새로운 지식 창조 활동으로서의 정보문해의 중요성에 대한 인식이 점점 높아감에 따라 미국, 영국, 호주와 뉴질랜드 등의 국가에서는 1990년대 후반부터 고등교육을 위한 정보문해 표준을 제정하였으며, 정보문해 과목을 일반 기초과정으로 개설하는 대학이 점점 늘어가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학도서관의 시설과 인력자원을 활용 할 수 있는 일반 기초교육과정으로서의 교수-학습 모형을 구안하여 제시하였다. 이 교수-학습 모형은 북미대학 도서관협회, 영국대학도서관협회, 호주뉴질랜드정보문해연구소의 정보문해 표준과 뉴멕시코 주립대학, 해이워드 캘리포니아 주립대학, 동인디애나 주립대학 등에서 정규 교육과정으로 개설되고 있는 정보문해 교육 모형을 토대로 개발되었다. 강의의 구성은 한 학기 16주 과정에 적용될 수 있도록 총 13개의 강의 모듈로 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서 개발한 교수-학습 모형의 만족도를 조사한 결과 평균치 이상의 값이 나왔다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the Artificial Intelligence thinking-based education program for improving AI literacy and verify its effectiveness for beginner. This program consists of 17 sessions, was designed according to the "ABCDE" model and is a project-based program. This program was conducted on 51 first-year middle school students and 36 respondents excluding missing values were analyzed in R language. The effect of this program on ethics, understanding, social competency, execution plan, data literacy, and problem solving of AI literacy is statistically significant and has very large practical significance. According to the result of this study, this program provided learners experiencing Artificial Intelligence education for the first time with Artificial Intelligence concepts and principles, collection and analysis of information, and problem-solving processes through application in real life, and served as an opportunity to enhance AI literacy. In addition, education program to enhance AI literacy should be designed based on AI thinking.

원활한 정보 교육이 이루어지기 위해서는 학생들이 어느 수준 이상의 디지털 리터러시를 갖추었다는 것을 전제로 한다. 그러나 약 10여년 간 정보 교육의 부재에 따른 학습자의 낮은 디지털 리터러시 수준으로 인해 원활한 수업이 어렵다는 학교 현장의 목소리가 크다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2015 중학교 정보과 교육과정을 원활하게 운영하기 위해 필요한 디지털 리터러시 요소를 분석한 후 중학생들의 디지털 리터러시 수준을 분석하였다. 그 결과 학생들이 자주 사용하는 컴퓨팅 기기와 소프트웨어에 부분적으로 능숙한 편향된 사용을 보였고, 학습에 필요한 하드웨어 사용, 온라인 협업을 위한 기초 용어와 운영체제에 대한 이해, 정보 검색, 생산성을 위한 문서작성 등에는 많이 미숙한 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 효과적인 정보 교육을 위한 디지털 리터러시 교육 방향과 체계적인 교육 내용을 구성하는 가이드라인이 되는 기초적인 자료를 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

In this paper, we propose efficient management method of liberal education for improving computer literacy. We analyzed the actual conditions and factors affecting education and reflected the analysis results in education. The subject of the study is 'Practice Excel', and tested achievement based on computer literacy. In order to evaluate objectively, we conducted CBT(Computer Based Test) based on Computer Specialist in Spreadsheet & Database Level-2. Analysis of the questionnaire included the use of the popular statistical program, IBM SPSS 24 trial, and frequency, ANOVA, t-test, crossover analysis, and correlation. Evaluation results, An important factor influencing educational performance was active participation. It also proved to be very helpful for understanding excel functions & expression.

본 연구의 목적은 리터러시 및 독서 정보 ICT 디지털 리터러시의 개념을 고찰하고 정의하여 이들 리터러시의 개념적 차이를 통한 독서 정보 ICT 디지털 리터러시의 개념화 모델을 개발하는 데 있다. 동시대의 사회적이고 문화적이며 정보기술의 발전에 따른 현상을 설명하는 개념으로 컴퓨터 리터러시가 등장하였으며, 이후 컴퓨터 리터러시는 IT와 ICT 리터러시로 그리고 디지털 리터러시로 변화되어 왔다. 연구결과로, 매체의 기술적 변화에 따라 용어가 변화되어 온 이들 리터러시를 매체 중심적 리터러시로 분류하였고, 텍스트나 정보를 이해하고 활용하고 평가하는 인지적 과정에 초점을 둔 독서 리터러시와 정보 리터러시를 과정 중심적 리터러시로 분류하여 독서 정보 ICT 디지털 리터러시의 개념화 모델을 개발하였다. 디지털 환경에서도 독서나 정보 리터러시는 매체에서 드러난 텍스트를 비판적으로 사고하고 평가하는 핵심적인 역량으로 독자들의 독서 및 정보 격차를 줄일 수 있는 방법에 대한 관심과 연구가 더욱 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of news literacy in the relationship between sense of community and political efficacy. This study conducted a survey targeting the MZ generation. The survey was conducted online, and data from 309 cases were used for analysis. The research results are as follows. As a result of correlation analysis between sense of community, political efficacy, and news literacy, it was found that there was a statistically significant correlation between sense of community and news literacy sub factors. Second, the relationship between sense of community and political efficacy was found to have a significant positive effect on political efficacy as sense of community increased. Third, the relationship between sense of community and news literacy was confirmed to have a significant positive effect on news literacy as sense of community increased. Fourth, regarding the relationship between news literacy and political efficacy, it was confirmed that news literacy has a significant effect on political efficacy. Fifth, in the relationship between sense of community and political efficacy, news literacy was found to mediate the relationship between sense of community and political efficacy of the MZ generation. Based on the research results, news literacy education is required from the perspective of civic education, and differentiated educational contents by age are proposed.

본 논문에서는 현직 초·중등 교사의 인공지능 융합교육 역량 강화 및 소양 함양을 위한 인공지능 소양교육 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 적용하여 인공지능 융합교육 관심도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 검사도구는 Hall et al.(1979)의 관심중심수용모형을 기반으로 George, Hall & Stiegelbauer(2006)이 개발한 관심단계 설문 척도를 사용하였다. 인공지능 소양교육 프로그램 적용 전, 후 인공지능 융합교육에 대한 관심도를 분석한 결과, 프로그램 적용 전, 후 모두 비사용자의 유형이 나타났으나 전반적인 관심도는 적용 전에 비해 상승하였다. 인공지능 소양 교육 프로그램의 만족도 결과를 분석한 결과 대부분의 영역에서 만족한다는 응답이 도출되었으나, 인공지능과 산업의 융합 및 적용 사례에 대해서는 다소 만족도가 떨어지는 경향이 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 SIM-PBL이 간호대학생의 정보활용능력, 자기주도적 학습능력, 학업적 효능감에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위함이다. 대상자는 한국의 일개 대학교 간호학과 4학년 학생 81명이었다. SIM-PBL은 4주 동안, 주 1회(150분) 제공하였고, 교육 전후에 구조화된 설문지를 활용하여 정보활용능력, 자기주도적 학습능력, 학업적 효능감을 조사하였다. 교육 후에 정보활용능력의 하부영역 중 정보통합(${\acute{p}}=.030$), 정보표현(${\acute{p}}=.003$) 및 정보윤리(${\acute{p}}=.016$) 영역의 능력이 향상되었다. 그러나, 자기주도적 학습능력과 학업적 효능감은 교육 후에 변화가 없었다. SIM-PBL은 간호대학생의 정보활용능력을 향상시키는데 효과적인 교수법임을 확인하였다. 앞으로, 신뢰성 높은 유용한 정보를 윤리적으로 활용할 수 있도록 돕는 SIM-PBL 교육방안이 필요하다.

Objectives: This study reviews literature on health literacy and provides communication guidelines and policy implications for addressing health literacy for the Korean population. Methods: EBSCOHost, JSTOR, ProQuest, Web of Science, and PubMed were searched using the term "health literacy." The present study also reviewed reports and publications released by governments and healthcare agencies. Results: By reviewing existing articles and reports, the present study provides following suggestions : (a) implementation of a national health literacy survey on a regular basis, (b) development of tailored health literacy interventions for different target segments, (C) development of an appropriate model to evaluate the effectiveness of health literacy programs, and (d) development of health literacy guidelines for distributing health information and educating healthcare professionals. Conclusions: Health literacy issues must be addressed through establishment of appropriate policies and guidelines as well as collaboration between government and healthcare organizations.

본 연구는 제 7 차 교육과정 이후 학교 수업에서 교육의 효과를 제고하기 위해 등장한 ICT(Information Communication Technology) 활용교육의 궁극적인 목적인 정보활용능력에 대해서 살펴보고 정보기술 수용 및 확산에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석에 유용한 이론적 기초를 제공해 주는 기술수용모형 (TAM: Technology Acceptance Model)을 토대로 하여, 정보활용능력 교육의 수용 과정에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 인지된 유용성, 인지된 용이성, 태도 정보활용능력 통합교육의 효과성, 교사의 혁신성, 사서교사와 학교도서관의 적합성과 지원, 자기효능감 등을 설정하였다. 이러한 변수들이 정보활용능 력 교육의 수용 과정에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 실증적 연구를 통하여 확인해보고 이를 통해 정보활용능력 교육의 활성화를 위한 시사점을 찾고자 하였다.
