정보보호 공시 데이터를 이용한 정보보호 관리체계 인증과 조직의 특성 분석 (Analysis on ISMS Certification and Organizational Characteristics based on Information Security Disclosure Data)

  • 정보보호 관리체계(Information Security Management System, ISMS)는 정보 자산의 기밀을 유지하고 결함이 없게 하며 언제든 사용할 수 있게 하는 보호 절차와 과정이고, 국내의 ISMS-P와 국외의 ISO/IEC 27001이 가장 대표적인 ISMS 인증제도이다. 본 논문에서는 ISMS 인증과 조직의 특성과의 관계를 파악하기 위해서 한국인터넷진흥원(KISA), 과학기술정보통신부 전자공시시스템(ISDS), 금융감독원 전자공시시스템(DART)로부터 데이터를 수집하고, Probit 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. Probit 분석 시 ISMS-P 취득여부, ISO/IEC 27001 취득여부, ISMS-P와 ISO/IEC 27001 모두 취득여부의 세 가지 경우에 대해 독립변수 4개와의 관련성을 확인하였다. 분석 결과, ISMS-P, ISO/IEC 27001 모두 취득한 기업은 총 임직원 수와는 양의 상관관계, 업력과는 음의 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이외에도 ISMS-P 인증제도와 정보보호 공시제도의 개선방향에 대해서도 확인할 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, a CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) field engineering system is designed and implemented for managing cellular telecommunication base stations. For high quality of CDMA service, optimized cell planning is crucial. For such cell planning, base stations must be managed based on analysis of CDMA field dta. The proposed system consists of two modules: a measurement module and au analysis of CDMA field dta. eh proposed system consists of tow modules; a measurement module and an analysis module. The measurement module collects various CDMA field dta and displays them on a vector map in a real-time manner. The analysis module associates measured data with various related information, e.g. base station information, and process them statistically. The proposed system can drastically reduce base station management cost.

  • Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), a non-parametric productivity analysis tool, has become an accepted approach for assessing efficiency in a wide range of fields. Despite of its extensive applications, some features of DEA remain bothersome. DEA offers no guidelines to where relatively inefficient DMU(Decision Making Unit) improve since a reference set of an inefficient DMU consists of several efficient DMUs and it doesn't provide a stepwise path for improving the efficiency of each inefficient DMU considering the difference of efficiency. We aim to show that DEA can be used to evaluate the efficiency of System Integration Projects and suggest the methodology which overcomes the limitation of DEA through hybrid analysis utilizing DEA along with machine learning.

  • In general, channel information of received DTV signal analyzed based on symbol timing clock with only In-phase information in DTV receiver. This paper presents technical requirements of channel analysis system for DTV reception signal. In order to meet such requirements and measure more accurate magnitude and phase of channel information, compensation method for the quadrature information from measured in-phase data is proposed. The proposed channel analysis system is implemented with a commercial DTV chipset and provides fast data analysis with good connectivity with field test vehicles. Computer simulation and laboratory test results are provided to figure out the performance of the proposed channel analysis system for DTV signal.

  • We live in an age of information and an era of rising environmental awareness. As a result, efficient and judicious use of environmental information has become a prerequisite to planning and management of environmental affairs in contemporary societies. So, we have embarked on a study of Environmental Information System(EIS). In the first article, we discussed the status analysis of EIS in Korea, USA, and Japan. This study as the second project has three major components. First, it classifies items and sources of 22 EIA factors. Second, it explains building of environmental information comprising geographic and attribute data of 17 factors. Finally, the study presents applications of EIS as an alternative assessment of suitability analysis. Based on these analysis, the study makes some recommendations and conclusions.

  • 인터넷이라는 혁신적인 정보기술의 도래 이후, 정보 환경의 다이너미즘(dynamism)은 정보 이용자들의 니즈 및 행태에 있어서의 변화를 초래하였다. 이러한 급변하는 환경의 정보 이용자들에 대한 이해는 필수적이며, 이를 기초해서 정보서비스와 이를 위한 시스템을 효과적으로 구축하여 운영할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 과학기술정보서비스시스템 이용자의 세분화(segmentation)에 따른 특성을 이해하고 콘텐츠 이용실태 조사·분석을 통하여 맞춤형 서비스와 콘텐츠 개발에 대한 개선사항을 도출함에 있다. 총 816명의 과학기술정보서비스시스템 이용자들이, 지난 9월부터 11월까지, 온라인 설문조사에 참여하였다. 수집된 데이터는 요인 분석과 클러스터 분석 기법을 적용하여, 이용자를 세분화하고 새로운 정보기술과 정보서비스에 대한 인식, 과학기술정보 니즈, 그리고 이용자들이 중요하게 생각하는 과학기술 속성 등을, 세분화된 이용자그룹에 따른 결과를 도출하였다.

  • For managing and analyzing effectively diverse and complicated environmental informations, informations should be built systematically, and techniques should be developed. Environmental Information System(EIS) is composed of environmental informations, GIS, and manpower. Recently it is applied to Environmental Impact Assessment and environmental management, etc.. For effective application, EIS techniques will be improved. This article has four components. First, it describes building of environmental information comprising geographic and attribute data using GIS in Chuncheon district. Second, it explains programming for effective information analysis and management using AML(Are Macro Language in ARC INFO). Third, it provides specific functional capabilities including suitability analysis. Based on these analysis, this study makes some examples for systematic analysis and management of environmental information using interactive system.

  • When researchers plan R&D projects, they usually use patent map or paper map for the objective decision-making, but in traditional korean medicine field, domestic patents and papers have been mainly proposed as results of many R&D projects, while most of patent or paper map tools support international patents and SCI papers, respectively. Therefore, as an alternative one KIOM constructed the project map which can provide the technology landscape for R&D project information in traditional korean medicine field. But the functions of the system is limited to the search and analysis with chart. So sophisticated analysis results are hard to get from the existing system. This research's goal is to upgrade the web based project map analysis system to provide researcher rich functionality and advanced analysis tools.

  • 본 논문은 다양한 매체를 활용하여 레이다 개발에 특화된 능동 전자 주사식 위상 배열(AESA, Active Electronically Scanned Array) 레이다 통합 분석 시스템을 구현하고 제안한다. 대부분 분석 시스템은 결함의 원인을 분석하고 개선하기 위해 활용되어 시험을 수월하게 한다. 그러나 기존에 텍스트 기반의 로그 분석 시스템은 로그 정보가 많으면 직관적이지 않고 원하는 정보를 한 번에 찾기 어려워 장비 결함 발생 시 결함의 원인을 분석하기에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 분석 시스템은 다양한 매체를 활용한다. 본 논문에서 정의하는 매체란 텍스트 기반의 데이터를 기록하고, 데이터를 이미지 및 영상으로 전시하며 데이터를 시각화하는 것을 말한다. 제안하는 분석 시스템은 레이다 장치 간에 송수신된 데이터, 레이다 표적 탐지 추적 알고리즘 데이터 등을 분류하여 저장하고 레이다 작동 결과 및 장비 결함 정보를 실시간 전시하고 시각화한다. 이 분석 시스템을 통해 사용자에게 원하는 정보를 빠르게 제공하고 완성도 높은 레이다 개발에 도움을 준다.

Understanding the Employee's Intention to Use Information System: Technology Acceptance Model and Information System Success Model Approach

  • This study aims to understand the determinant of the employee's intention to use information system within the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Information System Success Model (ISSM). This paper also aims to examine the influence of ISSM dimension on the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use. The research respondents were 248 employees of Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) who are users of the Financial Information System (SIKEU). Data was obtained using a questionnaire that was distributed online via Google form. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis using the Warp-PLS software. The results showed that the dimensions of TAM (perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness) had a positive and significant influence on the employee's intention to use SIKEU. The ISSM dimension (system quality and information quality) also had a significant influence, although other ISSM dimensions (service quality) had not been proven to have a significant influence on the employee's intention to use SIKEU. Moreover, the results showed that the employee's intention to use is a determinant of SIKEU's actual usage. Perceived ease of use was significantly determined by system quality, information quality, and service quality. In addition, the perceived usefulness was significantly determined by system quality and information quality.
