  • The processes of informatization of the modern educational space are inextricably linked with the active introduction of innovative information technologies, which diversify the forms of education and upbringing. The use of these technologies in education due to their specific properties significantly enhances the clarity of learning, emotional impact on students, helps to deepen interdisciplinary links, intensifies students' work, and improves the organization of educational activities. Innovative information technologies offer new opportunities for the use of text, audio, graphic, and video information in lessons, enriching the methodological possibilities of the lesson. Today, the use of these technologies is becoming an integral part of the study of any subject. Using multimedia presentations, publications, and websites created by students in the learning process, they can develop learning skills. According to researchers, there are many multimedia programs for working with a computer in a music lesson, namely: a music player, a program for singing karaoke, a music constructor, music encyclopedias, and training programs. The introduction of innovative information technologies in the system of music education allows expanding learning opportunities.

  • 초 중등학교에서는 교육활동 과정에서 생성된 성적 자료, 관찰 상담 자료, 심리검사 자료 등의 다양한 정보를 여러 형태로 축적하여 관리하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 학생들을 다차원적으로 진단하고 파악하는 데 필요한 분석정보를 제공하는 교육용 정보시스템은 존재하지 않는다. 이것은 마치 환자에 대한 각종 검사 결과가 있음에도 불구하고, 의사가 임상 경험에만 의존하여 환자를 진료하는 상황을 연상시킨다. 교육부가 '제5차 교육정보화 기본계획(2014~2018)'의 '교육 빅데이터 활용 활성화 대책'에서 지적하였듯이, 교육용 정보시스템이 존재하지 않는 이유는 아직 이 분야에 대한 기초 연구뿐만 아니라 종합적이고 체계적인 연구가 부족하기 때문이다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있는 분석정보시스템의 개념을 교육 분야에 도입하여 맞춤형 학생지도를 가능하게 하는 교육용 정보시스템을 설계하고 프로토타입을 구현하는 것이다. 이를 위해 직무분석과 표적집단면접조사를 통해 교육용 정보시스템의 핵심 기능과 내용을 정의하였으며, 네이버 프로토나우를 사용하여 프로토타입을 구현하였다.

  • Entering the 21st century, countries throughout the world are turning the direction of their education to be consumer-oriented and reinforcing lifelong education in preparation for the rapid advance of science and technology and the globalization, opening and informatization of the world. With the reinforcement of consumer-oriented education and lifelong education, the role of school is emphasized as a ground for lifelong education in community and efforts are being made to use schools and community facilities compositely so that schools may play the role of central facilities in community. Accordingly, the objective of this study is to analyze the relation between lifelong education and school facilities in the educational aspect, and to suggest a basic architectural direction so that schools may play central roles for social, cultural, educational, welfare, and sport activities in community.

Development of Creative Convergence Talent in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution through Self-Directed Mathematical Competency

  • To combine the science and technology creativity necessary in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, it is necessary to cultivate talents who can discover new knowledge and create new values by combining various knowledge with self-directed mathematical competencies. This research attempted to lay the foundation for the curriculum for fostering future creative convergence talent by preparing, executing, and reflecting on the learning plan after learners themselves understand their level and status through self-directed learning. Firstly, We would like to present a teaching-learning plan based on the essential capabilities of the future society, where the development of a curriculum based on mathematics curriculum and intelligent informatization are accelerated. Secondly, an educational design model system diagram was presented to strengthen the self-directed learning ability of mathematics subjects in the electronic engineering curriculum. Consequently, through a survey, we would like to propose the establishment of an educational system necessary for the 4th industry by analyzing learning ability through self-directed learning teaching methods of subjects related to mathematics, probability, and statistics.

Evaluation Method of College English Education Effect Based on Improved Decision Tree Algorithm

  • With the rapid development of educational informatization, teaching methods become diversified characteristics, but a large number of information data restrict the evaluation on teaching subject and object in terms of the effect of English education. Therefore, this study adopts the concept of incremental learning and eigenvalue interval algorithm to improve the weighted decision tree, and builds an English education effect evaluation model based on association rules. According to the results, the average accuracy of information classification of the improved decision tree algorithm is 96.18%, the classification error rate can be as low as 0.02%, and the anti-fitting performance is good. The classification error rate between the improved decision tree algorithm and the original decision tree does not exceed 1%. The proposed educational evaluation method can effectively provide early warning of academic situation analysis, and improve the teachers' professional skills in an accelerated manner and perfect the education system.

  • 본 연구는 충청북도 정보화 계획수립 과정에서 지역의 특성을 반영하기 위해 텍스트마이닝의 토픽모델링, 연관분석, 감성분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과 충청북도는 상대적으로 정보격차 해소를 위해 교육분야를 중심으로 상대적으로 많은 활동을 하고 있으며, 비대면 서비스, 언택트 행정, 도시와 농촌 간 격차 해소를 위한 인프라 개선에 관심을 가지는 것으로 분석되었다. 아울러 지역 전략 산업에서 바이오와 IT 결합에 긍정적인 평가를 하고 있으며, 타지역 IT서비스 혁신사례 도입, IT 기업과 협력을 통한 스마트시티 구축, 정치적 이슈와 연관되지 않는 위기관리가 필요하다는 점을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 충청북도 정보화 추진과정에서 지역의 변화 흐름과 이슈를 구체적으로 파악하는 방안으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

교류협력국 교원 초청 교육정보화 연수의 성과 분석 (Analysis of ICT in Education Training for Teachers from Partner Countries)

  • 각 시 도교육청은 "이러닝 세계화 사업"의 일환으로 교류협력국의 교원을 초청하여 교육정보화 연수를 진행하고 있다. 이 초청 연수의 목적은 이러닝 국가경쟁력 유지와 영향력 강화에 따른 국가 브랜드 제고, 우리의 선진교육정보화 사례를 공유하여 국가 간 지식정보 격차 해소, 교육정보화 분야 교류협력을 통한 동반자적 관계 구축, 교류협력국 선도 교원들이 자국의 교육정보화를 발전 및 확산할 수 있는 역량 강화 등이다. 2005년에 시작된 교류협력국의 교원 초청 교육정보화 연수가 10주년이 되는 시점을 맞이하여, 그간 진행된 연수 프로그램의 성과를 반추하고 지속적인 발전 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 상황, 투입, 과정, 산출에 따른 현황을 분석하기 위해 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 각 시 도교육청의 초청 연수 담당 장학사, 주무관, 그리고 해외 교원 등을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였고, 그 면담 결과를 주제별로 구분하여 분석하였다.

  • 본 연구는 일반 시민이 지녀야 할 데이터에 대한 이해와 데이터 인력 양성 정책에 필요한 기본 개념 틀을 제공하기 위해 데이터 리터러시를 재개념화했다. 이를 위해 확장된 데이터의 특성을 고찰하였고 데이터 리터러시에 관한 선행연구를 분석하여 전문가 검토를 거친 후, 재개념화된 데이터 리터러시를 제시했다. 재개념화된 데이터 리터러시에는 지식, 기술, 맥락의 세 범주와 범주별 하위 요소로 구성되어 있다. 주로 데이터를 다루는 기술 범주를 강조하였던 기존의 데이터 리터러시의 개념에 데이터의 맥락 범주를 추가하여 맥락의 범위, 시간성, 가치 지향 요소도 명시했다. 또한 지식 범주에도 요소를 구체적으로 제시했다. 재개념화된 데이터 리터러시는 정보화, 인력 양성, 행정 등의 분야에서 교육과정과 교육 프로그램 개발 등에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • The main idea of the work is to address issues related to the activation of incentives in students of educational institutions, as an integral part of motivation in pedagogy, which is one of the priorities of higher education, in turn, the correct and timely application of motivational factors allows qualitative analysis, on the activation of cognitive interest in training. The purpose of the article is to study and qualitatively assess the methods and ways to stimulate students while studying in higher education. In solving the set tasks, a qualitative analysis of the known literature on the definition and application of motivation in the educational process. Definitely a stimulating process as a factor of psychological motivation. It is concluded that neither in understanding the essence of the stimulus, its role in the regulation of behavior, nor in understanding the relationship between stimulation and stimulus does not exist.

  • The processes of society's informatization and digitalization necessitate the widespread use of new pedagogical technologies. Through these technologies, comprehensive disclosure of didactic functions of new methods of educational activity and the realization of the potential and creative potential. The use of information and computer multimedia technologies in teaching music art is especially relevant in the intensification of the development of interactive technologies, the transition to mixed forms of learning, and a period of socio-economic and sociopolitical upheavals. The study aims to substantiate the theoretical and applied principles of the analysis of multimedia technology learning musical art in modern conditions and assess the status and trends in their use in conducting educational activities. The study uses general scientific and unique methods of economic analysis, in particular, analysis and synthesis, analogy and comparison, generalization and systematization, and graphic ways. Regarding the results of the study of multimedia technologies for teaching musical art in current conditions, it was found that they contribute to the development of the seeker's creative, creative, and cognitive activity, have a positive impact on learning material, and diversify the educational process. Multimedia technologies such as presentations, programs for watching a video, listening to audio, music and singing karaoke, electronic encyclopedias, and Internet resources are proven to be the most used in music education. They have several qualitative and quantitative advantages, manifested in the possibilities of audio-visual presentation of educational material and significantly higher information density. It is suggested to strengthen the use of such computer programs as Microsoft Word, Ahead Nero, Finale, Adobe Audition, Sound Forge, and Microsoft PowerPoint for musical art classes.
