  • It is important that desktop grids should be able to aggressively deal with the dynamic properties that arise from the volatility and heterogeneity of resources. Therefore, it is required that task scheduling be able to positively consider the execution behavior that is characterized by an individual resource. In this paper, we implement a log analysis system with REST web services, which can analyze the execution behavior by utilizing the actual log data of desktop grid systems. To verify the log analysis system, we conducted simulations and showed that the resource group-based task scheduling, based on the analysis of the execution behavior, offers a faster turnaround time than the existing one even if few resources are used.

  • According to the development of information system, many information system and application soft-ware are develop. However, cyber attack and incident have more increased to the development of them. To defend from cyber attack and incident, many organizations has run information security systems, such as Intrusion Detection System, Firewall, VPN etc, and employed information Security person till now But they have many difficulty in operating these information security component because of the lack of organizational management and analysis of each role. In this paper, We propose the formal Cause-Effect Model related with the information security system and administrative mission per each security. In this model, we regard information system and information system operator as one information component. It is possible to compose the most suitable information component, such as information system, human resource etc., according to the analysis of Cause-Effect Model in this paper. These analysis and approaching methodology can make effective operation of each limited resource in organization and effective defense mechanism against many malicious cyber attack and incident.

  • The SW-centered battlefield management information system R&D project takes a long period of 5-10 years or more by applying a complex and rigid batch acquisition strategy. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to institutionalize a rapid and flexible battlefield management information system R&D project management procedure applying agile development methodology, and a government project management organization and contract management method to support it In this study, we analyzed the case of applying the Agile development method centered on Scrum to the US SW-centered weapon system R&D project and the characteristics and problems of the battlefield management information system R&D project in Korea, and suggested improvement measures as follows. First, the battlefield management information system R&D model applies the hybrid development method, and the system requirements analysis and system structure design use the existing waterfall development procedure, and the agile method is applied from the SW requirements analysis to the system integration stage. Second, flexible adjustment of performance, schedule, and cost by organizing an Agile IPT in which military (requirements) - DAPA (project management) - developer - functional specialized organizations (test and evaluation, quality, government research institutes, etc.) participate. Third, improving the Basic Order Agreement so that it can be applied to agile R&D.

  • This study analyzes the problems of fire qualification information websites and job search websites due to incomplete information in the job search process and suggests an improvement plan. It has been confirmed that the main reason for the cost of job searching is incomplete information required for a job search and job search through existing analysis. As a result, it is suggested to construct a smooth information system for economic entities and to provide easy access to information by mitigating the incompleteness of information. Based on this, analysis of the problems of Korean qualifications in the firefighting realm reveals that there is a qualification holder information and a job information site, and a qualification holder management system is established but only information of either qualification acquisition information or employment information is provided. In addition, it is easy to access information through a qualification acquisition information and employment information site via the Internet, but there are inconveniences that qualification acquisition information and employment information are dualized. In order to improve this, it is necessary to build a new customized integrated qualification management system that covers existing Q-net qualification acquisition information and worknet employment information.

  • This paper presents a prototype for structural analysis and design system by use of the STEP concepts for the representation and exchange of information on framed steel structures, and also integrates the product model of steel structures of AP 230, geometric and topological information of Part 42, and detailed Finite Element Analysis information of Part 104 into an unified system. Thus, the STEP-based system makes engineering information more clearable and exchangeable between computer applications than any other conventional methods. This system may be further extended to incorporate other computer applications for detailed engineering and manufacturing information on steel structures.

  • A security risk analysis provides all information system with the capability to investigate and estimate the status of its security, and gives a guideline for establishing a safeguard against any means of security threats. The information system needs tile judicious and accurate why for performing a risk analysis since security policy and risk analysis of tile information system are based on risk analysis, The risk analysis is composed of two methods. mathematical approach and diagramming technique. Mathematical approach cannot yield a precise description of the real world. However, diagramming technique is more pragmatic since it overcomes this limitation. In this paper, we studied tile security risk analysis methods proposed in overseas such as INFOSEC [4], SRAG [5], FIPS65[6], and JRAM[7].

  • The traditional documents analysis was centered on words based system was implemented using a morpheme analyzer. These traditional systems can classify used words in the document but, cannot help to user's document understanding or analysis. In this problem solved, System needs extract for most valuable paragraphs what can help to user understanding documents. In this paper, we propose system extracts paragraphs of normalized XML document. User insert to system what filename when wants for analyze XML document. Then, system is search for keyword of the document. And system shows results searched keyword. When user choice and inserts keyword for user wants then, extracting for paragraph including keyword. After extracting paragraph, system operating maintenance paragraph sequence and check duplication. If exist duplication then, system deletes paragraph of duplication. And system informs result to user what counting each keyword frequency and weight to user, sorted paragraphs.

  • This study was conducted to investigate the impact of information technology resources and quality of information in logistics information system on logistics performance of logistics companies. The questionnaire targets IT manager of logistics companies. In the questionnaire survey for empirical analysis, we conducted a survey and used 125 responses for statistical analysis to validate hypotheses. The results from the empirical model suggest that quality of information in logistics information system tend to be influence by IT resource. And firm's logistics performance is effected by the usefulness of quality of information in logistics information system.
