One of the most important research areas on remote sensing is spectral unmixing of hyper-spectral data. For spectral unmixing of hyper spectral data, accurate land cover information is necessary. But obtaining accurate land cover information is difficult process. Obtaining land cover information from high-resolution data may be a useful solution. In this study spectral signature of endmembers on ASTER acquired in October was calculated from land cover information on IKONOS acquired in September. Then the spectral signature of endmembers applied to ASTER images acquired on January and March. Then the result of spectral unmxing of them evauateted. The spectral signatures of endmembers could be applied to different seasonal images. When it applied to an ASTER image which have similar zenith angle to the image of the spectral signatures of endmembers, spectral unmixing result was reliable. Although test data has different zenith angle from the image of spectral signatures of endmembers, the spectral unmixing results of urban and vegetation were reliable.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to build a model for the meta - evaluation of the national infrastructure system and to improve the evaluation system of the national infrastructure system using the model. Method: For the study, the disaster-related laws and regulations, the evaluation report of the national infrastructure system published by the government, the guideline for the establishment of the national infrastructure protection plan, the meta-evaluation previous research data, To analyze the actual state of the evaluation. Results: Among the indices of evaluation of the current national infrastructure system, the supplementary requirements were derived from seven indicators such as appropriateness of education and training plan and implementation of disaster response, evaluation and communication with stakeholders, and evaluation committee training time. Conclusion: It is expected that the improvement plan derived from this study can be used to improve the evaluation index of the national infrastructure system.

Virus protection infrastructure management is network infrastructure management, traffic route management, virus protection zone expansion, and virus protection management for gateway area. This research paper provides a diagnosis of characteristics and weaknesses of the structure of existing virus protection infrastructure, and recommends an improved multi-level virus protection infrastructure as a measure for correcting these weaknesses. Unproved virus protection infrastructure fitters unnecessary mail at the gateway stage to reduce the toad on server. As a result, number of transmission accumulation decreases due to the reduction in the CPU load on the Virus wall and increase in virus treatment rate.

This article describes power supply infrastructure construction methods which are considered from U-City infrastructure. For the eisting city and town, it is one the issue to find an economic method to construct outside infrastructure including ubiquitous service device. Because the economic construction method could minimize the construction budget which cost big portion of U-City. And the power supply infrastructure is the fundamental layer to keep network and service layer stable. This paper suggests several ways to construct methods with keeping pre-constructed underground power cable by attaching inepensive power nodal controller working in zigbee network and introduces how to monitor and mana ge the status of power supply to network and service device.

In this paper, we developed the computer room environments and infrastructure management systems to operate various networking devices and the infrastructure in the room, stably. The developed systems are composed of the computer room environment management system and the computing infrastructure management system. The computer room environment management system performs the role which the temperature and humidity detection node periodically detects the temperature and humidity and transmits the information to the remote intelligent server. The computing infrastructure management system enables the computer room's manager to check the information and maintenance history of the computing devices with a smart device supporting NFC(Near Field Communication).

To protect financial services against danger of financial accidents and customer information leakage caused by malware, injection attack and so on, Financial Services Commission announced "Financial Networks Security Enhancement Comprehensive Plan", which suggests the guideline of protecting customer information and providing secure financial services by separating network topology and then makes the financial company use network partitioning system. In consequence of this policy, financial companies respectively chose between the physical partitioning mechanism or the logical partitioning mechanism according to their IT environment. This paper suggests an efficient infrastructure configuration plan for making the logical network partition, by comparison of a construction of traditional general equipment and an integrated HCI(Hyper Converged Infrastructure) through 'Hyper Converged' which is one of virualization techniques for developing currently, and the case study of the integrated HCI method.

미국에서는 정보통신분야를 미래의 성장잠재력이 가장 큰 분야라고 보고 그 하부구조인 NII(National Information Infrastructure)로서 정보고속도로(Information Superhighway)를 건설하려고 한다. 고어부통령이 앞장서 제창하고 민간부문이 뒷받침하고 있는 이 구상은 고어자신이 부에노스아이레스에서 열린 세계전기통신개발회의(WDTC) 연설에서 밝힌 GII(Global Information Infrastructure)계획과 같이 앞으로 미국뿐만 아니라 전세계적으로도 현안 과제가 될 것이라고 생각된다. 따라서 민간부문을 중심으로 추진되어야 한다는 원칙을 표방하고 있는 미국의 NII구상을 살펴봄으로써 우리나라에서 추진될 초고속통신망의 모습을 미리 그려보는데 도움을 얻고자 한다.

Object caching is a desirable feature to improve the both scalability and performance of distributed application systems for information infrastructure, the information management system leveraging the power of network computing. However, in order to exploit such benefits, we claim that the following problems: cache server placement, cache replacement, and cache synchronization, should be considered when designing any object cache system. We are under developing DOC: a Distributed Object Caching, as a part of building our information infrastructures. In this paper, we show how each problem is inter-related, and focus to highlight how we handle cache server deployment problem
