The flight information visualization of the aircraft is the system which is widely used to the threat against low altitude tasks and terrain altitude. But, it is difficult to implement the system because of restrictions that GPS data and huge geographic information should be stored. In this paper, it proposes economic DMM (Digital Moving Map) system for flight information visualization from open-source-base. First, the flight information is transferred from X-Plane through UDP and then demonstrated on the DMM system. In the proposed DMM system, flight information is visualized on the map information downloaded from an ArcGIS Map server using the mapping data between the present altitude of the aircraft and the terrain altitude. The result of this paper could be used an economic tool in the field of flight information visualization and the game algorithm research.

The purpose of this study is to develop an framework for the marketing performance evaluation of POS system by the theoretical model for evaluation of information system and the empirical data of Super-chains. This study were empirically examined an effect of POS system and its information quality on POS information use and another effect of POS information use on marketing performances of firms using POS system. Also, in order to achieve this purpose, a literature survey on MIS and marketing was conducted. In this study, the structural equation model(SEM) was established for verifying the relationship of above variables. And, several hypothesis were established and examined empirically from that SEM. In conclusion POS system and its information quality influenced positively on POS information use, and that information use influenced on marketing performance as the effectiveness of POS system operations.

Information System is a critical success factor for overcoming the limitations of asset and capacity of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), and for acquiring competitiveness. Although, the rate of adopting information system by SME has grown, the rate of its utilization has been stagnant. The purpose of this study is to identify the influencing factors that increase SME's information system utilization. We identify perception of strategic value, supplier's support capacity, and organizational characteristic by examining previous researches on information system utilization by SMEs, and verify their the influencing relationship with the information system utilization. This study verifies the research model and hypothesis using structural model. A date-set of 1209 samples from a survey on employees in charge of information system of SME was applied in verifying the research hypothesis. The result of this study shows that the information system utilization influences perception of strategic value and support of supply company, and partly, the structural characteristics. This study presents directions to establish strategy and policy making, and theoretically presents core factors of SME's information system utilization.

Purpose: To identify the degree of users' satisfaction with Nursing Information System. Methods: The study is a survey of users' satisfaction with Nursing Information System. The subjects of the study are 300 nurses who use the Nursing Information System at least for 6 months or longer; data was collected from August 26th to September 1st, 2005. The collected data was analyzed on SPSS 12.0. Results: The results showed that there are noticeable differences in the degree of satisfaction among the users using the Nursing Information System depended on the subjects' marital status, working department, job title, types of computer training and other facts, such as individual's ability of using the system finding necessary references. Nursing records (including administration and prescription of medicine) was chosen to be the priority for the recognition of the Nursing Information System; for motivation on establishment of Nursing Information System was the efficiency of work; and for any problems or troubles with the Nursing Information System was the delayed work due to the system-suspension. Conclusion: The study implied that Nursing Information System have improved and effective Nursing practice.

Since most of companies these days are utilizing the Information system actively, Information System is the most important factor which should be recovered in terms of Business Continuity. However, a lot of enterprises have been outsourcing their Disaster Recovery Center. Therefore, it is highly possible that the information system can not work well and result in the discontinuity of business when any trouble arises because of seperated plan of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. The study draws critical success factors for successful disaster recovery through researches of 42 documents. Then, factors are reviewed through interviews with consultants, experts of Business Continuity Plan and the information system officers of domestic banks. Domestic companies can make use of the study when they develop or renew Disaster Recovery Plan or Information System in terms of Business continuity.

In general, Rough Set theory is used for classification, inference, and decision analysis of incomplete data by using approximation space concepts in information system. Information system can include quantitative attribute values which have interval characteristics, or incomplete data such as multiple or unknown(missing) data. These incomplete data cause the inconsistency in information system and decrease the classification ability in system using Rough Sets. In this paper, we present various types of incomplete data which may occur in information system and propose INcomplete information Processing System(INiPS) which converts incomplete information system into complete information system in using Rough Sets.

The purpose of this study is to suggest information system focused on the delivery system for national internet shopping mall. It is specifically summarized as follows. First, I showed the necessary required contents for constructing information system focused on the delivery system. Next, I suggested the theoretical model of the necessary information system for practicing information system, which is based on the above contents. The result of this study is to support for constructing information delivery system required for information system of internet shopping mall. And is to do a role of guide for practicing it, which is regarded as constructing a practical business guideline.

Researchers have different views on impact of information system use on productivity. The differences are fueled by 'the productivity paradox' insisted by Brynjofsson(1993). This paper intend to quantitate impacts of information system and to test the productivity paradox of using the information system. Restricted Maximumlikelihood Estimation(RMLE) method is applied on data from 81 farms adopting Pigplan system. The results find positive productivity improvement with information systems in swine farm. Adopting Pigplan system increases 0.52 in PSY(pigs per sow per year) and 0.087 in sow turnover. When it comes to region and farm size, region has impact on both PSY and sow turnover, while farm size does not. This result infers that local cooperatives, regardless of farm size, differentiate the impacts of the information system, implying that the ability to utilize information systems should be improved in organizational level.

Korea 5MBA(Small and Medium Business Administration) is operating SMEs Policy Information System called SPi-1357 as a part of electronic government business, G4B. SPi-1357 system is offering tailor made policy information to a nation through on-off line system. In this paper, I provide the offering status of policy information, the status of SPi-1357 system, political results of SPi-1357 system, comparison with other country's policy information system, and the development direction of SPi-1357 system. Until now, most Policy Information Systems documents have focused on policy maker but the focus of this paper is functionally oriented SMEs.

The purpose of this study is to provide a basic data by evaluation the problems about nursing information system and identifying the need of improvement of it. Data were collected from April 6 to 15, 2000 through questionnaires taken by 218 nurses working in a general hospital using nursing information systems. The two structured questionnaires were used for the collecting the data. The data obtained were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and Cronbach's alpha coeffcients. The results are as follows: 1. In the problem of nursing information system, ${\lceil}$There are no appropriate programs for independent nursing information systems because there are no nurse informatists in the information department${\rfloor}$ scored highest. Also, ${\lceil}$There is a lack of manual for operation of the nursing information system${\rfloor}$, ${\lceil}$There is difficulty getting help when the system is in trouble${\rfloor}$, ${\lceil}$General information about using computers and managing problems are lacking${\rfloor}$, ${\lceil}$Unsatisfactory matters about the nursing information systems are not improved quickly.${\rfloor}$ received high scores. 2. In the need for improvement of the nursing information system, ${\lceil}$Nursing education and research${\rfloor}$ was the highest area of the system. 3. The problems of the nursing information system showed high positive correlation with the need for improvement of the system(p=.00).
