The purpose of this study is to inquire into the influence of appearance cues on the intellectual impression formations, whether there are differen-ces in the impression formation between the case which the appearance is partially percepted and the case wholely percepted. The study consists of the experiment of the factorial design with 5 independent variables of Face (intellectual and social), Hair Style (intellec-tual and social), Clothing Style (intellectual and social), Textile Pattern(single, color, dot, and stri-pe), and Presentation Level of stimuli (upper-half and full-length). When the models with intellectual face wore in intellectual clothing style, they gave more additional intellectual impression. And when intellectual clothing was in single color, it conveyed more intellectual impression. Hair style had no main effect but it influenced on the impression formation through interaction with other variables. 2) There were differences in the formation of the intellectual impressions between the case the appearance was partially percepted and the case wholely percepted. The case of full-lenth pressen-tation was more influential than that of upper-half presentation.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the major influence of postmodernism on 20th century fashion. Due to its characteristic traits like pluralism, indeterminacy, and immanence, it can be said that postmodernism in fashion manifests itself in an overlapped and duplicated style. The conceptual side has to do with such various 20th century thoughts as decanonization, deconstruction, populism, and in fashion it is presented as subcultural style, syncretic style, and post-feminist style. The stylistic side of postmodernism in fashion also has to do with fragmentation, hybridity, stress on performance and participation, carnivalization, deconstructive turn, and it is presented as hybrid expression, deconstructive technique, performance, and so on. In the latter part of the 20th century in which postmodernism blossoms in various fields, fashion also participates in the current of the times, together with the rapid stylistic turn, the co-existence of various trends, and the experimental or avant-garde new trials. However, it should be said that all of these tendencies mean not so much blurring of the boundaries between styles as developmental mixture of styles coming from juxtaposition after fully realizing the boundaries of contrast and combination.

But to the employees with the type B style, need styles are significantly related to the conflicts handling styles such as integrating and avoiding. On the other hand the result shows that the higher the need for achievement and the lower the need for autonomy, employees with the type B style prefer integrating styles to other conflicts handling styles. Or the higher the need for dominance, employees with the type B style prefer dominating styles to other conflicts handling styles. And the higher the need for dominance, employees with the type A style prefer dominating styles to other conflicts handling styles. The study result shows that to the employees with the type A and type X style, task group functioning are significantly related to the conflicts handling styles such as obliging and compromising. But to the employees with the type B style, task group functioning are significantly related to the conflicts handling styles such as obliging and dominating. On the other hand the result shows that the lower faith in peers and management and the higher confidence in peers and management, employees with the type B style prefer obliging style to other conflicts handling styles. But the higher group homogeneity and group cohesiveness, the lower faith in peers and management and the higher confidence in peers and management, employees with the type X style prefer obliging style to other conflicts handling styles. And the higher confidence in peers and management, employees with the type A style prefer compromising style to other conflicts handling styles. The study result shows that to the employees with the type A, organizational structure functioning are significantly related to the conflicts handling styles such as avoiding, obliging and compromising. But to the employees with the type X style, organizational structure functioning are significantly related to the conflicts handling styles such as dominating. On the other hand the result shows that the higher role conflict, the lower role ambiguity and the higher communication system, employees with the type A style prefer avoiding style to other conflicts handling styles. But the lower role ambiguity, employees with the type X style prefer compromising style to other conflicts handling styles. To conclude from these results, employees with the type A style have influence on the organizational structure functioning to other factors on the preference of the conflicts handling styles. And employees with the type B style have influence on the needs styles to other factors on the preference of the conflicts handling styles. Or employees with the type X style have influence on the task group functioning to other factors on the preference of the conflicts handling styles. Although this study provides several managerial implications, this study has some limitations. Specifically data were collected from only the service industry in Seoul, the Province of Gyeonggi, and the Province of Gangwon. In spite of the limitations, the study results could be used valuably in case of the personnel managers which manage the employees under the conflict situations.

This study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the fashion styles of underground rappers in China and South Korea. Due to rappers' fashion influence on modern fashion trends, research on rapper fashion has been conducted steadily in the field of apparel. Qualitative research methodologies including literature research and in-depth interviews were the primary techniques used to solve the research questions. In-depth interviews were conducted with 10 Chinese underground rappers and 10 Korean underground rappers to reveal and explore their fashion style and view of fashion. As a result, the participants' fashion styles were categorized into four styles: authentic hip-hop fashion style, popularized hip-hop fashion style, easy sports casual style, and trendy street style. Rappers from both countries consider that their identity as rappers can be demonstrated through their hip-hop fashion style. The influence of hip-hop culture and the popularity of rap music differs between China and Korea. It affects not only the rapper's musical characteristics, but also their fashion style. While Korean underground rappers' fashions style is trendier, Chinese underground rappers' fashions style displays stronger characteristics of hip-hop fashion. Due to the public's negative view of rappers, some Korean underground rappers intentionally try to hide their identity by wearing a fashion style that differs from the authentic rapper image. Understanding the fashion styles of underground rappers in Korea and China is expected to assist in predicting future hip-hop culture and rapper fashion trends.

Long Sleeve Costume is often seen not only in ancient China but also in various neighboring places throughout the time. Costumes show the societies cultural preferences and values at that time, and Long Sleeve Costume is no exception. In my research, 1 focused on the time period from Han Dynasty to Tang dynasty in ancient China. During Han dynasty, Shenyl style robe(심의형 포) was widely worn, and it shows very little foreign cultural influence. For the period of Wei·Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties, foreign aspects of costume started to show up Possibly due to the influence of Buddhism and influx of foreign tribes. For instance, it is not too difficult to find hufu (호복) as well as Shenyl style robe, and it appears this Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties may have been a transitional period of accommodating two cultures without complete merger. Now, when it comes to Tang dynasty, we observe a creation of new cultural form in costume after adopting exotic culture. Because Sh ny style robe. often observed for a long time in Chinese history, disappeared, and tuanling(단영) and fanling(번영) became the main stream in their costume style in Tang dynasty.
The objective of this study is to systematically understand the swiss graphic style and examine the design ideology of designers and the visual features, with the focus on the posters that played the largest role in the formation and settlement of the swiss graphic style. Although through other visual designs such as editorial design, from the outside beyond posters, the swiss graphic style has evolved to exert a large influence around the world, based on the posters that served as the main medium for expression by designers and that were used the most in instigating the public, this study aims to cast light on the swiss graphic style, which has become recognized as the textbook of the graphic design around the world since the mid 20th century. First, the study casts light on the meaning of the creation of the graphic style through the background and the formation process, aiming to examine the visual features of the swiss graphic style and how they are integrated through the posters of Swiss designers. The personal activities and efforts of individual designers contributed significantly to the formation and development of a certain design style; however this study intends to identify the other equally important elements: the underlying social and cultural influence, the legacy of previous design styles and ideologies, the collective enthusiasm of designers, and the active progress of experimental research.
