  • It is important to understand the factors in which fishing village experiences have on family relationships. The purpose of this study is to derive the variables related to the family stemmed from the analysis of previous studies, and to find and present common factors that specifically influence the fishing experience in the family relationship. Through this, we intend to find it out in addition to the visible results such as income and experience, it can be an effective policy as a means to improve family relations through mutual efforts and understanding among families in promoting fishing-related policies. As a result of the analysis of the study, two common factors that the fishing experience had on family relationships were extracted. The first common factor is 'mutual effort,' which results in trying for each other's emotions, communication, understanding, and unity. The second common factor is 'mutual sharing' so fishing experiences are generally related to each other in family relationships. It can be seen as a result of sharing the memories, pleasures, and bonds of the people.

  • National Research Data Commons aims to build a system that can be used jointly by arranging analysis resources such as computing infrastructure, software, toolkit, API, and services used for data analysis together with research data to maximize the use of research data. do. The sharing and utilization system for publications and research data in the R&D process is well known. However, the environment in which data and tightly coupled software and computing infrastructure can be shared and utilized is insignificant and there is no management system. In this study, a data model is designed to systematically manage information on digital research resources required in the data-oriented R&D research process. This will be used to register and manage digital research resource information in the National Research Data Commons Service.

  • The previous studies focussed on the security problem and the fast re-authentication mechanism during handoffs in a single wireless LAN system. When the multiple wireless LAN systems share their network infrastructure one another, we propose an authentication mechanism allowing the subscriber to Perform the authentication procedure with the authentication server of its own wireless LAN system even in areas of other wireless LAN systems as well as in areas of its own wireless LAN system. In the proposed mechanism, the access point or the authentication server of other wireless LAN systems plays a role of the authentication agent between the subscriber and the authentication server of the subscriber's wireless LAN system. The proposed authentication mechanism is designed on the basis of the 802.1X and EAP-MD5 protocols.

  • The advance of the smart working environment came the expectation that it would innovate and revolutionize the way people work, particularly in a society where smart work is readily available for creating a collaborative and 'connected' business. One of the core infrastructure elements for making smart work a viable option is the smart work center, the promotion of which requires a new form of 'smart work center business model' that can satisfy the purposes of both public services and private businesses. This calls for collaboration between the public and private sectors. Recently a number of businesses have been making significant headway in the creation of a new environment for business support and collaboration by adopting a sharing economy business model in their offices. The so-called 'Coworking Space' is an advanced form of business environment in the emerging 'smart work' era, and comes with the benefits of reduced costs as a result of sharing office space and knowledge sharing through the use of human networks. This paper describes the framework of a 'smart work center business model based on the sharing economy' using a BMC (Business Model Canvas), with an understanding of the characteristics inherent to the smart work center and the sharing economy. It was on the basis of this framework that a smart work center model for business incubation and startup, a private smart work center model for childcare services, and a community marketplace model with a global network were developed.

  • In this study, surveys and data collection on new profit-sharing measures were carried out in order to improve the residential environment and residents' participation in 65 MW large-scale solar power complex located at Munhye 5-ri, Galmal-eup, Cheorwon-gun, Gangwon-do province. From May to September 2018, the presentation and meetings for residents were held and a survey for 67 households were carried out in order to collect profit-sharing data which is sharing profits from solar power project improving residential environment. The results of the survey shows that it needs to improve some obstacles of residential environment in rural areas, such as improvement of living infrastructure at village level, improvement of monotonous leisure activities from the residents' point of view, improvement of economic income sources depending on farm income and Basic Old-age Pensions, inconvenience factors in the unsuitable residential environment due to aging. Based on these findings, this paper suggests that Profit-Sharing solar power complex project has possibilities to improve living environment in rural areas by sharing profits from power generation and residents participating in the project with consensus for need of renewable energy.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the actual condition of the innovative sharing university project. To this end, a focus group interview was conducted by selecting officials participating in the innovative sharing university project as study participants. The collected data was analyzed using the content analysis method. The results of the study are as follows. First, in terms of the promotion system and operation dimension of project group, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in terms of the national promotion system and university-level project operation. Second, in terms of curriculum management dimension, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in content development and sharing, engagement support for professors and students participation, and securing and sharing educational infrastructure. Third, in terms of management of project performance indicators, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in managing core performance indicators, managing autonomy performance indicators, and sharing project performance. Based on these study results, suggestions for the use of research results were presented.

  • Public-private partnerships (PPP) projects are becoming popular in both developed and developing countries due to their ability to access new financing sources and transfer certain project risks to the private sector. PPP has been an active research area where the concept of Critical Success Factors (CSF) is often discussed by researchers. This study aims to identify the CSFs for various PPP infrastructure projects that have been explored in previous CSF studies. This article reviewed the literature about CSF in PPP projects from the years 2002 to 2021, compared the findings of studies regarding the identified CSFs, and consolidated the CSFs that can be applied to various PPP infrastructure projects. The results showed that dominant research focused on general infrastructure, where CSFs can be applied to all infrastructure sectors rather than any specific sector. The most identified CSFs from the study are favorable and efficient legal frameworks, appropriate risk allocation and sharing, a robust and reliable private consortium, a competitive and transparent procurement process, and political support and stability. The findings from the study can provide an overview of CSFs that are relevant to specific PPP infrastructure sectors like building infrastructure, transportation, water, etc. as well as for general infrastructure. In addition, the results can also be used for further empirical analysis.

  • Users are provided infrastructure such as CPU, memory, network, and storage as IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) service on cloud computing environments. However storage instances cannot support the maximum storage capacity that SQL servers can use, because the capacity of instances provided by service providers is usually limited. In this paper, we propose a method of securing mass storage capacity for SQL servers by sharing network disks with limited storage capacity. We confirmed through experiments that it is possible to secure mass storage capacity, which exceeds the maximum storage capacity provided by an instance with Amazon EBS on Amazon EC2 Windows environments, and it is possible to improve the overall performance of the SQL servers by increasing the disk capacity and performance.

  • This study empirically investigated the effects of both organizational culture(i.e., innovative, supportive and bureaucratic) and information technology(IT) infrastructure(i.e., knowledge storage, transfer and search IT) on the knowledge management(KM) activities(i.e., knowledge creation, sharing and application) in Korean manufacturing firms. We also partially demonstrated the impact of KM activities on the KM performance(i.e., KM satisfaction) of a firm. Through multiple regression analyses, it was found that innovative and supportive culture, and IT infrastructure have a positive impact on the activation of KM activities. The results of this study also showed that the innovative and supportive culture positively influence the adoption of IT infrastructure, and through the construction of IT, they have an indirect effect on KM activities. With a structural equation modeling technique, the causal relationships among organizational culture, IT infrastructure, knowledge management activities, and KM performance were confirmed. Hence, it is concluded that culture and IT infrastructure have direct effects on KM activities, and culture also indirectly influences KM activities through the adoption of IT infrastructure.
