In this paper, person monitoring and personal identification information management by using the location positioning device and the location management system based on GPS is analysed and developed. Mobile HTE(Mobile HTE : Mobile Home Terminal Equipment) of the developed system uses the module for transmitting PID(Personal Identification Device) information and the module based on GPS's location information. HTE transmits the received information from Mobile HTE to the Location Management System through the internet system. The Location Management System is developed for person location management and information management.

This research proposed management plan of internal lecturer who is in charge of job training of researchers working in administrative, researching and developing institutes or public institutions related to information security. The education and training department of the government or public institutions selects and manages lecturers in member of the staff. We applied to the management plan of internal lecturers who are in charge of information security job training by analyzing the way in which internal lecturers are operated by public organizations or corporations. We propose the management plan of internal lecturer according to the position, because the institute of information security is applying the researcher 's position(rank) system. By the proposed circulation management plan by the position, the internal lecturer position is determined according to the position of the employees to be trained and the internal lecturer is selected and operated only at the same position. The proposed management plan includes internal lecturer selection, responsibilities and duties, education, evaluation, and training support.

The purpose of this study is to identify how to construct roles and services appling advanced information resources management to improve usage and utilization in corporation that is affected by changing information and competition environment. This study presents the relationship between certain individual variables and information management variables and the usage and utilization of the information resources appling advanced information resources management. For future research, information resource's utilization and quality of usage are suggested.

Recently the advent of web 2.0 era is an important trend in the business environmental change. Web 2.0 era means users' active participation, share, and openness, develop 'Internet penetration into everyday life,' and change many aspects of our society. web 2.0 has been making these following changes in the socioeconomic aspects: 1) acceleration of system shift to a small quantity of multi-species production system 2) growing influence of on-line channel/information to consumers 3) various minorities' power increase in the socioeconomic sector. Web 2.0 has been making these following changes in the firms' strategies for information management: 1) increase of external knowledge and information utilization 2) amplification and reproduction of information from customers 3) change of information distribution: pursuit of two-way communication with customers 4) integration of different information/services for business transformation. Firms must squarely look at socioeconomic changes owing to web 2.0, and utilize them for firms' effective information management.

Recently, e-business has very much attention in the management fields because it is expected to fundamentally change the way many business compete. Business that don't understand the changes and that can't change their operating model in time will be at a disadvantage. Information technology infrastructure and its management are key components of e-business The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of information technology infrastructure and its management to the type of information systems used and the use of e-business. A total of 56 Korean firms responded to the survey instrument. There was indirect effect to the use of e-business from the information technology structure via communication capacity and direct effect from management type. The study also found that firms with less centralized forms of information technology were more frequent users of e-business, Firms that have more freedom in information technology decision making tended to be users of the new technology and take advantage opportunities that exits on the information technology.

National R&D project management agencies have promoted continuous investment and development to provide efficient information such as collection and analysis of industry and technology information and research trend information, and development of user oriented information system. This research analyzes Region Industry Total Information System status to manage regional R&D and suggests methods for regional industry project management. The study investigates the relationship between broad-scope management accounting information usage, market orientation, and the firm performance. This study employs a survey data of 149 top-level and mid-level managers working in Vietnamese tourism enterprises. To analyze research data, we employ SmartPLS 3 software. The analytical process include measurement model evaluation (evaluate the scale's validity and reliability) and structural model evaluation (test research hypotheses). The results reveal that broad-scope management accounting information usage has a positive direct effect on market orientation dimensions (include information generation, information dissemination, and responsiveness). Then, market orientation dimensions also have positive direct effects on the performance of Vietnamese tourism firms, excluding information dissemination. Moreover, this study also reveals that the market orientation dimensions mediate the relationship between broad-scope management accounting information usage and firm performance. The findings of this study suggest that tourism firms should pay more attention to the use of management accounting information in decision-making. With the increasingly fierce competition of the tourism firms today, capturing and meeting the needs of the market is a prerequisite to help firms enhance their competitiveness and improve their performance. To do that, Vietnamese tourism firms need to consider pursuing market orientation and enhancing broad-scope management accounting information usage.

본 연구는 국내외 대표 국가 리포지터리들을 대상으로 학문지원시스템으로서의 역할 수행을 위해 각 리포지터리들의 연구데이터 관리 체계를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 한국, 미국, 영국, 호주, 네덜란드의 대표 연구기관 홈페이지에서 제공되는 연구데이터의 메타데이터 현황을 내용분석의 방법을 통해 조사 분석하였다. 즉 연구데이터를 KRM의 표현체 분류 기준에 따라 '단행본군', '보고서군' 등 10종으로 분류하고, 연구데이터 분류별 메타데이터의 적용 현황을 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 따라 학문지원시스템으로서 연구데이터 관리의 문제점과 표준 개발의 개선점을 제시하였다.

Defects in apartments, which are one of the major residential types in Korea,produce unexpected inconvenience for their owners. If construction companiespaid more careful attention to the management of defect information, manydefects could be prevented. In this context, this study attempted to derive an improved defect information management system. First, research into cases of defects that were caused by weaknesses in the defect information management system were advanced to confirm the necessity of improving the defect information management system, and as the next step, a survey was conducted to identify problems with the current defect information management system, and the requirements of animproved system. In conclusion, an improved defect information management system will contribute to preventing defects in apartments in Korea.
