국내 의류기업의 정보공유 시스템 특성 및 활용효과에 관한 실증연구 (A Case Study on the Properties and Effects of the Information Sharing System in the Korean Apparel Manufacturers)

  • As apparel manufacturers have increased their outsourcing garment making to cope with the rapid changing market, the information sharing has been the most important factor for the Korean apparel industry. The purpose of this research was to identify the properties and effects of information sharing system between Korean apparel manufactures and contractors. For this study, two apparel manufactures which actually used the information sharing systems were case-studied for the properties and effects of the information sharing system. The results of this study are shown as follows; 1) The companies ("J" and "S"), studied in this paper used sharing information mostly on order, delivery, and accounts within their contractors based on information sharing system. Company "J" turned out to have strong partnership with their contractors and developed more flexible manufacturing system and QR strategy. They shared not only basic transaction information but also quality inspection information and work-in-process information by using information sharing system. 2) The effects of information sharing system were proved as business transaction time reduced more than 60 percent, compared when staffs had to face to face, or use phone or fax to deliver documents. This study was investigated to provide an example which introduces information sharing system objectively and systematically to the apparel industry.

대학의 경영혁신 방향에 대한 이론적 연구 (A Study on the Application Possibility of Management Innovation Strategy in University)

  • In the 1990s, university environment is changing rapidly(especially, difficulty of student registration which are originated student's decrease and various deregulation) and university get ready for the new ways of management culture. This new ways are management innovation strategies. The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of effective innovation(to search application possibility of management innovation strategy), solving the problems occurred by the enlargement and change in the environments of universities. From early in the 1990s, korean corporations perform actively many management innovation strategy including benchmarking, restructuring, downsizing, zero-based budgeting, BPR, learn organization and total quality management. But korean most universities performed hardware management innovation strategies such as corporate portfolio restructuring(including outsourcing, M&A, MBO etc.) and organization restructuring. Therefore korean universities have got to concerns about more software management innovation strategy such as total quality management and learn organization. Also we have seen another problems such as that universities try to merely duplicate certain management innovation strategies which are used by another university. rather than to make various effort to adequate their own organizations. In conclusion, korean universities are to play an important roles in the development of knowledge society. The management innovation and individual competence development in the university are required to overcome crisis of university.

IT Cooperation between R.O.Korea and P.R.China

  • Since 2003, the biggest trade partner of South Korea has not been America but China. China appears to be a strong competitor of South Korea in every field of international market and even in IT industry, which has been one of the most competitive field of Korean Economy. IT Industry is now becoming a driving locomotive of economy in South Korea and China. It is reported that the IT gap between South Korea and China is shorten to be 1.7 years in 2006, from 2.6 years in 2003 and will be within one year in 2010. China has been aware of the urgent need of developing electronic and information industry in order to improve its productivity. In the results of the efforts to develop its IT industry, China has achieved average 25% yearly growth rate of IT manufacturing industry since 1991. Since 2004, South Korea has pursued IT 839 strategy. How South Korea and China can sustain the continuous development of IT industry. South Korea IT is expected to utilize China's through the mutual cooperation, which results in mutual benefit. To achieve the mutually benefited cooperation and specially to result in Small & Medium sized Korean companies' cooperation with China's, China is expected to improve the market system and create an environment of admitting intellectual property.

  • 최근 기업들은 생산성 향상과 새로운 기회의 창출이라는 관점에서 e-Business 기업으로의 변환을 시도하고 있다. e-Business 기업으로의 변환에 있어서 솔루션의 도입은 거대한 자본이 소요되어 특히 중견/중소기업으로서는 엄두도 내질 못하는 실정이다. 이로 인하여 IT 아웃소싱의 극대화된 형태로 대두된 ASP를 이용하여 임대하는 성향이 나타나고 있는데, ASP는 웹을 기반으로 하여 어플리케이션을 공급하는 형태로 로컬 ERP를 도입하는 것과 비교해 볼 때 초기투자에 따른 자본절감효과를 누릴 수 있는 등의 여러 가지 장점을 지니고 있으므로 e-Business구축에 적합한 형태라 볼 수 있다. 하지만 ASP의 활성화는 매우 더디게 진행되고 있으며 중견/중소기업들의 ASP에 대한 인식부족은 이들 더욱 지체시키고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 ASP 방식을 이용한 ERP구축 사례를 연구하고 명확한 ASP 방식의 ERP 도입을 위해 필요한 요소들을 살펴보고자 한다.

물류산업 합리화와 제3자 로지스틱스 이용 결정요인분석 (An Empirical Study on the Use of Third Party Logistics in Korean Companies)

  • Over the past decades the concept of Third-Party Logistics(TPL) has generated considerable interest in American and European industries. It involves outsourcing logistics activities that have traditionally been performed within an organization. The functions performed by the third-party logistics can encompass the entire logistics process or, more commonly, selected activities with that process. Increasing corporate emphasis on such concepts as reengineering and supply chain management has led many companies to consider the use of such third-party logistics. This study examines the possibility of applying existing American research of the third-party logistics to Korean companies and investigates the criteria for the use of third-party logistics in Korea. To design the model and generate the hypotheses, this study conducted a comprehensive literature survey on the third-party logistics. To test the hypotheses, this study collected data from 229 companies from the public companies in Korea through a questionnaire survey and conducted descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS for Windows Ver. 7.5 package. This study is hoped that it may contribute to the understanding and introducing of the third-party logistics in the fields of the firms. But there were some restrictions that the respondents were not covered all kinds of firms. These and other major findings from this study imply that existing American studies may be applicable the Korean companies and that this study may complement the deficiencies of the existing studies. Thus, the summary of the literature review, the research model and hypotheses, and empirical findings in this study will provide useful ideas for future research and deep insights for successful logistics management.

부산 신발산업의 국제경쟁력과 과제에 대한 연구 (A Study on the International Competitiveness and Problems in Busan Shoe Industry)

  • The Busan shoe industry has been the accelerating overseas transfer of production facilities due to loss of competitiveness in the wake of drastic revaluation of the won, an increase in personnel expenses and the rise of backup developing countries since the late 1980s. On account of changes in the general system of supply and demand caused by a decrease in exports and production, the Industrial structure has been subjected to a transition from export to domestic demand. As a result, the Busan shoe industry, which used to rank second in the world in terms of its shoe export and to account for 16.5% in terms of its market share, started to be regarded as a fast-fading industry. As a domestic companies have a tendency to almost all the tasks on bloc, it is true that their competitiveness is on the rapid decline for they prefer self-reliance on the premise that all the production should be dealt with for themselves. It is outsourcing that is taken into account as a strategic vehicle for converting such self-reliance into the system of low expenditure and high efficiency.

WIKI cataloging 정신을 통한 공동목록 완성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Construction of the Union Cataloging by WIKI Cataloging Philosophy)

  • 이 연구에서는 아웃소싱으로 반입된 서지데이터의 질을 담보하기 위한 방안으로 위키 카타로깅 방식의 종합목록 작성을 제안하였다. 위키 카타로깅은 일련의 편목에 대한 지식과 경험을 갖추고 있는 사서의 협력을 통해 종합목록의 질을 높이는 방안을 의미하였다. 그 방안은 전문 사서들 의 협력에 기반한 1)위키 카타로깅의 정책, 2) 전용 위키시스템의 개발, 3) 위키 목록규칙의 제정 등이다. 특히, MARC의 기본서지요소 245, 260, 300 필드를 전문사서들이 담당하고, 확장부가요소는 일반 사서들이 담당하는 위키카타로깅의 질을 확보하는 방법을 제안하였다.

정보시스템 개발 프로젝트 참여 만족도 결정요인에 관한 연구: SI 프로젝트 참여인력 만족도 중심으로 (A Study on Determinants of Participants' Satisfaction in Information System Development Project: Focused on Outsourcing Project Participants' Satisfaction)

  • 아웃소싱 방식의 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트(SI 프로젝트)는 참여인력들의 만족도가 매우 낮은 것으로 알려져 있다. 이로 인해 잦은 전직과 이직, 프로젝트 참여 기피 등의 고질적인 문제가 발생하고, 프로젝트 성패에도 악영향을 미치고 있다. 참여인력들의 만족도 향상을 위해서는 프로젝트 참여만족도를 결정하는 요인들의 명확한 규명을 통한 개선이 필요하다. 프로젝트 참여만족도는 직무만족도의 일종으로 볼 수 있다. 선행연구에 의하면, 직무만족도는 직무특성과 무관한 급여, 보상, 명성 등의 일반 요인과 직무특성에 기인한 특화요인에 의하여 결정된다. 본 연구에서는 현업에서 프로젝트 참여만족도 측정에 널리 사용되는 PMI 설문에 기초하여, 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트의 특성에 기인하는 특화요인으로, 프로젝트 이행약정, 업무량과 업무시간, 프로젝트 통제, 조직내 의사소통, 조직간 의사소통, 방법론(프로세스) 영향도의 6가지 요인에 대하여 확인하고, 프로젝트 참여만족도 결정요인으로 적합한가에 대하여 66개 프로젝트에 참여한 390명의 데이터를 통해 검증했다. 연구 결과, 6개의 결정요인은 모두 프로젝트 참여만족도를 결정하는 요인으로 볼 수 있었다. 즉, 프로젝트 참여 인력들의 만족도는 프로젝트 이행약정과 프로젝트 통제, 의사소통, 프로젝트 방법론 등에 민감하게 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 벤더 사(社) 참여인력 들의 만족도는 단순히 많은 업무량과 강한 업무강도 보다는 무리한 프로젝트 이행약정과 계획의 잦은 변경 및 불합리한 프로젝트 통제에 의하여 더욱 저해되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 참여자들의 프로젝트 참여 만족도를 신장시키고, 궁극적으로 프로젝트의 성과를 높이기 위해서는 단편적인 처방과 개선에서 벗어나 프로젝트 이행약정을 비롯한 프로젝트 특화요인들에 대한 종합적인 접근과 해결책이 필요할 것이다.

  • Recently the information system introduction and the application which use the computer are increasing. The efficient operation of information system helps corporations to improve productivity, customer service and corporate competitive power. SaaS(Software as a Service), which is the developed type of outsourcing in the area of information technology, is to use standardized and packaged application by hosting from the outside of enterprise. SaaS is not developed yet as much as people's interest about that in the initial stage, but its related technology and service capacity are accumulated after repeated trial and error, and it's ready to activate the industry. In the area of information system, studies on the measurement of service quality were followed. But there is little study on service quality measurement in the field of SaaS(Software as a Service). The purpose of this study was to divides the SaaS with e-SERVQUAL and it consider the relationship with the perceived recognition and the usage intention. According to this, variables of traditional research were rejected because SaaS is not developed yet in Korea. But information had a strong effect on perceived recognition. Therefore, business related with in SaaS must have provided a correct information about various applications.

도서관자동화시스템 개선을 위한 현황 및 인식 연구 (A Study on the Current Status and Perception of Library Automation Systems for System Improvement)

  • 본 연구는 도서관자동화시스템에 대한 현황 분석을 기반으로 향후 개선 방향을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구에서는 KESLI와 KCUE 컨소시엄에 참여하는 기관의 담당 사서를 대상으로 설문을 진행함으로써 도서관자동화시스템의 현황과 만족도, 오픈소스 기반 도서관자동화시스템의 현황과 인식을 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 현재 도서관에서 사용하는 자동화시스템은 대부분 2000년대 혹은 2010년대에 외주도입 방식으로 개발되었으며, 도서관자동화시스템 전반에 대해서 50% 이상의 응답자가 만족 의견을 보였다. 전반적인 만족도는 개별 기능 만족도와 고객지원 서비스 만족도, 시스템의 구축 및 운영관리 만족도의 영향을 받는 것으로 확인되었다. 현재 도서관자동화시스템은 대부분 오픈소스 혹은 클라우드를 활용하지 않고 있었으나 향후 활용 의사가 높게 나타났으며, 특히 3년 이내에 도입하겠다는 답변도 40% 이상을 차지했다. 본 연구는 향후 오픈소스기반 도서관자동화시스템 구축을 위한 중요한 기초 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다
