TLS 마이닝을 이용한 '정보시스템연구' 동향 분석 (Analysis on the Trend of The Journal of Information Systems Using TLS Mining)

  • Purpose The development of the network and mobile industries has induced companies to invest in information systems, leading a new industrial revolution. The Journal of Information Systems, which developed the information system field into a theoretical and practical study in the 1990s, retains a 30-year history of information systems. This study aims to identify academic values and research trends of JIS by analyzing the trends. Design/methodology/approach This study aims to analyze the trend of JIS by compounding various methods, named as TLS mining analysis. TLS mining analysis consists of a series of analysis including Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) weight model, Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling, and a text mining with Semantic Network Analysis. Firstly, keywords are extracted from the research data using the TF-IDF weight model, and after that, topic modeling is performed using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) algorithm to identify issue keywords. Findings The current study used the summery service of the published research paper provided by Korea Citation Index to analyze JIS. 714 papers that were published from 2002 to 2012 were divided into two periods: 2002-2011 and 2012-2021. In the first period (2002-2011), the research trend in the information system field had focused on E-business strategies as most of the companies adopted online business models. In the second period (2012-2021), data-based information technology and new industrial revolution technologies such as artificial intelligence, SNS, and mobile had been the main research issues in the information system field. In addition, keywords for improving the JIS citation index were presented.

  • The use of national R&D reports becomes a difficult task due to the different level of service being provided and the different way used for its construction by the institute in management. One-stop service of its contents is impossible and there is a lack of specialized service such as a system to satisfy the various needs of the researchers. This study analyzes the laws related to the national R&D reports and the evaluation system of the R&D outputs for the design and construction of the DB and system for the management of the national R&D reports. We also perform an analysis of the economic effect of the system.

  • This paper describes a web-based system called DESIGNER for the analysis and design for automated material handling equipment(MHE) applications in manufacturing. DESIGNER models the processes for system integration, economic analysis, performance analysis, and automated storage/retrieval system(AS/RS) design. Based on the information specified by users, the various analysis modules are invoked to meet the needs of the material handling applications. The results of the analyses provide system users with useful data for material handling system design and decision on investment in automated MHE. Example problems are also presented to demonstrate the use of the system.

  • 스마트 그리드는 기존 전력망에 ICT(Information Communication Technology)기술과 타산업간의 지속적인 융합으로 다양한 부가서비스를 제공한다. 다양한 프로토콜을 사용하고 있는 스마트 그리드 응용시스템이 상호간에 독립적으로 정보를 교환하기 위해서는 기존 프로토콜에 독립적인 미들웨어 사용이 필요하다. 스마트 그리드 응용시스템들은 대부분 All-IP 기반에서 정보 교환이 이루어진다. 현재 All-IP 기반의 미들웨어는 대표적으로 SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol)과 RESTful(REpresentational State Transfer ful)이 있다. 본 논문에서는 SOAP과 RESTful의 성능을 비교 분석하여 향후 스마트 그리드 응용 시스템 구축 시 사용할 수 있는 SOAP와 RESTful의 성능을 비교분석하였다.

Probit 회귀분석을 통한 ISMS 인증 취득 전략 탐색: 조직 특성을 중심으로 (Exploring the Strategy for Acquiring ISMS Certification through Probit Regression: Focusing on Organizational Characteristics)

  • In the field of information security management systems, one of the representative certifications in Korea is ISMS-P certification, and internationally, ISO/IEC 27001 certification is recognized. When companies acquire both ISMS-P (or ISMS) and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications, budget and manpower are duplicated in similar areas. Therefore, it is necessary for the company to choose and invest in a certification that is suitable for its conditions. This paper proposes a strategy for obtaining information security management system certification that is suitable for the characteristics of the company, allowing for effective information security management based on the company's conditions. To achieve this, data were collected from the Ministry of Science and ICT's Information Security Disclosure System (ISDS), the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), and the Financial Supervisory Service's Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer System (DART), and Probit regression analysis was conducted. During the Probit regression analysis, the relationships between seven independent variables and five cases of ISMS-P (or ISMS) acquisition, ISMS-P acquisition, ISMS acquisition, ISO/IEC 27001 acquisition, and both ISMS-P (or ISMS) and ISO/IEC 27001 acquisition were analyzed. The analysis results revealed the relationship between company characteristics, including industry, and certification acquisition in the ISMS field. Through this, strategies for certification acquisition based on company types could be suggested.

  • Decision class analysis (DCA) is viewed as a classification problem where a set of input data (situation-specific knowledge) and output data(a topological leveled influence diagram (ID)) is given. Situation-specific knowledge is usually given from a decision maker (DM) with the help of domain expert(s). But it is not easy for the DM to know the situation-specific knowledge of decision problem exactly. This paper presents a methodology for sensitivity analysis of DCA under incomplete information. The purpose of sensitivity analysis in DCA is to identify the effects of incomplete situation-specific frames whose uncertainty affects the importance of each variable in the resulting model. For such a purpose, our suggested methodology consists of two procedures: generative procedure and adaptive procedure. An interactive procedure is also suggested based the sensitivity analysis to build a well-formed ID. These procedures are formally explained and illustrated with a raw material purchasing problem.

Structural Analysis of a Cavitary Region Created by Femtosecond Laser Process

  • Femtosecond laser machining has been applied for creating a sensor function in silica glass optical fibers. Femtosecond laser pulses make it possible to fabricate micro structures in processed regions of a very thin glass fiber line because femtosecond laser pulses can extremely minimize thermal effects. With the laser machining to optical fiber using a single shot of 210-fs laser at a wavelength of 800 nm, it was observed that a processed region surrounded a thin layer which seemed to be a hollow cavity monitored by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). This study aims at a theoretical investigation for the processed region by using a numerical analysis in order to embed sensing function to optical fibers. Numerical methods based finite element method (FEM) has been used for an optical waveguide modeling. This report suggests two types modeling and describes a comparative study on optical losses obtained by the experiment and the numerical analysis.

정보체계를 활용한 직무분석 방안 연구 (A Study of Job Analysis Method using Information Systems)

  • 본 논문은 D-기관 대부분의 업무처리 과정들이 정부 표준업무관리시스템인 Onnara System을 비롯한 몇몇 정보체계를 통하여 이루어지고 있기 때문에 해당 체계에 누적되는 전산자료를 바탕으로 별도 직무분석시스템 없이도 조직진단이 가능할 수 있을 것이라는 판단으로 기존의 정보체계를 활용한 직무분석 방안을 제시하였다. 부서 간 또는 동료 간 업무처리에 있어 대부분 온라인으로 자료가 전달되고 회신 된다. 그러한 업무처리를 위한 정보체계 대부분이 개발 구축되어 있는 상황에서 D-기관의 업무처리 절차와 정보체계를 파악하여 직무분석에 필요한 요소들을 도출하고 누적된 자료를 계량화하여 그 요소들의 타당성을 회귀분석 통계량으로 검증하였다. 또한 Onnara System에서만 활용되던 기존 기능분류체계(BRM, Business Reference Model)를 다른 정보체계에서도 공통으로 활용하여 부서 기능 진단까지 할 수 있도록 직무분석 아키텍쳐를 정립하고 관련 정보체계에 추가 기능을 시범 구현하였으며, 그에 따른 부서별 직무량 산출식을 도출하여 부서 적정인력 진단과 도출된 요소들을 실제 활용할 수 있는 다양한 직무분석 방안을 제시 하였다.

한국과 미국의 보건의료정보관리 교육인증제도 및 교육과정 운영현황 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis of Accreditation System for Health Information Management Education and Curriculum in the Republic of Korea and the United States of America)

  • Background: With the development of the information technology industry and the increasing importance of health information, there is a need to analyze the current certification system for health information management education. This study compared and analyzed the health information management education accreditation system between the Republic of Korea and the United States. Methods: Descriptive analysis and quantitative methodologies were used to compare the education accreditation system and understand the current status of health information management curriculum run by universities in the Republic of Korea and the United States. Results: Regardless of the academic year, the Republic of Korea had one certification system based on subject-based criteria. However, the United States had a certification system for associate, baccalaureate, and master's degree programs with competency-based criteria. The accreditation system was different in terms of the way the curriculum is certified and the options for the different levels of university degree programs. Conclusion: Accordingly, it is necessary to consider improving the quality of health information management personnel at different levels by improving the current accreditation system and differentiating the curriculum according to the degree program levels in the Republic of Korea.

  • Due to the recent rapid changes in society and wide spread of information devices, diverse digital information is utilized in a variety of economic and social analysis. Information related to the crime statistics by type of crime has been used as a major factor in crime. However, statistical analysis using only the structured data has the difficulty in the investigation by providing limited information to investigators and users. In this paper, structured data and unstructured data are analyzed by applying Korean Natural Language Processing (Ko-NLP) and the Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) technique. It will provide a crime profile optimum system that can be applied to the crime profiling system or statistical analysis.
