In this paper, I investigate the impact of quality management activities on the public sector within the framework of Malcolm Baldrige (MB) national qualify model. The Structural Equation Modeling approach has been employed to investigate the cross influences among the seven MB categories. This empirical study shows that a number of statistical hypotheses are significant. The leadership category is the most important driver among the quality management activities. This, in turn, implies that the main source in quality management is to foster a solid qualify oriented leadership system. Categories such as Information Analysis, Strategic Planning, Human Resource Development and Management, and Process Management are significantly related to the Customer Satisfaction category. In addition, leadership, Information Analysis, and Customer Satisfaction categories ere significantly influential to Management Performance.

As social interest in the metaverse increases, various metaverse platforms and services are appearing, and various security issues are emerging accordingly. In particular, since all activities are performed in a variety of virtual spaces, and the metaverse utilizes sensing data using various hardware devices, more information is accumulated than other Internet services, and more damage can occur if information security is not guaranteed. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a metaverse security model that considers the major issues mentioned in previous papers and the necessary evaluation factors for the security functions required in the metaverse platform. As a result of performing the performance evaluation of the proposed model and the existing attribute information collection model, the proposed model can provide security functions such as anonymity and source authentication, which were not provided by the existing models.

A conceptual site model is used to support decision-making of response strategy development, determination, and implementation within a risk-based contaminated site management system. It aims to provide base information of the relevant site characteristics and surface/subsurface conditions in order to understand the contaminants of concern and the associated risk they pose to the receptors. This study delineated the technical details of conceptual site model development, and discussed the possibility of applying it in domestic subsurface contamination management. Conceptual site models can be developed in various formats such as tables, diagrams, flowcharts, and figures. Contaminated sites are managed for a long period of time following the steps of investigation, remediation design, remediation, verification, and post-remedation management. The conceptual site model can be enhanced in each stage of the contaminated site management based on the continuously updated information on the site's subsurface environment. In the process of enhancement for conceptual site model, precision is gradually improved, and it can evolve from a conceptual and qualitative form to a more quantitatvive and three-dimensional model. In soil pollution management, it is desirable to incorporate the conceptual site model into the soil scrutiny system to better assess the current status of the contaminated site and support follow-up investigation and management.

In many literatures of model management, various schemes for representing model base schema have proposed. Ultimately, the goal is to arrive at a set of mutually supportive and synergistic methodologies and tools for the modeling problem domain and model base design. This paper focus on how best to structure and represent conceptual model of problem domain and schema of model base. Semantic concepts and modeling constructs are valuable conceptual tools for understanding the structural relationships and constraints involved in an model management environment. To this end, we reviewed the model management literature, and analyzed the constructs of modeling tools of data model management graph-based approach. Although they have good tools but most of them are not enough for the representation of structural relationships and constraints. So we wanted more powerful tools which can represent diverse constructs in a decision support modeling and model base schema design. For the design of a model base, we developed object modeling framework which uses Object Modeling Techniques (OMT). In Object Modeling Framework, model base schema are classified into conceptual schema, logical schema, and physical schema. The conceptual schema represents the user's view of problem domain, and the logical schema represents a model formatted by a particular modeling language. The schema design, this paper proposes an extension of Object Model to overcome some of the limitations exhibited by the OMT. The proposed tool, Extended Object Model(EOM) have diverse constructs for the representation of decision support problem domain and conceptual model base schema.

This paper aims to develop a conceptual model of smart tourism destination competitiveness to provide implications in terms of smart tourism destination realization and smart tourism destination competitiveness development. A literature review on tourism destination competitiveness and smart tourism destination is performed. A conceptual model is suggested on the basis of the model of destination competitiveness developed by Crouch and Ritchie (1999). The suggested conceptual model integrates the traditional concepts of comparative advantages and competitive advantages, seven core resources and attractors, and five destination management factors. Smart technology is included as a new core resource and attractor in the model. This study is the first to comprehensively conceptualize smart tourism destination competitiveness. Moreover, this study has practical value in the sense that it focused on the convergence between smart technology and other factors.

In traditional Document Based Configuration Management(DBCM) environment, changes in a system's configurations are hard to be reflected to existing engineering documents. This nature of DBCM triggers unconformities of system configurations which could become great risks. Model-based Configuration Management(MBCM) has been introduced to solve the problem of DBCM by managing system's configurations through an unified model. Therefore, it is important to model engineering documents in a general modeling language, down to low-level information items to develop traceability and flexibility of a system's engineering information. So, in the research, to explore the possibility of Model-based Approach(MBA) in the field of configuration management, a development of a systems requirement document model using SysML based Views & Viewpoints concept has been studied.

정보시스템의 급격한 발전으로 IT아웃소싱에 따른 서비스수준협약에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 또한, 효율적인 IT운영서비스 관리가 절실한 상황에서 정보시스템에 대한 운영 감리의 필요성 및 인식도가 높아지고 있으며, IT를 어떻게 효율적으로 운영할 것인가에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 그러나, 현행 정보시스템 운영감리 지침으로 한국정보화진흥원 시스템 운영 및 유지보수 지침이 존재하여 운영되고 있지만, 감리 현장에서는 감리원의 경험과 판단에 의해 결정되는 경우가 많다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 효율적인 운영감리를 위하여 한국정보사회진흥원의 운영지침의 정보시스템 감리 점검 프레임워크로 기반으로 서비스를 중심으로 한 운영감리 모형을 도출하였다. 서비스 계획, 서비스 제공, 서비스 지원, 서비스관리 영역에서 운영감리 점검항목을 도출하여 운영감리 모형을 제안하였으며, 전문가 설문 조사를 통하여 제안한 모형의 적합성을 검증하였다.

최근 컴퓨팅 환경은 통합되는 개방형 시스템으로 변모하고 있다. 기존 시스템에서는 다양한 개발 환경을 지원하지 못하고 있으며, 다양한 산출물(클래스 부품, 다이어그램, 양식, 컴포넌트)에 대한 효율적인 관리를 못하는 단점이 있다. 또한 산출물레 있어서 연결관계를 서로 관련성 있는 사항을 참조 못하고 있으며 객체 내부와 관계를 정의할 수 없어서 산출물에 대한 이해도가 부족으로 객체지향 프로그램에 필요한 코드로 생성하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 산출물 객체의 효율적인 관리를 위한 통합 관리 모델을 이용한 객체 관리 저장소 설계기법을 제시하고, 버전 관리와 연결관계 상호관련기를 두어 객체내부 관계와 서로 관련성을 개발자가 쉽게 파악하여 재사용함으로서 개발자는 어플리케이션에 관련된 부분만을 개발할 수 있도록 지원한다. 객체 관리 저장소를 네 가지 단계로 설계함으로서 단점을 보완하고 클래스이해와 산출물 정보를 쉽게 표현할 수 있어 클래스를 생성할 수 있도록 하여 재사용의 효율성을 향상시켰다. 또한 새로운 소프트웨어 개발에 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 향후 시스템의 통합에 잇점인 소프트웨어의 재사용성을 극대화하여 생산성을 향상시키는 프로토타이핑을 지원할 것으로 기대된다.

No organization can survive in today's modern society of information and high technology without internet and/or intranet. International convention industry is one of many high-technology dependent fields today which have started gathering new attention since the new millennium had begun. According to our survey, no professional convention organizer has used so far any type of integrated information system which is the vital source of support of the convention industry. Only the general purpose office softwares have been in use. The main purpose of this study is to design a model for ICIMS(International Convention Information Management System) to manage all the related information of international convention in a systematic and integrated way and to implement its prototype. International convention system in general had been analyzed to enhance the level of accuracy of the model for ICIMS. A simulation of an international conference was conducted to test the core module of the ICIMS model.

This paper determines the interactive effects of information technologies(IT) on corporate performances. IT was measured inclusively in terms of technology level, information level, functional level, and management level. Corporate performances were composed of the effectiveness of IT and the financial performance of a corporation. The effectiveness of IT was measured in terms of satisfaction with the support of IT department and with output information, whereas financial performance of corporation was measured in terms of market growth and profitability. Theoretical and empirical analyses lead to the followings. In the theoretical aspect, IT in a corporation needs to be measured broadly. And a study of IT related to corporate performance needs to use either a conversion effectiveness model or an intermediate effect model rather than a direct effect model. In the empirical aspect, the effectiveness of IT within an organization improves with some of the interactive effect of ITs including technology level, information level, functional level, and management level. So do some of the financial performances of a corporation.
