훈련과정종합정보망은 훈련과 관련된 모든 훈련 과정을 검색할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 수강 신청, 학습, 훈련 성과 분석, 훈련 이력 관리까지를 원스톱으로 처리할 수 있는 통합 학습시스템이다. 이와 같은 훈련과정종합정보망을 개발하고 운영함으로써 훈련생의 자기 주도적 훈련 선택권의 강화, 훈련 과정의 다양화 및 경쟁을 통한 훈련의 질 제고를 할 수 있다. 훈련과정종합정보망의 운영을 위하여서는 적극적인 홍보와 정확하고 신뢰도 높은 정보 제공 서비스, 그리고 풍부한 콘텐츠와 이용자 개인과 기관에 대한 관리가 필요하며, 안정적인 재정지원과 개인정보보호, 훈련과정에 대한 저작권보호 등이 이루어져야 한다.

This research proposed the necessary capability of cyber security professional personnel for cyber security education and training. Cyber security professional personnel were required specialized capability because the curriculum of cyber security education and training is structured around practice and training. Based on the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of professors, we derive candidate capabilities and index through the results of precedent research. As a result, we derived capability such the candidate capability group as teaching qualification, expert knowledge, practical ability, lecture ability, and research ability, and detailed capability index was derived accordingly. Finally, based on the questionnaire results of the professors related to the information security, it was determined that the capability required for the cyber security education and training professional personnel were expert knowledge, practical ability, and lecture ability. Among the capabilities, executive ability means that they have to fulfil abundant executive experience due to the high proportion of practical training due to the characteristics of cyber security education and training.

The prospect of security services industries is as followings. First, integrated security system will be increased in the security service sphere of collective housing such as apartments. Second, the needs to security services with high-tech electronic security system and systematic security service against crimes will be increased. Third, the needs to crime prevention and disaster prevention service including information security service by means of internet and information and communication technology will be increased. Fourth, perhaps domestic market of security service will be reshaped in relation with localization trend and entrance of foreign security service companies to our country. With these conclusions I think that the departments of universities related to security services will focus on their social roles.

근래에 들어 정보보안 환경이 ICT와 융합됨에 따라 새로운 취약성 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 새로운 유형의 사이버범죄가 대두되고 있으며 사이버 공격, 내부자 유출 등 보안문제로 인하여 보안사고 사례가 급증하고 있다. 또한 기존의 기술적인 보안위협처럼 취약점을 악용한 외부의 해킹이 아닌 내부직원에 의한 정보유출 등의 신종 보안위협이 등장하고 있으며 산업과 기술이 융합되는 새로운 환경으로 발전함에 따라 그 위협은 더욱 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 고도화된 정보위협에 능동적으로 대처하기 위한 전문보안관리 인재를 양성하기 위해 균형있는 정보보호 교과목을 설계하여 정보보호 교과목 분류체계를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구조사 분석과 전문가 자문위원회의 회의를 통해 기술적인 교육과 경영 관리적인 교육이 적절히 배분된 정보보호 교과목을 도출하고 국내실정에 적합한 형태로 분류된 정보보호 직업분류체계와의 연결을 통해 균형감있는 정보보호교과목 분류체계를 도출하였다. 본 연구결과는 미래 산업융합 환경의 신종 보안위협을 막아낼 수 있는 지능형 보안인재를 양성하는데 긍정적인 효과를 미칠 것으로 기대된다.

The study aimed to assess the state of electronic security for the website of the Deanship of Library Affairs at Northern Border University, as one of the university's electronic portals, which provides distinguished knowledge services to faculty members, through the Saudi Digital Library, and the integrated automated system for libraries (Symphony) with the definition of cyber security of the university, and the most important threats The study sought to analyze the opinions of a wide sample of faculty members, towards evaluating the state of electronic security for the Deanship of Library Affairs portal, through the use of both the analytical method, as well as the survey, using the questionnaire tool, and the study sample consisted of 95 A faculty member of all academic categories and degrees, and university faculties, and the study concluded that it is necessary to work to overcome the relative slowness of the university's Internet, with the faculty members notifying the information security services through e-mail and SMS service, with the continuous updating of operating systems, Apply and use the latest anti-spyware, hacking, and antivirus software at the university, while conducting extensive research studies towards information security services, and contracting It aims to introduce information security risks, and ways to combat and overcome them, and spread the culture of information security among faculty members.

As society becomes more digital, the need for digital forensics experts are gradually increasing. It is necessary to establish a training policy that reflects the special characteristics of digital forensics personnel. Although there are fragmented policies for digital forensics-related systems and human resources training in academia, it is an urgently necessary to establish a systematic and long-term policy to foster digital forensics experts. This study suggests curriculum of digital forensic based on the importance ranking among forensic subjects. The importance ranking can be decided by forensic experts. This study can be used as policy data to foster diverse talent that can effectively meet the increasing demand for digital forensics talent. The systematic curriculum proposed in this study is a practical curriculum at the undergraduate level and can be suitable for university level

2015년 8월 교육부는 사회적 수요에 따른 맞춤형 인재 양성을 위한 질적 구조개혁과 재도약 가능성이 있는 대학의 자율적 노력에 대한 적극적인 지원을 위해 대학을 평가하여 결과에 따른 등급별 감축 비율 권고 등 정원감축에 노력을 가하겠다고 발표했다. 이는 학령인구 급감에 대비한 선제적 구조개혁이며, 사회적으로 필요로 하는 맞춤형 인재를 양성할 수 있도록 경쟁력 있는 대학으로 탈바꿈하기 위한 하나의 대책마련으로 사료된다. 국내의 경호학과가 1996년 최초 설립 후 미래 4차 혁명 시대에 대비하기 위한 교육과정의 변화가 필요하며 교육목표, 취업진로에 방향이 정체되어 있다. 이에 따라서 과감하게 시대에 맞게 관련자격증과 교육과정, 국가직무능력표준(NCS), 전문교육과정이 앞으로 도입되어야 한다. 그 한 예로 한세대학교, 중앙대학교, 극동대학교에는 산업보안학과가 생겼고 경기대학교, 성신여자대학교에는 융합보안학과가 생겨나는 추세이다. 대학원의 경우 건국대에 안보재난대학원, 정보정책대학원, 형사사법대학원, 가천대 국가안보대학원, 성균관대 국가전략 대학원 등이 생겨나고 있는 현실에서 경호학으로만 안주해서는 안 되는 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 각 주요 대학의 경호관련, 경찰관련, 산업보안관련, 군사관련 학과들의 교과과정 및 교과목을 중심으로 분석하였다. 학과 간의 통 폐합과 시대적 요청에 따른 변화를 미리 예측하여 향후에 대비할 필요가 있겠다. 전문대학에서 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 적용하고 있는 시점에서 4년제 대학과 전문대학과의 유기적인 협조와 산학관의 상호협력을 절실히 모색해야하는 시점으로 본다.

IT기술의 발전에 따라, 여성인력의 사회 참여 확대와 함께 정보보호 여성의 인력 양성은 매우 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 그러므로 여성 정보보호 인력 양성의 방향을 파악하기 위해 관련 교육과정을 분석하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 수도권의 서울 지역에 소재하고 있는 여성 정보보호 인력 양성 학과의 교육훈련 프로그램을 분석하였다. 본 논문의 주된 연구 목표는 여성 정보보안 인력양성 학과가 구성하고 있는 교육훈련 체계가 NIST 인력양성 방향과 부합하고 있는지 검토하는 것이다. 연구 초점은 여성 정보보안 학과가 보안 전공별로 어떤 특성을 가진 교육과정을 편성하는지, 그리고 어떤 직무 교육에 관심을 가지는지에 초점을 맞추어 연구하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 해당 전공의 교육과정이 NIST 인력양성 프레임워크를 기준하여, 관련 대학의 전공들이 해당 직무에 부합하는 교육훈련 체계를 가지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 말해, 관련 전공들은 융합산업 보안의 인증 평가 인력이나 정보보안 개발인력, 그리고 일반적인 사이버 보안 인력 양성에 초점을 맞추고 있는 것으로 판단된다.

Currently, the departments related to security and secretary service exist in 18 universities and 30 colleges in Korea in order to raise professional security and secretary personnel. Among the 18 four-year colleges in Korea, only two of them have the ethics course include in their curriculum. Also, among the 31 two-year colleges, only three of them have the ethics course included in their curriculum. Besides, as some private security and guardian companies were recently utilized in illegal actions of the rich and ruling class, contradicting their original purpose of existence, many people point out their downfall as a ?forced private army.? As a professional job, if security secretaries take advantage of the knowledge and top-secret technologies and use them for non-ethical purposes, the effect of the damage is far more serious than other fields of jobs. Therefore, taking this event as a turning point, the contract contents and the task area between the client and the security and secretary company must become more transparent in order to prevent illegal actions, and also for the people working in the security and secretary service area, it is necessary to establish a firm ethical consciousness in order to behave appropriately in their working environment. Therefore, this study examines the proper direction of work ethics of the people working in the security and secretary service according to the professionalization of their field, and also aims to propose an appropriate work ethic system such that they will not become an unfortunate victim of various scandals anymore. To do so, the concept of work ethics in professional jobs was examined; and after the code of ethics that reflect the ethical value system of each professional job was reviewed, the study suggested a specific solution for establishing the codes of ethics for security and secretary service.

With rapid social change, security industries were diversified and universities related total security service were founded for training of specialist with a theory and practical affairs. Today, universities must provide an education which fits to job characteristics in rapidly changing society. Also students through this education must find their job properly. The purposes of this study, therefore, are to search a career selection of students majoring in total security service related departments and to study a role of universities for development of specialist related security industries. Revitalization plan of human resources for departments related security services are as follows ; roles of universities: a specialization of curriculum and a diversification of training method. 'academic-industrial cooperation', role of government: 'a legal and institutional policy on academic-industrial cooperation';. Universities, cooperations, government must cooperate mutually for development of specialist related security service field.
