최근 스마트 폰, 스마트 패드와 같은 모바일 기기의 급속한 확산과 이동통신 기술의 발전으로 소비자들의 쇼핑 행태가 변화하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 계획 행동 이론(TPB: Theory of Planned Behavior)에 신뢰를 통합하여 모바일 쇼핑몰 고객들의 구매 의사 결정 메커니즘을 살펴보고자 한다. 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 유희성, 신뢰를 행동에 대한 태도의 주요 선행 요인으로 고려하였다. 또한, 보안, 지각된 위험, 주관적 규범이 신뢰에 미치는 영향도 살펴보았다. 모바일 쇼핑몰에서 구매 경험이 있는 154명의 고객들을 대상으로 연구 모형을 분석하였고, PLS(Partial Least Squares)를 활용하였다. 연구 분석 결과 행동에 대한 태도와 지각된 행동 통제력 모두 구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 고객들이 모바일 쇼핑몰이 유용하고 재미있다고 인지할수록 구매에 긍정적인 태도 형성을 통해 구매 의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 하지만 신뢰는 직접적으로 구매 의도에 영향을 미치지 않았고, 행동에 대한 태도를 통해서 구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 주관적 규범은 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미쳤지만, 보안과 지각된 위험은 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 모바일 쇼핑몰 제공업체들은 모바일 쇼핑몰 고객들의 구매 의사 결정 메커니즘에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 보다 효과적인 운영 및 마케팅 전략을 수립해야 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

스마트 기기의 확산과 모바일 네트워크의 속도 및 접근성 향상으로 기존의 유선 기반 IT 서비스가 모바일 기기에서도 지원되는 경우가 늘어나고 있다. 특히 서버의 자료를 실시간으로 클라이언트에 다운로드 받아 사용하게 해주는 클라우드 서비스도 유선기반에서 무선기반의 서비스로 확대되고 있으며 개인이나 기업에서 그 활용이 늘어가고 있다. 유선과 달리 무선기반의 클라우드 서비스는 이용자의 이동성이나 지속적인 네트워크 접속으로 인한 보안 문제 등을 가지게 된다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 클라우드 서비스의 이용태도에 영향을 미치는 요인간의 관계를 확장된 기술수용모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 기존의 기술수용모형에 모바일 클라우드 서비스가 갖는 특징을 고려하기 위해 이동성, 보안, 사회적 영향 등의 요인을 추가하여 확장된 기술수용모형을 수립하였으며 이들 요인간의 구조적인 관계를 밝히고자 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석된 결과를 해석하고 실무적인 함의를 기술하였다.

Purpose: This study was tried to investigate a structural relationship among key impacting factors and usage in SNS of government institutions. It was designed to research the processing property of SNS, the emotional property of SNS, and the service property of SNS for the SNS usage. Based on the research framework from the relationships among intrinsic SNS characteristics, social psychological characteristics, and the attitude of government institutions' SNS, the empirical research model and the hypotheses were established. Design/methodology/approach: Data for empirical study were collected from 453 of total distributed 500 by the structured questionnaire survey with SNS users of government institutions. The analysis was performed from effective 432 data, and the sample was mainly consisted of men, the thirty-old, and salesmen. Findings: The results showed that the emotional and service properties in intrinsic characteristics of SNS have a significantly positive effect to the value perception and the security variable in social psychological characteristics has a significant positive effects to the trust. Finally, the value perception has positive effects on both trust and use intention of government institutions' SNS. Meaning of these results is that intrinsic SNS characteristics, social psychological characteristics, and the attitude of government institutions' SNS have a significant effect on SNS usage.

Smartphone is affecting not only our everyday life but also our business, directly causing diverse side-effects. But up until now, many researches that have been conducted on smartphone were focused on continuance intention for smartphone use and user satisfaction. Thus, the objective of this research is to investigate the effects that smartphone dependency has on digital dementia which is one of negative effects of smartphone. For the purpose, we have reviewed studies that are related to perceived characteristics of existing smartphones. As perceived characteristics variables, we have adopted perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. And to present our research model, we have adopted smartphone dependency as psychological attitude variable and digital dementia as consequence variable. To implement an empirical analysis of our research model, we have conducted a survey with college student groups as research target who use smartphone most.

현대 사회는 빠르게 발전함과 동시에 생활함에 있어 편리함을 제공하는 기술들이 나날이 발전중이다. 반면 사이버 안보를 위협하는 사이버공격의 발전이 더 빠르게 발전중이며, 현재까지도 산업 환경에 악영향을 미치며 매년 산업피해는 꾸준히 발생하는 추세이다. 이러한 공격으로부터 기업 및 조직의 주요 자산이나 기술들을 안전하게 보호하는 활동이 '산업보안'이다. 그러므로 산업보안에 대한 전문적인 인력이 필요한 상황이다. 현재 보안에 대한 인력상황은 인원은 있으나 산업보안 직무에 대한 이해도 및 개념 등에 대해 지식이 미비한 상황이다. 즉, 산업보안 전문 인력이 부족한 상황이다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 나온 것이 '국가직무능력표준(NCS, National Competency Standards)'이다. NCS는 산업현장에서 직무를 수행하는데 필요한 능력(지식, 태도, 기술 등)을 국가가 표준화 한 것이다. NCS는 인원채용에 대해 도움은 물론이고, NCS를 활용하여 교육과정을 체계적으로 설계할 수 있고, 국가자격제도에 NCS를 적용할 수 있다. 하지만 산업보안 분야에서 NCS는 아직 개발되지 않았고 현재까지도 인원채용과 교육과정 등에 있어 어려움을 겪고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문은 현재 산업보안 분야의 NCS 체계가 개발되지 않았지만 후에 산업보안 전문인력 인원채용에 대한 문제해결과 추후 수립될 산업보안 NCS분야에 도움이 되고자 산업보안 NCS를 제안한다.

본 연구의 목적은 문헌고찰을 바탕으로 전자의무기록 도입 시 수용태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Davis TAM 모형에서 태도변수를 제외하고 유용성과 편이성을 전산화 효과인식으로 변형하였다. 강원도 소재 한 종합병원의 의사, 간호사, 의료기사들을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 2009년 11월 11일부터 12월 2일 까지 4주간 자기기입식 응답하는 방식으로 수행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 전산처리하였다. 수용태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 기본적 특성, 정보보호행동 수준, 전산화 효과인식, 기술적 준비도의 네 가지 차원으로 구분하여 세부적인 특정 변수를 측정하였다. 분석결과, 전자의무기록 도입시 수용태도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 의료정보전산화로 인한 효과인식에 따라 수용의도가 달라짐을 파악하였다. 특히 정보보호 행동 수준과 기본적 특성이 차이가 있는지 분석한 결과 일반적, 업무적, 온라인 정보관리 세부분 모두 직종별로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 업무관련 정보관리나 온라인 정보관리에서는 보안교육 경험에 따라 유의한 결과를 나타내었다.

The paper is an attempt to study the individual's intention to use mobile banking. In light of the results obtained from the study, the proposed model offers a better fit with the data and explains the intention of individuals to use mobile banking services. Government support, trust, and compatibility significantly contribute to the Perceived behavioral control of a bank customer to use mobile banking while Perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness, Security and privacy, and risk have a significant positive impact on the attitude of the individuals to utilize mobile banking service. The study uses primary data and the final instrument was administered to 950 respondents, across the country of which 904 data were used for the analysis after editing to accommodate the missing values. The study has adopted structural equation modeling approach to analyze the relationships between the variables in the study. The proposed framework in this study can be utilized to identify the factors that promote the adoption of mobile banking practices and the study also has the potential to provide updated and comprehensive literature on mobile banking, which can accelerate future research in this field.

클라우드 컴퓨팅이 지속적 성장세를 보이고 향후 정보통신기술 산업에서 그 중요성이 부각되면서 실무계에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 수용에 따른 이점과 우려 등이 활발히 논의되고 있는 반면, 학술적 관점에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 관한 실증연구도 이루어지고 있지만 매우 부족한 편이며, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 보안, 프라이버시, 신뢰를 다룬 실증연구는 찾아보기 힘든 상황이다. 본 연구는 향후 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 이용이 확대될 것으로 예상되는 지방자치단체 공무원들을 대상으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 이용의도에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대되는 지각된 위험, 인터넷상의 프라이버시와 신뢰에 관한 연구들을 토대로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 이용자의 지각된 보안위험, 프라이버시 염려, 신뢰, 그리고 태도와 이용의도간의 인과관계를 규명할 수 있는 개념적 모형을 설정하고 이를 실증연구를 통하여 검증하였다. 연구결과 지각된 보안위험은 프라이버시 염려에 정(+)의 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났고 프라이버시 염려는 신뢰에 부(-)의 효과를 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 한편 신뢰는 태도에 정(+)의 효과를 미치며, 태도와 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 이용의도와의 관계도 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

This study investigates internet shopping behavior of consumers. The rapid growth of the internet shopping markets is solely dependent on the voluntary adoption of internet shopping medium by the personal users. But the studies on this topic are very limited. Based on these facts, this study, recognizing the internet shopping medium as an innovation, studies how consumers understand and use innovative internet shopping medium by applying and extending the technology acceptance model proposed by Davis et. al.(1989). The results of the survey on 947 consumer panel reveal that compatibility, system quality have positive impact on the formation of perceived ease of use. And it is also shown that the perceived ease of use, system quality, and compatibility have positive influence on perceived usefulness, but computer-efficacy has no effect on perceived usefulness. Meanwhile, it is confirmed that perceived usefulness and compatibility have positive effect on attitude toward internet shopping behavior, but perceived ease of use has no effect. In addition, perceived security and social norm, as opposed to the hypotheses, are shown to have no effect on internet shopping behavior. Lastly, applications and related limitations are discussed.

Private specialized institutions differ from public ones in that they mostly act independently. This paper reports a study designed to assess the provision of specialized institutions for children with intellectual disabilities in Saudi Arabia. The approach taken in this study was qualitative, involving a case study strategy that enabled the researcher to gain rich and in-depth information based on the shared experiences of participants comprising institution leaders, educators and families from two specific specialized settings, one public and one private. The study aimed to examine the existing disparities in service delivery so as to develop a clear picture of the service quality provided by public specialized institutions for children with intellectual disabilities in Saudi Arabia. The results suggest that the weak relationship with inpatient and specialized institutions is a consequence of the parents' poor responsiveness, which may result in these institutes developing a negative impression of the parents. Conversely, the lack of active initiative on the part of the public specialized institutions led to a negative parental attitude towards these institutions. A sensible approach to resolving this problem might be to recognize that these institutions have a significant responsibility to encourage parents of children with intellectual disabilities to become involved in their children's learning, to promote positive attitudes.
