This study is about the influence of perceived justice with service recovery on customer satisfaction and the customer's behavioral results. Even though prior studies estimated overall customer satisfaction, this study measured customer satisfaction separately in two parts: satisfaction with the service recovery and relationship satisfaction. The results are as follows. Distributive justice and interactional justice have positive effects on satisfaction with service recovery. But distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice have positive effects on relationship satisfaction. Satisfaction with the service recovery and relationship satisfaction have a positive effect on customer loyalty.
The most important concern in the internet service organizations in competitive market circumstances is to focus on formation and maintenance of continuous relationship with customers. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of perception of the fairness - procedural fairness for recovery, interactional fairness, fairness for reward on customer's satisfaction and trust, behavior when the internet service company failed to service such as disclosure of personal information. This study aims to apply justice theories to service recovery. As a result, first, the customer's perceived justice had a significant effect on the customer satisfaction and trust in service recovery. Second, the customer's satisfaction positive effect on trust. Third, customer's satisfaction formed by service recovery had a effect on the customer's behavior such as continuous usage intention. Therefore, this study was reveal how the extent of justice perception felt by customers in the service recovery process, causes positive causation relationship which affect customer behavior intention.

In this thesis, we present a simple and efficient recovery method, called ARIES/SR(ARIES/Selective Redo) which is based on ARIES(Algorithm for Recovery and Isolation Exploiting Semantics) ARIES performs redo for all updates done by either nonloser transaction or loser transaction, and thus significant overhead appears during restart after a system failure. To reduce this overhead, we propose ARIES/SR recovery algorithm. In this algorithm, to reduce the redo operations, redo is performed, using log record for updates done by only nonloser transaction. Also selective undo is performed. using log record for update done by only loser transaction for reducing recovery operation.

Soft recovery (SR) quasi-resonant converter (QRC) including a Folding snubber network (FSN) is introduced. It is obtained by combining normal quasi-resonant converter with folding snubber network of which the surrounding components are composed of passive devices only (diodes and capacitors). The reverse recovery loss of the main rectifier diode is eliminated by this method utilizing quasi resonance with Folding snubber network. By realizing soft switching condition, the proposed converter has PWM capability with high efficiency and is suitable for high output current and high power DC to DC converter application.

In this paper we propose a method to distinguish damaged electronic records and an electronic record recovery method according to damage type. The proposed classification engine and recovery engine classify damaged electronic records based on the form and structure of electronic records and increase the probability of recovery according to the damaged form. Through this process, we propose a method to minimize the electronic records that are destroyed and verify them through experiments.

As the number of people using digital devices has increased, the digital forensic, which aims at finding clues for crimes in digital data, has been developed and become more important especially in court. Together with the development of the digital forensic, the anti-forensic which aims at thwarting the digital forensic has also been developed. As an example, with anti-forensic technology the criminal would delete an digital evidence without which the investigator would be hard to find any clue for crimes. In such a case, recovery techniques on deleted or damaged information will be very important in the field of digital forensic. Until now, even though EVTX(event log)-based recovery techniques on deleted files have been presented, but there has been no study to retrieve event log data itself, In this paper, we propose some recovery algorithms on deleted or damaged event log file and show that our recovery algorithms have high success rate through experiments.
Recently, various public services are being performed based on information systems as the informatization business spreads. Public administration services based on these information systems provide internal and external services. In recent years, as the construction of cloud-based public services has been expanded, the advancement of information systems has attracted attention. In particular, as the dependence on information systems increases, the establishment of a response system to prevent dangerous situations such as interruption and paralysis of information systems in advance has become a hot topic not only in companies but also in public institutions. Therefore, in this paper, a disaster recovery system was designed and built to maximize the efficiency of system operation and shorten recovery time through service conversion automation of the disaster recovery system. The integrated DR server redundancy test, web server redundancy test, FC-IP redundancy test, and SAN switch redundancy test were performed respectively by applying the disaster recovery system designed and built according to the method proposed in the paper.

Until now, used parts of automobiles necessary for the remake of automobiles have been recovered from auto repair shops. But it takes much time and cost to collect those parts because the recovery system has not been set up. Furthermore. used parts from auto junk yards have rarely been used for the remaking. This current situation will improve by adopting DISRMPA(Distribution Information System for Recovery and Management of used Parts of Automobiles) designed by the author. Auto repair shops or junk yards input the information of used parts to make a database in the system. Remaking companies use the database to find and recover used parts. The DISRMPA can help prepare stabilized ways to supply used parts.

Corporations use e-mail as their primary method for internal communication and business processes. By their nature, the e-mails are in general used for major business processes that contain large amounts of business information. When there is a critical event, such as Technology leakage, an e-mail message can become important evidence. However, as there is a high likelihood that a suspect will intentionally erase an e-mail message, the ability to recover deleted e-mail is very important. This pater analyzes the deleted e-mail item structure in files of various e-mail clients, and explains the possibility and methods of recovery.
