국내 스마트그리드 관련 기술 수준은 일부 분야를 제외하고 선진국들의 수준에 미치지 못하는 것으로 평가되고있다. 이러한 상황 하에서, 본 연구는 스마트그리드 발전의 필수요소인 관련 IT기술을 조망해보고, 스마트그리드 분야에서의 유망 IT R&D분야를 도출하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 유망 IT R&D 분야의 도출을 위해 스마트그리드 관련 IT기술들의 경제성, 정책부합성, 기술타당성을 평가하는 2단계의 과정을 거쳤고, 그 결과 (1) 센서, (2) 정보보호, (3) AMI 미들웨어, (4) 전력관리의 4대 분야가 유망 분야로 선정되었다. 이 가운데 센서와 AMI 미들웨어 분야는 경제적으로 타당성이 높은 분야이기 때문에 핵심기술 개발에 집중하여 선도적 제품을 타국가보다 세계시장에 빨리 내놓는 전략(Focusing & First Mover Strategy)이 요구된다. 정보보호 분야에서는 국가 기간산업 차원에서의 전력망 안정성 확보 기술 분야와 전력사용자 측면에서의 개인 기업정보보호 기술 분야로 나누어 R&D를 수행하는 R&D Sharing 전략이 기술개발의 효율성을 증대시킬 수 있겠다. 그리고 전력관리 분야는 한국전력 주도로 관리시스템의 요소기술들을 공동 개발하는 전략적 제휴(Strategic Alliance)가 바람직할 것이다.

The controls of Information Systems (IS) have been an more critical issue controls as the sophistication and integration of IS is more proceeded. ITGI (The Information Technology Governance Institute) of ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association) has suggested COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology) and this has been widely recognized the evaluation model of IS controls. In COBIT, IS was evaluated in terms of process, information quality, and IT resources. This study used COBIT in order to suggest and empirically test an evaluation model of IS service. The data was collated from one major Chinese SI (Systems Integration) company in four domains of processes : planning and organization, acquisition and implementation, delivery and support, and monitoring. Seven factors are extracted using an exploratory factor analysis as follows : Overall IT planning process, technological assessment process in IT planning of IT, cost-benefit assessment process in IT planning, implementation process, support process, monitoring process, post-implementation evaluation process. The results of confirmatory analysis of three alternative measurement models indicated that the measurement model with one inherent or conceptual variable has greater model fitness than the other models. This study suggests the logical and general way to test and apply COBIT in evaluating IS services.

The current technology drain at small and medium-sized enterprises in Korea is very serious. According to the National Intelligence Service's survey data, 69 percent of technology leaks are made through employees of small and medium-sized enterprises. A document security system was introduced to compensate for the problem. However, small and medium-sized enterprises are not doing well due to their poor environment. Therefore, it proposes a document security system suitable for small businesses by developing a location information machine learning system that automatically creates a document security Green Zone through learning, and an ECM-based electronic document leakage prevention system that manages generated Green Zone information by reflecting it into the document authority system. And step by step, propose a universal solution through cloud services..

Aspect-based sentiment analysis is to discover the sentiment polarity towards an aspect from user-generated natural language. So far, most of the methods only use the implicit position information of the aspect in the context, instead of directly utilizing the position relationship between the aspect and the sentiment terms. In fact, neighboring words of the aspect terms should be given more attention than other words in the context. This paper studies the influence of different position embedding methods on the sentimental polarities of given aspects, and proposes a position embedding interactive attention network based on a long short-term memory network. Firstly, it uses the position information of the context simultaneously in the input layer and the attention layer. Secondly, it mines the importance of different context words for the aspect with the interactive attention mechanism. Finally, it generates a valid representation of the aspect and the context for sentiment classification. The model which has been posed was evaluated on the datasets of the Semantic Evaluation 2014. Compared with other baseline models, the accuracy of our model increases by about 2% on the restaurant dataset and 1% on the laptop dataset.

건설공사는 기획-설계-시공-유지관리 등 생애주기에 따라 다양한 많은 정보를 발생시킨다. 도로 등 SOC 공공건설공사는 최소 5년에서 10년이상 기간동안 공사가 이루어짐으로서 공정·공사비 등 사업이력에 대한 정보관리가 중요한 실정이다. 또한, 도로건설사업의 생애주기별 정보 관리를 통해 최초 계획했던 목표대로 공사가 수행되었는지 확인하고 유사공사에 반영할 수 있도록 건설정보의 선순환 구조체계로의 전환이 필요하다. 민간건설공사는 건설사에서 계획부터 준공까지 전반적인 정보관리를 수행하는데 반해, 공공건설사업은 각기 다른 기관 또는 부서에서 업무를 수행함으로서 정보의 통합관리가 어려운 실정이다. 특히, 공공건설 중 일반국도의 경우 건설사업정보시스템에서 건설사업정보를 관리하고 있으나, 세부시스템별로 개별 관리함으로서 정보 단절로 인해 통합적인 모니터링을 할 수 없는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 일반국도 건설사업의 생애주기별 발생 정보를 종합적으로 관리할 수 있도록 정보 통합관리방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 건설관련 정보시스템 현황을 조사하고, 기존 건설사업정보시스템을 분석한 후, 표준화 절차에 따라 용어, 단어, 도메인을 정의하였다. 그 결과, DB 표준화에 따라 세부시스템의 DB를 통합하고 개별 관리되던 사용자정보를 통합하며 디브레인과의 연계를 통해 사업예산 기반의 정보관리가 이루어질 수 있도록 정보시스템을 개선하였다.

Due to the fast development of information and communication technology, many people are enjoying benefits. However, there are those who do not enjoy the benefits of such information technology due to physical disabilities or economic reasons. This class is classified as an information-vulnerable class with so-called digital divide, and the disabled can be said to be a representative information-vulnerable class. The purpose of the paper is to identify the various causes of digital divide and propose improvement measures for the disabled in Korea. For this purpose, the digital divide data by the national institution over the past four years were analyzed. Through various statistical analysis, it was found that the main cause of the digital divide was insufficient information competency among the three factors diagnosing the digital divide namely, information access, information competency, and information utilization. It was also found that the information utilization activities of the disabled were not productive and consumption-oriented

최근 RFID 기술의 급속한 확산은 기존 인식매체의 한계를 극복하고, 기업 및 산업 전반에 새로운 혁신을 가져올 것으로 예상된다. 특히 항만물류산업의 경우 RFID 기술이 적용될 경우 많은 파급효과를 가져올 것으로 예상된다. 우리나라에서는 정부의 각종 시범사업을 통해 RFID 기술을 항만물류산업에 도입하고 있으나 현실적인 개선과제 및 기술도입 전략 등에 대한 연구 부족 등으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 문헌 조사와 현업 설문 분석을 통해 단위 업무별 RFID 기술도입을 위한 우선순위를 선정하여 기술도입을 위한 로드맵을 제시하고자 한다. 향후 본 연구는 항만물류산업의 RFID 기술도입에 성공적인 가이드라인이 될 것이라 기대된다.

한국 생명보험산업에 있어서 정보화투자 효과분석은 향후 정보화투자의 방향설정과 관련하여 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해서 본 연구는 생명보험산업의 다생산물결합 비용함수를 테일러 전개한 제2차 초월대수비용함수를 사용하여 SURE방법으로 정보화자본스톡의 비용탄력성을 추정하였다. 분석자료는 총 33개 생보사를 대상으로 1991-2003년간의 패널자료를 사용하였다. 분석결과는 정보화투자 효과가 개별생보사 마다 차이는 있으나 분석대상 생보사들의 절반정도는 정보화투자로 비용이 절감되는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 대형생보사는 정보자본스톡이 증가하면, 대형생보사의 비용은 감소하는 것으로 제시되었으나, 중소형생보사와 외국계생보사는 정보자본스톡이 증가할수록 비용이 증가하는 것으로 제시되었다. 또한, 정보예산이 증가할수록 정보자본과 전산직원을 동시에 증가시키고 있으나, 정보자본의 가격이 전산직원의 가격보다 더 크게 하락함에 따라 정보자본을 전산직원 보다 더 크게 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this research is to study the effectiveness of applying Information technology to education, so-called education informatization. Education informatiantion consists of building information infrastructure, educational course operation and improvement of the teacher's ICT ( Information and Communication Technology) ability to consolidate and teach educational information development and diffusion. In this study, we've studied the effects of the use of IT on the improvement of student's class Participation and understanding level, We set the hypotheses and tested them. A method of teaching and learning using IT influences the degree of class participation. Educational courses and a method of teaching and learning have been proved to affect the understanding of a lecture. Also, we validated the educational effectiveness on the educational course and class teaching by setting WIS (Weighted least square) on the IT utilization time.

This study aimed to present the tasks to solve digital divide by understanding the actual condition of the digital divide of persons with disabilities in South Korea. Moreover, It is considered that the factors about qualitative digital divide. As a result, it was found that "Information Utilization Capacity" and "Information Utilization" tend to be higher among the young, more often male, higher education level, higher income people who had some information technology education and experience using telecommunication services. In Addition, all failure type affected the "age", "income", "information technology education" in common. Among them, influence of "age" and "information technology education" has become stronger than the other variables. Therefore, in order to solve the qualitative digital divide, it is required to focus as "age" and "information technology education".
