Purpose Since the number of personal information breach incidents increased, many people have perceived the importance of personal information protection, in the recent. Especially, the number of personal information breach targeting middle-aged and elderly people rapidly increases. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors which influence to fail of online information security behaviors among the elderly. Design/methodology/approach This study made a research model by adopting the factors deducted from the protection motivation theory. To analyze the research model, we conducted an online survey targeted on the elderly and middle ages users who have nations of Korean and Chinese respectively. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, we identified that only perceived severity and perceived vulnerability affected information security awareness. On contrast, it was also discovered that perceived barriers, self-efficacy, and response efficacy did not affect information security awareness. Additionally, the awareness of information security also did not affect information security behaviors. Middle-aged and elderly people with personal information protection education did more information security behaviors than people those who no education experiences. Korean middle-aged and elderly people with education significantly did more information protection behaviors than the people without the education.

e-learning and m-learning have some problems that data transmission frequently discontinuously, communication cost increases, the computation speed of mass data drops, battery limitation in the mobile learning environments. In this paper, we propose the PULIMS for u-learning systems. The proposed system intellectualize the education environment using intelligent mobile agent, supports the customized education service, and helps that learners feasible access to the education information through mobile phone. We can see the fact that the efficience of proposed method is outperformed that of the conventional methods. The PULIMS is new technology that can be used to learn whenever and wherever learners want in Ubiquitous education environment.

Along with the advance of Information technology and the introduction of the information era, cyber education through the internet has been activated in universities and private educational organization. However, most cyber education is not being practically applied in government employ. This study looks at the influential factors of cyber education in order to create a cyberspace where the public official can obtain information at a place and time convenient to them. This will provide a chance to activate cyber education effectively. The hypothesis was approved through multiple regression analysis was executed in order to explain and predict the relationship between influential factors and cyber education effects. The results of the study show the influential factors of education effect as follows: - the instruction design and contents factors such as interesting educational contents, interaction between leamers and teacher, and positive instruction, all had an important influence. - the learner factors, such as a desire to leam, motivation, and interest in the lesson, also had a significant influence. - the environmental factors such as systematical basis and support, atmosphere, and consideration of others had a large effect on the education effect.

The government supports the various systems on the premise of life-long education for improving the qualification of its people and supporting the lifelong career system. These systems help the educational activities for every generation from the teens. Each government department supports the learning activities for those who are related. In addition, each government department systemizes the regular education for advancing the performance of civil servant, by obliging a self-directed system to their member as well as by reflecting this educational activities in a promotion. This style of learning is provided not only offline but also online. However, not all necessary educational contents is furnished within the department. It is sometimes necessary to cooperate with the commissioned education and a professional educational institution. This thesis suggests three model systems while comparing one another. This paper suggests three system model. The first model is e-contents open place. The second model is e-contents open place. Finally, the suggest model is mixed form.

교원 연수에 있어서 웹을 기반으로 한 가상 연수가 앞으로 더욱 늘어날 전망이다. 그러나, 아직까지는 가상 연수는 하드웨어적인 시스템의 측면에서만 평가가 이루어져 왔고, 긍정적인 면만을 연구해 온 감이 없지 않다. 이제는 이러한 시스템 측면을 발전시켜가면서 몇몇 기관에서 선도적으로 시행한 가상 연수 프로그램의 문제점을 분석하고, 개선 방안을 찾아볼 시점이다. 하지만 각 연수 기관에서 이러한 운영상의 문제점들을 자체적으로 분석하고 있을 뿐 비교 평가할 기회가 없었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 몇 개의 기관에서 시행한 웹 기반 가상 연수 운영에 대한 데이터를 입수하여 비교 분석하고, 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

Recognition reactions about business area activities of business ethics measurement before and after business ethics educations are as follows: 1. Relativism average in production ethics after education shows the high rates, and deontological theory average shows the low levels. These facts show that period characteristics to respect value diversities are reflected. 2. The high average of justice theory, utilitarianism, relativism in distribution ethics before and after education reflects that fair competitions and multitude happiness are preferred, and situation adaptations about the environment changes are preferred. The low average of egoism and justice theory shows that value systems of minorities are not preferred. 3. The high average of relativism in advertisement ethics before and after education reflects the period characteristics to respect value diversities, and low egoism average shows that ethics standards of examine objects are high. 4. Egoism average in selling ethics before education is high, but this average after education is low. These reflect the fact that business ethics educations are efficient.

오늘날 대학은 지식 및 정보혁명에 대응하여 새로운 가상학습모델(가상대학, E-Learning)의 도입과 같은 교육 패러다임의 변화기에 놓여 있다. 이러한 변화기에 가상대학은 분명 대학에게 새로운 기회와 위협을 주고 있다. 만일 대학이 가상학습모델의 지원을 위한 가상대학시스템을 구축하고, 이를 미래의 중요한 전략적 요소로 인식한다면 가상대학시스템은 대학의 입장에서 볼 때 중요한 전략적 정보시스템이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 가상대학시스템을 대학의 중요한 전략정보시스템으로 인지하고 이에 대한 체계적인 전략계획수립을 위한 하나의 프레임웍을 제시하며, 가상대학시스템 전략수립에 있어 가장 큰 영향력을 가진 집단인 교수자의 의견과 요구사항을 분석하여 이들의 요구가 가상대학 전략수립에 어떻게 반영되어야 할 것인지를 제시하고자 한다.

A comparative analysis of the state and results of the functioning of the education system of Ukraine with the national educational systems of the USA and Great Britain was carried out. Based on which we found out similar and different in the process of developing the system of training specialists in higher education institutions of the USA, Great Britain, and Ukraine. Describing the main quantitative indicators of education in the UK, USA and Ukraine, we found common features and distinctive features. Consideration in the comparative aspect of trends in the development of higher teacher education in the United States, Great Britain and in Ukraine gives grounds for conclusion. For these countries, such groups of norms as types of educational institutions, forms of Education; introduction of a unified system of credit units in order to create conditions for broad mobility of students; availability of different levels of training; study of the best experience of educational activities of other states and its introduction into the educational process in combination with the cultural traditions of Ukraine coincide. Describing the main quantitative indicators of education in the analyzed countries, we found distinctive features.Teacher development systems in the UK, USA and Ukraine are compared. It was found out that the use of methods of Great Britain and the United States on the organization of independent work in the process of professional development of teachers will have a positive impact on training in the system of advanced training of teachers in Ukraine. The article examines the information culture of future specialists, which is based on knowledge about the information environment, the laws of its functioning and development, and the perfect ability to navigate the limitless modern world of information.
