The article is devoted to the study of the prerequisites and stages of the formation of information and communication competence, its place in the system of professional competence of a teacher, and the way its development occurs. Information and communication competence is presented in the paper as a systemic property of the subject's personality, and the components of this system, namely the activity, communication, reflexive, and cognitive components, are disclosed.

The article covered theoretical aspects use of information and communication technologies in teaching. Information and communication technologies are technologies that allow you to search, process and assimilate information from various sources, including the Internet. This is the presentation of information in electronic form, its processing and storage, the use of the computer, a variety of programs. The use of information and communication technologies in the work of a student gives an increase in motivation for learning; increased cognitive interest; evaluate their learning activities, identify the problems of their own educational activities; the formation of cognitive independence of students.

Based on the scientific and pedagogical analysis of the theory and experience of teaching computer science disciplines, the didactic mechanism for ensuring the continuity of the average (full) general and higher professional education of economists for practical implementation innovative technology of personal experience foundation. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of information competence, including laboratory, design, research work, the use of active teaching methods for acquiring management skills in production and activities of the enterprise. An indispensable requirement for the conditions for the implementation of basic of educational programs is the assessment of competencies. With this the goal was to develop criteria and levels of formation information competence of future economists and carried out complex diagnostics.

새로운 정보통신기술 변화에 따른 신규 보안위협의 등장, 사이버 공격의 증가, 국내외 정보보안 관련 법규 제정 및 시행 강화 등 제반 환경 변화에 따라 정보보안에 대한 대응방법의 변화를 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 경제주체로서 정부, 기업/산업, 개인, 환경 등 네 가지 측면에서 국가 정보보안을 위해 해결해야 할 이슈를 도출하고 해결방안을 제시하였다. 구체적으로 국가 정보보안 거버넌스 체계 개선 방안, 정보보안 산업 육성 및 기업보안 수준 제고 방안, 정보보안 전문인력 양성 방안, 정보보안 법 제도 정비 및 문화 형성 등 네 가지 관점에서 현황 및 문제점 분석과 주요 이슈 해결을 위한 정책 방안을 제시하였다.

This article proposes to consider the experience of using information and communication technologies in educational processes and social practices of Ukrainian universities. The history of the introduction of information and communication technologies in the development of the higher education system is considered, the system of organizing the information space of universities is investigated. The distinctive features of the structure of a single information space, as well as distance e-learning technologies are highlighted. Empirical material obtained in the course of sociological research is used to discuss specific examples of the use of ICT in universities.

본 연구는 정보보안의 연구 중 인간 요소를 다루는 분야의 필요성이 제기되어 융합연구 설계방안을 구성하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보보안의 측면이 보안 정책과 연관되는 인지과정에 미치는 효과성을 검정하는 것이다. 연구 방법은 가용성 차원과 문화 차원의 교차설계로 구성되었고, 정보보안 과정은 정보보안 의식, 대처 효능감, 준수의향, 정보보안 행동의 네 가지 변인으로 측정되었다. 연구 결과, 가용성 차원은 대처 효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 사례 중심 조건의 영향력이 통계중심 조건보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 문화 차원은 정보보안 의식, 대처 효능감, 준수의향, 정보보안 행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 동질성 조건의 영향력이 다양성 조건보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 제시한 연구 모형은 측정변인으로 재구성된 다원적 매개모형으로 검증되었다. 아울러, 논의는 개인 요소와 조직 특성을 고려한 정보보안 전략의 필요성에 대하여 기술하고 있다.

본 연구는 경호경비원의 조직문화에 따른 직무스트레스와 직무소진이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 경호경비원 320명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직문화에서 혁신문화는 직무스트레스에 통계적으로 .01수준에서 부적(-)인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 조직문화는 직무성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 조직문화 가운데 시장문화는 직무성과에 통계적으로 .01수준에서 부적(-)으로 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 직무스트레스는 직무성과에 통계적으로 .001수준에서 부적(-)으로 영향을 미친다. 다섯째, 직무소진은 직무성과에 통계적으로 .001수준에서 부적(-)으로 영향을 미친다. 여섯째, 직무스트레스는 조직문화의 혁신문화와 직무성과의 관계에서 통계적으로 .01수준에서 부적(-) 매개효과가 있다. 일곱째, 직무소진은 조직문화와 직무성과의 관계에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 없다.

The article analyzes and shows the rapid development information and telecommunication technologies, and their capabilities are becoming unprecedented for human development, effective solutions to many professional problems. 지속적인 정보보호 거버넌스를 위해서는 단순히 접근통제, 문서보안 등 기술적인 측면이 아닌 개인의 보안 행위, 문화, 규범, 개인적 가치 등 비공식적인 정보보호 행위를 관리하는데 초점을 맞추어야 한다. 그러나 많은 연구들이 정보보호 규정과 같은 공식적인 수준의 거버넌스나 기술과 같은 수단에 집중하고 있는 실정이며, 개인의 정보보호 위반 행위와 개인적 신념, 규범, 문화, 개인적 가치 등 비공식적인 수준에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 정보보호 문화, 규범적 신념, 행위, 가치가 정보보호 규정 위반 행위에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 실증하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 사회조직적 관점의 아노미 개념을 이용하여 조직 내에서 정보보호 규정의 중요성에 대한 인식 결핍과 정보보호 규정의 가치 결여를 '정보보호 아노미 현상'으로 정의하고, 이를 바탕으로 정보보호 문화, 규범, 행위, 가치가 정보보호 규정 위반 행위에 미치는 영향에 있어 정보보호 아노미 현상이 어떠한 역할을 하는지에 대해 실증분석을 수행하였다.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of the organization's information security system in the context of COVID-19 on the basis of public-private partnership. The development of public-private interaction in information security is one of the priorities of the state policy of many estates. Among the priorities of public-private partnership in cybersecurity and information security, there is an expansion of interaction between government agencies and private scientific institutions, public associations and volunteer organizations, including in training, as well as increasing the digital literacy of citizens and the security culture in cyberspace. As a result of the study, the foundations of the organization's information security system in the context of COVID 19 were formed on the basis of public-private partnership.
