Second, what is the mediating effect of self-efficacy and communication ability in the influence of teachers' informational leadership on job satisfaction? J-Do's secondary school was sampled through random sampling from the population. A total of 600 subjects were sampled. Mobile healthcare apps should be paid more attention not just as software, but also as significant health information providers. We examine the impact of psychological factors (e,g., instrumental efficacy, informational efficacy, health information orientation, playfulness, and responsiveness) on intention to continuous use of mobile healthcare apps. Based on an expanded technology acceptance model (TAM II), this study examined the effects of psychological factors influencing the usage of mobile healthcare apps. The results showed that informational efficacy and instrumental efficacy influenced intention to use through perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Playfulness influenced intention to continuous use directly as well as indirectly through perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Health information orientation and responsiveness influenced intention to continuous use through perceived usefulness. This study suggests the need for adopting instrumental, informative perspectives and playfulness in contemporary health research and production of mobile healthcare apps.

Findings of multiple regression indicated that only exercise self-efficacy significantly explained exercise compliance. Conclusion: Health care providers may need to develop various intervention program to promote exercise self-efficacy in order to influence on exercise compliance and adherence among older adults.
The purpose of this study was to research the actual state of mother's internet use and to explore the possibility of the internet use as a social support. The affect of mother's internet use on maternal efficacy is also examined. The Subjects were 250 mothers, who have their first child under 8 years old, in Seoul and Ilsan. Data were gathered through questionnaires. As predicted, mother's internet use was popular among young mothers. And, the main reason of internet use of mothers was to find some information on parenting and nurturing child. Moreover, mothers believed that they could get some social support from using internet in terms of informational, instrumental, and emotional service. However, it should be noted that mother's perceived level of support was significantly different, depending on mother's age, level of mother's education, household income, and the age of the first child. It was also found that mothers who received social support from internet showed higher material efficacy. Thus, we believe that internet use could be a new source of social support for the mothers of young children.

The subjects of this study were 320 students attending K university in B city. The 295 questionnaires were collected and 291 questionnaires were finally analyzed except for 4 questionnaires that were insufficient. Major satisfaction had a statistically significant negative correlation with academic stress, and major satisfaction had a statistically significant positive correlation with self-efficacy. Also, major satisfaction had a statistically significant positive correlation with social support. Finally, as a result of examining the effects of each factor, academic stress, self-efficacy, and social support had a significant effect on major satisfaction except for informational support in social support. In order to increase the satisfaction of college students, it is necessary to study the factors that can lower academic stress and develop the program accordingly. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a model that explains causal relationships between post-menopausal women's osteoporosis general knowledge and awareness of their own bone mass density(BMD) and their osteoporosis health beliefs and preventive behaviors. Methods: Retrospective design using structural equation model tested seven variables by using questionnaires of osteoporosis knowledge test, osteoporosis health belief scale, osteoporosis self-efficacy scale, and osteoporosis preventive behaviors scale. 162 middle age and post-menopausal women were recruited. Results: Mediating effect of health beliefs was not significant in the relationship between BMD awareness and preventive behaviors. Instead, BMD awareness had a direct influence on the preventive behaviors that is strong and significant. Between the relationship of the BMD awareness and health beliefs, direct pathways of perceived threat, relative benefits, and self-efficacy were not significant. However, relative benefits and self-efficacy showed direct influence on the preventive behaviors. Conclusion: Having middle age women get their BMD test done in order for them to be aware of their own BMD results might be a critical strategy to promote osteoporosis preventive behaviors. There is a need to develop diverse strategies to enhance their self-efficacy which has been shown to be important to osteoporosis preventive behaviors.
Purpose: This purpose of this study was to develop and validate a Self-Efficacy Scale for Self-Management of Breast Cancer (SESSM-B). Methods: The SESSM-B was developed and validated as follows: Item generation, pilot study, and tests of validity and reliability. Twenty-one items were developed through evaluation by 10 experts and 13 items were finally confirmed through item analysis and factor analysis. Psychometric testing was performed with a convenience sample of 303 women with breast cancer. Data were analyzed using factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficients, and Cronbach's alpha. Results: Five factors evolved from the factor analysis, which explained 69.8% of the total variance. The first factor 'coping with psycho-informational demand' explained 17.2%, 2nd factor 'maintenance of healthy lifestyle' 14.5%. 3rd factor 'management of side-effects' 13.3%, 4th factor 'therapeutic compliance' 12.8%, and 5th factor 'sexual life' 11.9%. SESSM-B also demonstrated a concurrent validity with health-related quality of life scale, EORTC QLQ-C30 & BR23. The internal consistency, Cronbach's alpha, was .78, and reliability of the subscales ranged from .61 to .79. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that the SESSM-B is an easy, reliable, and valid instrument to measure self-efficacy for self-management of breast cancer.
Based on the theoretical framework of the Double ABCX model of family stress and adaptation, this study was to analysis the causal relationships of stressors (psychological sexual, and physical wife abuse), personal resources (self-efficacy and self-esteem) and social support(emotional and informational support), appraisal(positive appraisal and downward comparisons) with adaptation (psychological well-being and somatic symptoms). Self-administered questionnaire method was used to collect data from 264 wives residing in Chonbuk-do and Kyonggi-do area. The causal model was tested and modified by the maximum likelihood method using UISREL 7 program. Results showed that wife abuse had effect on adaptation indirectly through the latent variables of personal resource and appraisal, which influenced the adaptation directly. In addition, social support indirectly affect the adaptation through personal resource and appraisal. It was also found that all these variables explained 27.6% of the total variance of wives'adaptation, and that personal resources was the most powerful variable in predicting the adaptation of the wives.
