A new design methodology for the shortchannel CMOS IC-package is presented. It is developed by representing the package inductance with an effective lumpedinductance. The worst case maximum-simultaneous-switching noise (SSN) and gate propagation delay due to the package are modeled in terms of driver geometry, the maximum number of simultaneous switching drivers, and the effective inductance. The SSN variations according to load capacitances are investigated with this model. The package design techniques based on the proposed guidelines are verified by performing HSPICE simulations with the $0.35\mu\textrm{m}$ CMOS model parameters.

웹기록물은 공공기관의 업무활동이나 전자상거래에 대한 법적증거로 활용될 수 있기 때문에 보존할 가치가 있는 정보이지만 웹기록물의 특징 중 하나인 '휘발성'으로 인해 소실되고 있다. 따라서 이렇게 사라지는 웹기록물을 장기보존하기 위한 장기보존포맷이 정의되어야 한다. 웹기록물은 전자기록물의 일종이기 때문에 전자기록물 장기보존포맷에 보존할 수 있어야 한다. 하지만 현재 표준으로 제시된 포맷은 웹기록물의 특성을 고려하지 않고 정의되었기 때문에 웹기록물을 보존할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 표면/심층 웹기록물 문서보존포맷으로 연구된 KoDeWeb/KoSurWeb과 전자기록물 장기보존포맷을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 웹기록물을 보존할 수 있는 확장된 전자기록물 장기보존포맷을 정의하였다. 정의된 포맷을 활용하면 웹기록물도 전자기록물들과 같이 보존되어 활용될 수 있고, 전자 상거래에 관련된 공공기관의 웹기록물을 보존함으로써 전자 상거래에 대한 법적 증거로서 활용될 수 있다.

Software system is a hierarchical structure with collection of program units. Software system can import external packages globally or locally depending on the usage within a system. If the imported package is used globally, the soft-ware system can be influenced globally by any change of package and programmer's debugging time for the program maintenance will be greater. To solve these problems, it is desirable to use the imported package locally right on the usage point within the system. The model presented in this paper analyzed entity usage of package in structure of program, identified the usage level to obtain localization and provided information for restructure of the program to localize package usage. To obtain localization, it identified declared entities inside the imported package and analyzed the specification and body part of program unit to identify entities referenced from the imported package. The proposed model can be used to improve the maintainability of software system and contributed to reduction of programmer's debugging time in program maintenance.

전자상거래 시스템에서 패키지 상품의 구매가 이루어지기 위해서는 패키지 상품을 구성하는 상품들이 구비되어 있어야 할뿐만 아니라 충분한 수량이 확보되어 있어야만 구매자의 요구가 있을 때 이를 실시간으로 처리할 수 있게 된다. 그리고 다수의 사용자가 동시에 가상쇼핑몰에 접근하여 패키지 상품을 구매하고자 할 때에도 상품에 대한 동시성 제어가 효율적으로 이루어져야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 고정형 패키지와 맞춤형 패키지상품 구매 시 상품선택과 구매가 효율적으로 이루어지도록 하기 위해서 모든 상품에 대한 실 수량과 판매가능 수량정보를 유지토록 함으로써 구매자의 요구를 실시간으로 처리할 수 있도록 하였고, 트랜잭션의 처리율이 향상되도록 하였다. 그리고 트랜잭션의 동시성 제어를 효율적으로 하기 위해서 잠금을 기반으로 한 동시성제어 알고리즘을 제시하였다.

We research a competitive advantage of telecom bundling package of three mobile telecom company by figuring out utility that consumers perceived and focused on mobile telecom and high speed internet in one bundled package. As a method, conjoint analysis was applied. And in conclusion, consumers considered retaining mobile telecom company as the most important factor to them and branding as the following important one when one bundled package of telecom service is provided in total market. When the market is divided into two submarkets and the second largest submarket is analyzed personal bundled package was most important and three year agreement with a stipulated discount has the highest utility. As a result of this analysis, mobile telecom company managers need to organize bundled package after consideration of their current position and brand power in the market, and then devise proper market strategy

When conducting a health screening, it is important to select the most appropriate hospitals for the screening items. There are various packages in the screening hospitals, and the screening items and price are very different for each package. In this paper, we provide a method of recommending the screening packages in consideration of the customer's preferences such as screening items and minimum matching ratio. First, after collecting package information of hospitals, information such as basic items and optional items in the package are extracted. Then, we determine whether the client's screening items exist in the basic item or optional item of the package and calculate the matching rate of the package. Finally, we recommend screening packages with the lowest price while meeting the minimum matching rate suggested by the client. For performance analysis, we implement a prototype for recommending screening packages and provide the experimental results. The performance analysis shows that the proposed approach provides a real-time response time and recommends appropriate packages.

ERP is a topic of currency in MIS circle. Numerous organization have developed their information systems using many kinds of ERP packages such as Oracle, SAP R/3, uniERP, etc. However, the pricing methodology of ERP systems is not yet established in a proper way. This paper attempts to investigate factors influencing the price of ERP system. Thirty eight ERP consulting firms participated in this research project. Based on the data from ERP consulting firms, price of ERP systems basically consist of package cost, consulting fee, and customizing expense. The results of this research project are finding factors affecting above three parts that consist price of ERP system. This paper found that factors influencing package price are number of modules, number of users, the degree of package reliability. The factors affecting consulting fee are the degree of project specialty, level of consultants. Finally the factors influencing customizing cost are the degree of project difficulty, project time.

Finite element method (FEM) has been widely used as a useful numerical method that can analyze complex engineering problems in electro-magnetics, mechanics, and others. CEMTool, which is similar to MATLAB, is a command style design and analyzing package for scientific and technological algorithm and a matrix based computation language. In this paper, we present new 3D FEM package in CEMTool environment. In contrast to the existing CEMTool 2D FEM package and MATLAB PDE (Partial Differential Equation) Toolbox, our proposed 3D FEM package can deal with complex 3D models, not a cross-section of 3D models. In the pre-processor of 3D FEM package, a new 3D mesh generating algorithm can make information on 3D Delaunay tetrahedral mesh elements for analyses of 3D FEM problems. The solver of the 3D FEM package offers three methods for solving the linear algebraic matrix equation, i.e., Gauss-Jordan elimination solver, Band solver, and Skyline solver. The post-processor visualizes the results for 3D FEM problems such as the deformed position and the stress. Consequently, with our new 3D FEM toolbox, we can analyze more diverse engineering problems which the existing CEMTool 2D FEM package or MATLAB PDE Toolbox can not solve.

본 논문은 제주관광과 직 간접적적으로 연계되어 있는 관광패키지 가격 메커니즘의 의사결정에 관한 연구로 제주도 관광패키지 12개의 상품을 선정하여 전망이론에 기초한 심리적 회계원칙과 프레이밍 효과를 One Way ANOVA 검정방법으로 분석하고 있다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 관광패키지 리스트가격정보를 제시할 때 묶음가격으로 제시하는 마케팅 전략이 필요하다. 둘째, 할인가격 정보는 기본패키지와 옵션패키지의 개별할인 정보를 단위별로 세분하여 공개하는 것이 바람직하다. 셋째, 가격(가격할인)정보 제공에서 관광상품 구매경험이 풍부한 관광객들은 경험이 적은 고객들보다 가격정보에 민감한 것으로 나타나 "프레이밍 효과"와 "지식-조합이론"이 일치하는 결과가 도출되었다. 따라서 리스트가격정보는 묶음가격으로 제시하는 한편, 가격할인상품은 할인정보를 어떠한 프레임으로 제시하느냐가 중요하며, 현대인의 관광상품 구매 관점을 파악하는 것과 시간, 노력, 바용 등이 절약될 수 있는 여행서비스상품을 제공하여 심리적 회계원칙에 안정감을 주는 것이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

The electrical performance of a package is extremely important for high speed digital system operations. CSP(chip scale package) is known to have better electrical performance than the convnetional packages. In this paper, the electrical performance of the BLP(bottom leaded plastic) package, a kind of CSP, has been alayzed by both simulation and real measurement. The electrical perfdormance of a BLP was compared with that of the conventioanl TSOP(thin small outline package). The leadinductanceand lead capacitance were used for the comparison purposes. The new BLP design provides much better electrical performance that TSOP package. It has about 40% favorable parameter values.
