Todays, there is fast transition about the new manufacturing IT methodologies from the conceptual phase into the practical application phase for the strengthening of enterprise competitiveness in manufacturing industry. One of those new methodologies is PLM (Product Life-cycle Management). PLM methodology consists of 3D CAD for the product design, PDM (Product Data Management) for the data management based on the collaboration platform and lastly DM (Digital Manufacturing). DM has evoluted from the stand-alone computer simulation of early 1980s, and now it covers the overall production development and production. Unfortunately, there exist serious critical problems about the actual application of DM for the real work. This is owing to the transition of the point of view from stand-alone type application (such as flow simulation or robot simulation) to that of business process about product development and production management. In this paper, we propose an application framework for the successful project with the digital manufacturing methodology with the concept of Information Strategy Planning, which enables the systematic diagnosis and the quantitative evaluation. Also, we introduce the actual practice of the proposing framework with the ISP project for 'Analysis & Simulation Technique of manufacturing process project' that is being conducted by Chungnam Techno Park.

온라인 쇼핑 시장이 IT 기술발전과 더불어 급속히 성장하게 되면서, 다양한 형태와 함께 온라인 쇼핑들 간의 치열한 경쟁이 심화되고 있다. 이에 따라 온 오프라인에서 차별화된 특징이 경쟁력을 도모할 수 있게 되었으며, 젊은 계층인 연인들을 마케팅 대상으로 하는 커플 이벤트 기획이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 커플 및 젊은 구매계층들을 마케팅 대상으로 하며, 매출 향상을 목적으로 기획 및 구현된 사이트 개발을 목표로 하고 있다. 이를 위해서 기존 상업 사이트에 대한 이벤트 기획들에 대한 분석을 기반으로, 커플 생일을 마케팅 전략 및 다양한 기념 이벤트 및 고객들이 사이트를 방문하였을 때 이벤트가 한층 돋보이도록 마케팅 기획과 정보 배치를 중심으로 사이트를 구축하였다. 이를 통해 일부 고객층 대상으로 이벤트 효과 증대를 통한 매출 증대를 도모할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Information Systems Planning(ISP) has gained considerable interest among researchers and practioners in recent years because of the impact of information systems on organization performance. This study aims at analyzing organizational characteristic factors, information system characteristic factors influencing ISP's performance. The organizational characteristic variables are considered organizational strategy, organizational culture, and managerial leadership. And the IS characteristic variables are considered IS resource and IS strategic role. The ISP's performance variables are measured BP-ISP integration effectiveness and ISP efficiency. For data on the 493 sampled company, a mail survey using a questionnaire was conducted in this study. The following results were obtained. First, there was significant relationship between organizational characteristics and ISP's performance. Specially, organizational strategy and organizational culture affect the both of BP-ISP integration effectiveness and ISP efficiency. Second, there was significant relationship between Information Systems characteristics and ISP's performance. Specially, IS resource and IS strategic role affect ISP efficiency.

The 4th National Comprehensive Planning is a blueprint of national plan to be accomplished by the year 2020. This article indicates grounds of establishing the plan, characteristics and problems of the plan. Following is the principal contents which are treated in the article; 1st, strategy of constructing opened and combined land axis, 2nd, competency intensifying strategy by areas, 3rd, constructing health and pleasant national environment,4th, strategy for organizing express transportation and information network through the whole land, 5か, special features related building basis of cooperation interchange between North and South Korea. In the conclusion, although there were some problems through 3 times national comprehensive planning, this plan should be helpful to develop nation keeping balance for which construction and preservation would be harmonized appropriately.

The issue of method of software testing process implementation has recently been in the spotlight in korea and some vendor make every effort to improve the software testing process through the evaluation of TMMi. The level of software process is at initial level, nevertheless, so the high quality of software is not guaranteed. This paper apply to the TMMi Level2 Assessment criteria of Automobile control software testing process. The test policy and strategy, test planning, test monitoring and control, test design and execution, test environment goal. The result need to emerge development process connection on the test policy and strategy process, test planning process etc. Also, the study analyzed the infra structure to reach the repeated level via key process area. As the result the process implementation in organization suggests the policy development and the implementation activity. Finally, the practical can refer to this paper in order to implementation the software testing process.

This study proposes the future strategy of semiconductor companies corresponding to the growth of cloud computing. Cloud computing is the delivery of IT resources such as hardware and software as a service rather than a product, and it is expected to significantly change the IT market. By employing the scenario planning method, this study develops a total of eight scenario cases, and presents the three possible scenarios including the best market, the worst market, and the neutral market scenario. This study suggests the future strategy of semiconductor companies based on the best market scenario (increasing firms' IT expenditure, increasing the complexity and performance of devices, the frequent replacement of devices). The suggested future strategy of semiconductor includes that the semiconductor companies need to strengthen their price competitiveness, secure the next generation technologies, and develop the better capability for market prediction with the growth of cloud computing. This study will help semiconductor companies set up the strategy direction of technology development, and understand the connections between cloud computing and the memory semiconductor industry. This study has practical implications for semiconductor industry to prepare for the future of cloud computing.

이 연구는 e-러닝 효과성에 영향을 미치는 변인인 학습전략의 요인을 분석함으로써, 초등학생에게 효과적인 e-러닝 학습전략의 구조 변인을 규명하고자 수행되었다. 이 연구의 대상은 기존에 e-러닝 수강 경험이 있거나 현재 e-러닝을 수강하는 수도권 소재 초등학생들이며, 면대면 학습 상황과 e-러닝 학습상황의 학습전략과 관련된 선행 연구를 분석하고 학습전략 검사 도구를 분석하여 e-러닝 환경에서 초등학생이 사용하는 학습전략 요인을 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 초등학생의 e-러닝 학습전략은 학습활동전략, 학습태도전략, 자원활용전략, 계획전략, 과부하관리전략의 다섯 가지로 규명되었으며, 각 전략은 제시한 순서대로 설명력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

Using information systems effectively requires an understanding of the organisation, management, and the technology shaping the systems. All information systems can be described as organisational and management solutions to challenges posed by the environment. The advances in information systems have affect on our day-to day lives. As the technology is evolving immensely so are the opportunities in a healthy way to prepare the organisation in the competitive advantage environment In order to manage the IS/IT based systems, it is important to have an appropriate strategy that defines the systems and provide means to manage them. Strategic Information Systems Alignment (SISA) is an effective way of developing and maintaining the IS/IT systems that support the business operations. Alignment of the IS/IT plans and the business plans is essential for improved business performance, this research looks at the key features of SISA in the changing business circumstances in Saudi Arabia.

This paper reports on a contingency framework for selecting the most appropriate strategy to implement the enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system in an organization. The two dimensions of our framework are information technology level and culture level of organization. For each of the four contingencies, we recommend a desirable implementation strategy, based on scope and pace of the implementation effort. ERP implementation data from ten organizations were analyzed to validate the proposed framework.

One of most important wort to build Fisheries Policy Information Systems(FPIS) is related to connect the data warehouse between fisheries departments, This paper presents the developing strategies to build the FPIS. First, developing the FPIS needs to compensate the laws and regulations with assistance of fisheries departments. Second, FPIS developer needs to cooperate the related fisheries departments deeply, Third, developing the data warehouse will be contribute to improve criterion and statistics of fisheries data. Forth, For experts of systems use the FPIS, they are needed to educate for appling the systems in the fisheries environments.
