The management of organizational Human Resource is steadily shifting away from pure hierarchical to market mechanisms that involve external vendors. HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) has recently emerged as a significant administrative innovation in an organization's strategy. Our paper attempts to understand firm-specific factors influencing the scope of HR BPO needs. Study results show that IT maturity and firm size are influential factors on the scope of HR BPO needs. We hope that our attempt at empirically examining and predicting this emergent phenomenon will stimulate others to look at this important strategic challenge facing firms from a theoretical perspective. Such research initiatives will allow us not only to better understand this complex phenomenon, but also to drive useful management prescriptions grounded on theory-based research.

Three-dimensional integrated circuits (3D ICs), starting with memory cubes, have entered the mainstream recently. The benefits many predicted in the past are indeed delivered, including higher memory bandwidth, smaller form factor, and lower energy. However, 3D ICs have yet to find their deployment in aerospace applications. In this paper we first present key design tools and methodologies for high performance, low power, and reliable 3D ICs that mainly target terrestrial applications. Next, we discuss research needs to extend their capabilities to ensure reliable operations under the harsh space environments. We first present a design methodology that performs fine-grained partitioning of functional modules in 3D ICs for power reduction. Next, we discuss our multi-physics reliability analysis tool that identifies thermal and mechanical reliability trouble spots in the given 3D IC layouts. Our tools will help aerospace electronics designers to improve the reliability of these 3D IC components while not degrading their energy benefits.

Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) is widely used for protecting wireless sensor network (WSN). At the Workshop on Cryptographic Hardware and Embedded Systems (CHES) 2012, G$\acute{e}$rard et al. proposed an optimized collision attack and break a practical implementation of AES. However, the attack needs at least 256 averaged power traces and has a high computational complexity because of its byte wise operation. In this paper, we propose a novel double sieve collision attack based on bitwise collision detection, and an improved version with an error-tolerant mechanism. Practical attacks are successfully conducted on a software implementation of AES in a low-power chip which can be used in wireless sensor node. Simulation results show that our attack needs 90% less time than the work published by G$\acute{e}$rard et al. to reach a success rate of 0.9.

The purpose of this study was to identify the need for the housing consultation and information about housing in 6 cities except Seoul. This study examined the relations among socio-demographic characteristics, housing characteristics, and the level of need for the housing consultation and information. The number of 629 housewives were interviewed in Pusan, Daefeon, Inchon, Daegu, Kwangju, and Jeonju. The data were analysed by statistical methods such as frequencies, means, and logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the significant variables related to the needs for the housing consultation were the age, education level, and the experience of housing consultation. Respondents were required urgently the parts of housing environment and housing maintenance and repair.

This study focused on the determining factors of foreign workers employment in Korean companies. To improve our national enterprise's work outcome, it is necessary to establish a rational employment management policy plan so that the Korea can promote influx of foreign workers who have appropriate job skills and are hard-working and well suited for cultural environment. Accordingly, the companies need to develop the program by considering following. First, the duty of skilled foreign workers for employment is an important determinant factor and thus the targeting for foreign workers is necessary to proceed with pre-paced training. Second, reflecting the cultural characteristics of migrant workers, a cultural adjustment program needs to be developed. In this regard, the national program of screening foreign workers at the government level and the adaptation program needs to be launched suitable for local environment.

With the result of the analysis, we present the promising contents as follows: video conference service, financial service, stock trading service, traffic information service, location map service, emergency rescue service, and so on.

The DGPS transmits the enhancement signal to GPS using the medium frequency band. The NDGPS service that covers the Korean peninsula has been started since 2009. The service area of ocean-based DGPS(maritime-DGPS) reference stations covers the 100NM, but land-based DGPS(land-DGPS) covers 80km service area less than that of maritime DGPS. The DGPS's antenna has the top-loaded monopole antenna type. Top-loaded monopoles are the logical antennas to be used in order to get a low profile antenna and a performance according to the broadcaster and communication needs. The antenna needs to get the ground plane with good conductivity characteristics and flat ground plane without obstacle near to the transmitting antenna. In this paper, the radiation characteristics of an equivalent MF antenna are analyzed in view points of the ground conductivity and the ground plane with obstacle near to the antenna.

This study investigated the needs of u-City related civil servants upon guideline which is constituted for efficient promotion of the u-City IT infra construction. It utilized explanatory design in mixed method as a research design. In the research result, respondents needed as follows : 1)law and institutions involved in construction processes, 2)information about engineering techniques with general terms in u-City constructions, 3)reference service models. It proposed implications of constructing the new guideline based upon research results.

The design of highway in the future should be convenient using of a high-technology information, and it needs the design of alignment that is able to find the maximum vehicles inducement function fitting into Car Navigation System. Well then, the alignment of the existent highway needs to be analyzed with accuracy for improving design of existent highway, and it needs the design drawing of existent highway, and coordinates of the main point. This study gets data of the alignment of highway economically by Kinematic GPS surveying to analyze the alignment of existent highway, and horizontal alignment of highway is analyzed by this data. The result of study is included within range practical error, and alignment analysis can be known that there is practical.

Nowadays, wireless sensor networks (WSNs) have been widely adopted in structural health monitoring (SHM) systems for social overhead capital (SOC) public infrastructures. Structural health information, environmental disturbances and sudden changes of weather conditions, damage detections, and external load quantizing are among the capabilities required of SHM systems. These information requires an efficient transmission with which an efficient mobility management support for wireless networks can provide. This paper deals with the analysis of mobility management schemes in order to address the real-time requirement of data traffic delivery for critical SHM information. The host-based and network-based mobility management protocols have been identified and the advantages of network mobility (NEMO) enabled Proxy Mobile Internet Protocol version 6 (PMIPv6) have been leveraged in order to address the SHM information transmission needs. The scheme allows an efficient information transmission as it improves the handover performance due to shortened handover latency as well as reduced signaling overhead.
