Recently, various interactions have been actively conducted through sharing and expressing opinions among users in social networks. In this process, since malicious users and fault information spread misinformation, trust is reduced irrespective of their will. To solve this problem, studies have been conducted to determine the trust of a user through direct-connected users. In this paper, we propose a enhanced user indirect trust discrimination scheme considering the connection relation and influence of users. The proposed indirect trust computation scheme derives the user's area of interest through user interaction and reconstructs the existing network considering the user connection relationship. The final indirect trust is also detected by determining whether the user is a malicious user through the influence of the user. Through various performance evaluations, we show that the proposed scheme achieves better performance than the existing method.

The purposes of this study were to investigate how ageism and age integration influence the perception of intergenerational conflict for each age group, and to seek alternatives to decrease intergenerational conflict. Study participants were divided into three groups based on their age: adolescence, middle age, and old age groups. For each group, the effects of ageism and age integration related variables on intergenerational conflict were examined using regression analysis. The results showed that there was no specific difference on the perception of intergenerational conflict by three different age groups; however, there were differences on influencing factors to explain the perception of intergenerational conflict. Among those factors, especially, the severity of the perception of age discrimination, which is one of ageism related variables, influenced the perception of intergenerational conflict for all age groups. That is, the more people perceived the severity of age discrimination, the more people perceived intergenerational conflict. The findings of this study are meaningful because this study revealed ageism and age integration could be causes to trigger intergenerational conflict.

In this study, we tried to examine the effect of service quality on the current industrial product B2B trading market on the degree of sustainable purchase for employees engaged in industrial product B2B trading market. We gathered data from questionnaires from employees who worked in the industrial product B2B trading market for this research. Empirical analysis is carried out through the collected questionnaire materials and finally the research model is finally verified using reliability analysis, validity analysis, discrimination validity analysis, and structural equation model fitness test, and finally Analysis of differences between cooperating companies and vendor, analysis of differences between companies engaged in purchasing industrial materials and developers. The results of the research analysis did not positively influence the quality of the relationship with relativity satisfaction with ease of information exchange and adaptability did not have a positive influence on the quality of the relationship. However, product service exchange, product development cooperation, adaptability, correspondence, reliability had a positive influence on the quality of relationship with relation satisfaction. Relationship of parameters The satisfaction has a positive influence on the quality of the relationship, the degree of sustainable purchase, and eventually the quality of the relationship has a positive influence on each successive purchase. By using the results of this research it is possible to confirm the factors which directly or indirectly influence the strengthening of the relationship between suppliers and purchasers in the industrial material B2B trading market and provide the basis for strategy to B2B trading companies It seems to be meaningful to offer.

This study was aimed to analyze the Influence of Reasonable Accommodation on the Employment Probability and Job Retention of the People with disabilities. Survey on the employment discrimination of people with disabilities was utilized. The methodologies used in the study are logistic regression estimating job probability, multiple regression to evaluate job retention. As a result, reasonable accommodation for initial exam was not statistically significant on the employment probability. While, exam process reasonable accommodation was statistically significant on the employment probability. For job retention, recruit accommodation, workplace access accommodation were not significant on the job retention. While, company regulation and job adjustment was statistically significant on the job retention. It is necessary to be provided with reasonable accommodations in the direction of increasing the employment and strengthening job retention of people with disabilities. There is a need to support and expand the reasonable accommodation to the employer by the policy.

In this study, we studied the influence that the stress placed on children (originating from presence of two cultures at multi-cultural families) can have on adapting to school, and further assessed the control effect of teachers' support as a protection factor. In order to achieve the goal of the research, we identified samples of children between Grades 3-6 who came from multi-cultural families to carry out surveys. Based on the results of our analysis, the experience of discrimination and language conflicts experienced by children from multi-cultural families affected their academic activities (among adaptation factors to school experiences), while teachers' support appeared to have a control effect. However, for the influence of language conflicts on friend relationships (among adaptation factors to school experiences), teachers' support did not have a control effect. As such, based on this research result, we've proposed plans to improve school adaptation of children from multicultural families.

In this study, a packet voice/data terminal(PVDT) that services both voice and data in the packet-switched network is implemented. The software structure of the PVDT is designed according to the OSI 7 layer architecture. The discrimination of voice and data is made in the link layer. Voice packets have priority over data packets in order to minimize the transmission delay, and are serviced by a simple protocol so that the overhead arising form the retransmission of packets may be minimized. The hardware structure of the PVDT is divided into five modules; a master control module, a speech proessing module, a speech activity detection module, a telephone interface module, and an input/output interface module. In addition to the hardware implementation, the optimal reconstruction delay of voice packets to reduce the influence of delay variance is analyzed.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors that influence married female immigrants' perceived health status. Methods: This study was a retrospective review of dataset from the 2012 National Multicultural Family Survey in Korea. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, an analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression with the data of 3,014 married female immigrants. Results: Multiple regression analysis showed that demographic factors (age, education level, nationality, period of residency in Korea, and residential area), socio-economical factors (monthly family income, employment, support from the government for basic living, and Medicaid), social support factors (marital conflict, satisfaction with family relationships, some one to talk about self or family matters, meeting with homeland friend, and participation in community meeting), and immigration factors (life satisfaction, experience of social discrimination, and difficulties with living and using medical care) were associated with perceived health status. Conclusion: It is important to pay closer attention to immigrant women who have low economic status, less social support, experience difficulties with living in Korea and using medical care. An effective support system for this population should be developed in order to help them successfully transition.

In this research, a representative type of the housing plan was extracted on the basis of elements that exert the influence on the discrimination of the plan type, in other words, plan composition. Firstly, 'connection type of the room' and 'composition type of LDK (living room, dining room and kitchen)' were selected as elements of the plan type. Secondly, three forms of 'connection type of the room' became clear namely 'middle corridor type', 'living room centered type' and 'entrance hall type', as the factors that discriminate plan composition specifically. Thirdly, 'LD/K type' and 'L/D/K type' were confirmed as the factors in 'composition type of LDK'. Finally, four combinations of plan type, such as 'living room centered type-LD/K type', 'middle corridor type-LD/K type', 'living room centered type-L/D/K type' and 'entrance hall type-LD/K type' were confirmed as the representative types. These four combinations are the representative plan types of the urban LDK houses in Japan.

PURPOSE: This study examined the differences between male and female workers by investigating the various factors that affected the workers' abilities to return to work according to the International Classification of Functioning standards. METHODS: We analyzed the personal factor, environmental factor, work performance and participation factor related to ICF according to worker's gender. For this purpose data from the third Worker's Compensation Insurance panel survey conducted by the Korea Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service were analyzed. In order to verify the research model, we used frequency analysis, cross analysis to compare the differences between male and female workers according to personal, environmental, work performance, and participation factors and hierarchical regression analysis to identify significant factors affecting job performance. RESULTS: The results, indicate that the level of education, license status, working period, socioeconomic status and employment type of female workers were lower than those of male workers. Factors that have the greatest influence on job performance are grade of disability, status of disability, economic activity status, and instrumental activities of daily living (p<.05). CONCLUSION: It is necessary to provide socially stable employment support and social policy support without discrimination to allow disabled female workers to return to work and maintain their jobs and to study factors influencing job performance further.

소셜 네트워크가 발전함에 따라 인맥형성과 정보공유 의 목적뿐만 아니라 마케팅, 추천 등 여러 분야에 활용됨에 따라 정보를 단시간 내에 더 많은 사용자들이 공유하기 위해 영향력이 높은 사용자를 필요로 하고 이를 위해 정확한 사용자 영향력 판별이 요구된다. 그러나 누구나 정보를 공유할 수 있고 그 양이 너무 방대하기 때문에 신뢰성 없는 정보를 공유하는 문제가 발생한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크에서 신뢰성을 고려한 사용자 영향력 판별 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법에서는 신뢰성에 의한 네트워크 간소화와 사용자의 직-간접적인 영향력을 고려하여 영향력을 판별함으로써 정확성을 향상시킨다.
