아젠다로 채택하였다. 본 연구에서는 Bright ICT Initiative에서 수행할 연구 아젠다 아이템들을 찾아내어 전략적 우선순위를 정하고 세부 프로그램을 논의하기 위한 기초 작업으로 brainstorming, clustering, ranking 의 단계를 거치는 델파이 스터디를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 11개의 주요 이슈를 발굴하였고 이어지는 설문조사를 통해 각 이슈들의 중요도 순위를 분석하였다. 나아가 각 이슈가 개인, 기업, 사회/국가에 미치는 영향의 중요도에 있어 연령과 성별에 따른 차이를 분석하였다.

고속 이동통신의 발전으로 인하여 무선 상에서 웹 브라우징 서비스를 효율적으로 받으려는 요구가 늘고 있지만 기술적인 측면과 표준화 분야 측면에서 아직까지 충분한 지원이 이루어지고 있지 않다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 W3C MWI Activity는 모바일 웹 브라우징 환경의 호환성 확보와 유무선 웹 콘텐츠간의 효과적인 연동을 위한 목적으로 활동을 시작하였고, 이를 위해 필요한 모바일 웹 콘텐츠 저작/활용에 대한 모범사례 분석과 가이드라인 표준화, 모바일 단말 정보 공유활용 방안 등에 대한 표준화를 진행해오고 있다. 또한 표준 웹 콘텐츠 인증을 위해 모바일 OK 인증표준화를 추진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 W3C 모바일 웹 이니셔티브(MWI: Mobile Web Initiative)" 대한 기술 및 표준화 활동을 살펴보고자 한다.

가정 내의 가전기기들이 디지털화되고 있고, 이것들을 네트워크로 연결하여 원격지에서 제어하는 스마트 홈 관련 기술들이 현실화되고 있다. 이러한 환경에서의 컴퓨팅을 위해서는 응용 프로그램간의 호환성 뿐 아니라 데이터의 호환성, 그리고 이종의 프로토콜간의 연동이 필수적이다 따라서 이를 위한 소프트웨어가 바로 스마트 홈 미들웨어이다. OSGi(Open Service Gateway Initiative)(8)는 장비 연결 및 제어로 얻을 수 있는 유효한 서비스나 여러 미들웨어들 간의 통합을 위한 제반 환경 제공을 목표로 하는 비 표준화 단체로써 OSGi 프레임워크 환경에서 서비스들은 서비스 게이트웨이와 서비스 번들의 life-cycle을 따라 동적으로 전개된다. 본 저자들은 SMF(Service Management framework)(9)를 사용하여 OSGi를 기반으로 한 Smart Home Service Bundle에 관해서 연구하였다.

An improved tandem time-of-flight (TOF) mass spectrometer for the photodissociation (PD) study of ions generated by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization (MALDI), MALDI-TOF-PD-TOF, has been designed and constructed. Recording a full spectrum with better than unit mass resolution even in low mass range has been achieved without reflectron voltage stepping which was needed in the previous version. Other aspects of the improvement, such as those in the data system which now allow 10-100 times faster spectral acquisition than with the previous instrument, are described. Rationale for the ideas which have led to the improvements is presented also.

Recently, the Korean Railroad have been operating separately by Korea Rail Network and the Korail since 2005. In addition, because of the lack of government's social overhead capital, New railway projects have been built and operated by private investors which don't have railway operating experience. Therefore, systems engineering management is needed from the initial planning stage to the construction and the opening. In this paper, structural features were considered according to the separation of Daegok-Sosa-Wonsi Private Finance Initiative (Daegok-Sosa, Sosa-wonsi) and the operating agency's unification(Daegok - Sosa business operations). And based on the domestic system engineering applications, System-Engineering Implementation was studied.

SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) signal data need a focusing procedure to make the information available to the user. In recent SAR systems, various sensing modes and mission operations are applied to acquire high-resolution SAR images. Therefore, in order to develop generalized focusing software for multi-satellites, a regularized parameter configuration that sufficiently represents sensor and platform characteristics of the SAR system is required. The objective of this paper is to introduce the consideration of parameter definition for developing a generalized SAR processor and to discuss the flexibility and extensibility of defined parameters. The proposed parameter configuration can be applied to a SAR processor. Experiments based on real data will show the suitability of the suggested processing parameters.

The coexistence of the superconductivity and magnetism in the Ho1-xDyxNi2B2C is studied by using Ginzburg-Landau theory. This material violates the standard do Gennes scaling showing the coexistence and complex interplay of superconducting and magnetic order yielding an anomalous phase diagram. We propose a phenomenological model which includes two magnetic and two superconducting order parameters accounting for the multi-band structure of this material. We describe the magnetic fluctuations and order and demonstrate that they lead to anomalous behavior of the upper critical field. The doping dependence of Tc in Ho1-xDyxNi2B2C showing a reentrance behavior are analyzed yielding a very good agreement with experimental data.
