A clustering scheme for ad hoc networks is aimed at managing a number of mobile devices by utilizing hierarchical structure of the networks. In order to construct and maintain an effective hierarchical structure in ad hoc networks where mobile devices may move at high mobility, the following requirements must be satisfied. The role of each mobile device for the hierarchical structure is adaptive to dynamic change of the topology of the ad hoc networks. The role of each mobile device should thus change autonomously based on the local information. The overhead for management of the hierarchical structure is small. The number of mobile devices in each cluster should thus be almost equivalent. This paper proposes an adaptive multihop clustering scheme for highly mobile ad hoc networks. The results obtained by extensive simulation experiments show that the proposed scheme does not depend on mobility and node degree of mobile devices in the ad hoc network, which satisfy the above requirements.
Digital data can be manipulated easily, so information related to the timestamp is important in establishing the reliability of the data. The time values for a certain file can be extracted following the analysis of the filesystem metadata or file internals, and the information can be utilized to organize a timeline for a digital investigation. Suppose the reversal of a timestamp is found on a mobile device during this process. In this case, a more detailed analysis is required due to the possibility of anti-forensic activity, but little previous research has investigated the handling and possible manipulation of timestamps on mobile devices. Therefore, in this study, we determine how time values for multimedia files are handled according to the operating system or filesystem on mobile devices. We also discuss five types of timestamps-file created (C), last modified (M), last accessed (A), digitalized (Di), and filename (FN) of multimedia files, and experimented with their operational features across multiple devices such as smartphones and cameras.
IoT (Internet of Things) is a collective term referring to application services that provide information through sensors/devices connected to the internet. The real world application of IoT is expanding fast along with growing number of sensors/devices. However, since IoT application relies on vertical combination of sensors/devices networks, information sharing within IoT services remains unresolved challenge. Consequently, IoT sensors/devices demand high construction and maintenance costs, rendering the creation of new IoT services potentially expensive. One solution is to launch an IoT open market for information sharing similar to that of App Store for smart-phones. Doing so will efficiently allow novel IoT services to emerge across various industries, because developers can purchase licenses to access IoT resources directly via an open market. Sharing IoT resource information through an open market will create an echo-system conducive for easy utilization of resources and communication between IoT service providers, resource owners, and developers. This paper proposes the new business model of IoT open market for information sharing, and the requirements for ensuring security and standardization of open markets.

We have synthesized new hole transport materials(HTMs). Then we have fabricated structures of ITO/new HTM/$Alq_{3}$/EIL/Al. New HTM based devices have higher current density and lower turn-on voltage than TPD based devices. New HTMs have higher HOMO level than TPD. The new HTM based OLEDs have shown better current injection than the TPD based OLEDs, due to the lower injection barrier between ITO surface and HTM.
The needs of 3-D data have been increasing for various applications like visualization, 3-D modeling, planning and management as well as entertainment. Mobile mapping has become a quick and practical means for acquiring necessary 3-D data for above-mentioned applications. A mobile mapping system mainly consists of two main components, viz. data acquisition devices and positioning devices. The data acquisition devices consist of CCD cameras or/and laser scanners. The positioning devices consist of GPS, INS, Odometer (shaft encoder) and some other referencing devices. The overall accuracy of mobile mapping system depends on the accuracy of positioning devices and their integrated output. Though, GPS is the main input device for the position information, the signal is not available for the computation of position all the times in urban area. The GPS satellites are normally obstructed by high-rise buildings. Thus it is very important to understand the accuracy of such a system in different environments and means to solve such problems. We have developed a mobile mapping system called VLMS (Vehicle-borne Laser Mapping System), which consists of CCD Cameras, Laser scanners, GPS, INS and Odometer. In this paper, we will present and discuss the accuracy of this system with data acquired in different environments (open area, urban area, tunnel, express way etc) by analyzing the data with respect to other existing digital data.

Small-sized IoT wireless sensing devices can be deployed with small aircraft such as drones, and the deployment of mobile IoT devices can be relocated to suit data collection with efficient relocation algorithms. However, the terrain may not be able to predict its shape. Mobile IoT devices suitable for these terrains are hopping devices that can move with jumps. So far, most hopping sensor relocation studies have made the unrealistic assumption that all hopping devices know the overall state of the entire network and each device's current state. Recent work has proposed the most realistic distributed network environment-based relocation algorithms that do not require sharing all information simultaneously. However, since the shortest path-based algorithm performs communication and movement requests with terminals, it is not suitable for an area where the distribution of obstacles is uneven. The proposed scheme applies a simple Monte Carlo method based on relay nodes selection random variables that reflect the obstacle distribution's characteristics to choose the best relay node as reinforcement learning, not specific relay nodes. Using the relay node selection random variable could significantly reduce the generation of additional messages that occur to select the shortest path. This paper's additional contribution is that the world's first distributed environment-based relocation protocol is proposed reflecting real-world physical devices' characteristics through the OMNeT++ simulator. We also reconstruct the three days-long disaster environment, and performance evaluation has been performed by applying the proposed protocol to the simulated real-world environment.
