Recently, it has been pointed out that the lack of professional ethics of computer and security experts is serious as college students majoring in information security and insiders who are in charge of security work are involved in crimes after being tempted to cyber crimes. In this paper, we investigate and analyze the security ethics awareness and education situation of college students majoring in information security, and examine the security ethics education method for human resource development with personality and qualities. As the information society becomes more widespread, the ethics and occupational consciousness of the university students who are majoring in information security are recognized as lack of awareness and education about security ethics, As a solution to solve these problems, it is expected that it will be possible to nurture security experts who are aware of their vocation through the educational plan to enhance the security ethics of the information security major college students. According to the security ethics education system proposed in the paper, the security ethical consciousness of the group that received education was remarkably improved.

Today, as a daily routine such as administration/finance is operated under information system and various cyber crime against national, public, and private institutions happen, demand for information security manpower is increasing. Hence, Ministry of Education has formed an Institute of Information Security Education for the Gifted to early discover talent in the field of information security and train professional personnel with specialty and ethics in 4 universities of country in 2014. But the nascent Institute of Information Security Education for the Gifted lack systematic analyses compared to Institute of Mathematics and Science Education for the Gifted that has existed from a long time ago. In this paper, we analyze the state of the Institute of Information Security Education for the Gifted in three parts: operation, selection, education and suggest an improvement to build a practical program for effective operations and education.

In this paper, we analyzed academic curriculum of information security major in domestic university and in center of education contents, reviewed about eduction distinction direction in each university. Also in center of domestic information security industry, it compared and analyzed status of recruitment demand in each information security range and training student in the university, and analyzed whether to meet the degree of information security workforce. In addition, we were examined future needs and direction of the convergency field of information security personnel in terms of information security major curriculum.

The primary purpose of security mechanisms in a computer systems is to control the access to information. There are two types of access control mechanisms to be used typically. One is discretionary access control(DAC) and another is mandatory access control(MAC). In this study an access control mechanism is introduced for secure access path in security system. The security policy of this access control is that no disclosure of information and no unauthorized modification of information. To make this access control correspond to security policy, we introduce three properties; read, write and create.

The related-key attack is regarded as one of the important cryptanalytic tools for the security evaluation of block ciphers. This is due to the fact that this attack can be effectively applied to schemes like block-cipher based hash functions whose block-cipher keys can be controlled as their messages. In this paper, we improve the related-key attack on lightweight block cipher PRINCE proposed in FSE 2013. Our improved related-key attack on PRINCE reduces data complexity from $2^{33}$ [4] to 2.

This study proposed the information security integrated learning model-based KASP. By analyzing the teaching materials regarding information security in the regular curriculum, and by investigating preliminary studies, the information security contents were examined in terms of knowledge, attitudes, skills and ways to practice(KASP). And, the KASP-information security learning model integrating knowledge, attitudes, and ways to practice was developed, and the teaching plan and learning material hand-out were accordingly made out. Moreover, the developed model was tested in an experimental group, and common information security learning content centered on ethics in the comparison group in order to compare the results of two groups. As the test result analysis, it was verified that the developed KASP-information security integrated learning model was effective to help the students learn the knowledge, attitudes, skills and ways to practice.

If students are not aware of the information security, they easily let others know their information or they use others' information with no sense of guilt. The information security education is necessary to protect and prevent students from cyber crime. However, South Korea's information curriculum has no specific information security education course and it has led a school or teacher to teach contents of information ethics superficially. The purpose of this paper is to find the factors affecting the information security practice of the elementary school students. For an empirical analysis, questionnaire survey was conducted and the Partial Least Square(PLS) was used to analyze the research model. The analysis results show that the information ethics awareness and the information security awareness have a positive impact on the information security practice. The results of this study are expected to help choose the specific information security curriculum required for the information security practice of elementary school students.

Convergence ethics education for digital culture in cyberspace is limited to specific areas such as personal information and copyright. Education on the ability to accept information and provide information in cyberspace in which digital natives communicate, share and exchange is inadequate. As a result, the dysfunction of abusing the personal information of others without recognizing the importance of information security has recently emerged as a social problem. In this study, among digital netizen who communicate and exchange information the most in cyberspace, digital literacy education was conducted for students in the first and second grades of university, and then they investigated the change in information security perception. Based on this, we intend to prepare fundamental measures for systematic cultivation of digital literacy education necessary for the Digital Cultural Society.

Nowadays the importance of information security has been increased because there are many benefits and threats like information leakage caused by rapid growth of information technology. It is important to apply technical solution, however enhancing security capability is more important to respond evolving security threats. Information security education is one of typical way to enhance security capability and there are various efforts at the dimension of nation, company and academic community. However it is required to analyze previous research until now and derive future research direction for long-term development plan. In this study, we analyzed a publication status about 177 papers related to information security, training and awareness from 4 foreign journals and 2 Korean journals. Additionally, we analyzed in detail about 70 papers related to information security education. As a result, the most part of study is about curriculum, and in the future, it is required to expand educational area as well as study about effectiveness measurement of information security education by experimental research.

This study aims to inspect national security consciousness of marriage migrant women, and to figure out factors which affect on awareness of national security. Based on this, this study also suggests a way to build up national security of marriage migrant women. As the result of the factors on security situation, there were several things which are necessity of education, trust in the army and government, positivity toward North Korea and so on, while necessity of education, trust in the army and government, national pride and positivity toward North Korea were on the awareness of national security. There are three ways of building up national security consciousness of marriage migrant women. First, security education is needed to be in the social adjustment program of marriage migrant women. Secondly, concern on security is required to them. Third, a necessity of production on security education material is demanded for marriage migrant women.
