The use of foreign labors was inevitable at the construction site in Korea. Most construction companies are being used them in the workplace due to the cheap labor, but their work ability are insufficient as much as Korean labors. In this paper is expected to confirm the foreign labors' employment conditions and study to analyze the changing of foreign labors' work ability.

In this paper the demand and supply of labor are forecasted over the next 10 years for customized nurturing human resource focused on Manufacturing Industry in Chung-Nam Province. Despite that the industrial structure is rapidly changing, industrial labors are nurturing on the basis of past industrial structure. This research is conducted for reducing mismatched labors throughout forecasting human resources until 2020. As a practical approach, the BLS Methodology is partially utilized. And the previous researches and official statistics data are reviewed. In conclusion, this study presents that more human resources on Manufacturing Industry than other Industries will be needed in Chung-Nam province. In details, it shows that there will be required more Industrial labors for strategic industries for examples, Audio and Video related industry, and Car related industry which is propelling by overall local government. In additions, policy implications are developed by analyzing current status and forecasting the labor demand and supply in the Chung-Nam Manufacturing sector.

정부가 외국인근로자를 위한 고용허가제를 도입하여 2007년 1월부터 시행함에 따라 국내 건설현장의 외국인근로자 고용은 증가하고 있으며, 기능 및 비기능 외국인근로자는 건설현장의 주요 인력으로 활용되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 외국인근로자의 효용성과 근로실태를 분석하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 수도권 지역 38개의 공동주택 건설현장에 종사하 는 외국인근로자 및 이를 고용하고 있는 현장관리자를 대상으로 설문 및 면담조사를 실시하였으며, 조사된 결과는 과거 정부가 시행한 산업 연수생제도와 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구를 수행한 결과, 산업 연수생제도에서 발생된 많은 문제점이 아직 개선되지 않고 있으며, 이러한 문제를 해결하고 외국인근로자를 효율적으로 활용하기 위해 개선방안을 제안하였다.

The PL(Product Liability) Law has been going into effect in Korea since July 2002. Accordingly, a company's responsibility for customers who are damaged by the defect in the product safety has been gradually strict and imposed burden on management. Not only general consumers but also labors who work with machine in the field of production are included in the concept of victim of the PL Law. That is to say, when a worker is damaged by the defect of machine he can institute a PL lawsuit more aggressively, not just get the industrial accident compensation as usual, only if not his own fault but the defect of machine used in the course of production can be demonstrated. This paper intends to present suggestions to PL prevention of manufacturing companies of industrial machine through the case research of PL accidents in the area of industrial safety.

In the industrial field, robots are used to increase productivity by replacing labors with dangerous, difficult, and hard tasks. However, failures of individual industrial robots in the entire production process may cause product defects or malfunctions, and may cause dangerous disasters in the case of manufacturing parts used in automobiles and aircrafts. Although requirements for early diagnosis of industrial robot failures are steadily increasing, there are many limitations in early detection. This paper introduces methods for diagnosing robot failures using sound-based data and deep learning. This paper also analyzes, compares, and evaluates the performance of failure diagnosis using various deep learning technologies. Furthermore, in order to improve the performance of the fault diagnosis system using deep learning technology, we propose a method to increase the accuracy of fault diagnosis based on an inference window. When adopting the inference window of deep learning, the accuracy of the failure diagnosis was increased up to 94%.

콜센터 정보시스템에서 상담원은 고객과의 상호작용에서 매우 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 이러한 정보시스템을 효과적으로 유용하게 사용할 때 상담원의 업무 스트레스가 줄고, 이는 상담원의 감정노동을 감소시켜 개인과 조직의 성과를 향상시키는 결과로 이어진다. 최근 감정노동에 대한 논의가 활발하지만, 대표적인 감정노동 직군인 콜센터 상담원을 대상으로 한 상담원과 고객응대에 필수적인 정보시스템 간의 상호작용 효과에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항공사 콜센터 정보시스템품질이 기대일치에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 기대일치와 자기효능감이 감정노동성과에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는지 규명하고자 하였다. 콜센터 상담원 436명을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 이들에게 양질의 정보시스템을 제공할 때 직무에 대한 만족도와 자부심이 높아지고, 이는 감정노동의 강도를 낮추어 궁극적으로 서비스성과를 향상하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 항공사 콜센터 정보시스템 운영과 관련한 조직의 의사결정자에게 성공적인 콜센터 정보시스템 도입 및 확장을 위한 실무지침을 제공했다. 둘째, 본 연구에서 제안한 측정모형을 항공사 정보시스템에 적용 및 분석해 봄으로써 시스템 사용에 대한 점검 및 진단을 수행 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 이론적으로 구축된 항공사 콜센터 정보시스템과 측정모형에 대하여 측정항목 간 인과관계를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 콜센터 정보시스템의 성과측정을 위한 확고한 전략적 안목을 제시하였다.

At the present time, Musculo-Skeletal Disorders breaks out and it is increased in a high speed. It is a serious problem for the labors and managements. People becoming greatly interested in it. It is caused by the labor intensity which is according to the work form, hours of labor, and the labors and the labor unions have a correct understanding in it, and the labor powers becoming older, and the change of divisional social environment which is latent. Before working do the simple preparation gymnastics or operate insensitive exercise remedy without scientific verification only in the present circumstances. Although operate the Work-related Musculo-Skeletal Disorders exercise remedy, it can not get a sufficient effectiveness. So the study develop one type of exercise remedy which are divided the upper limbs exercise remedy, the trunk exercise remedy, the lower limbs exercise remedy. It can be done without using any exercise equipments and regardless places. We should also enable the exercise remedy to be easily applied to workers who are in different circumstances. To use EMG to measure the burden of exercise remedy. By doing so, employees can easily do exercises and it will help to prevent and even can treat MSD. It is just the objective of the research.

An automated manufacturing process mechanism for string musical instruments has been designed in this study. In contrast to other manufacturing products, classical string instruments try to preserve their traditional design shapes even in these days and involve variety of wood working(carpentry) characteristics including highly skilled curved surfaces treatments. Great efforts have been put to develop an integrated and automated system for improved product quality and process control, reduced physical labors, better safety etc. They, however, have been limited to devise jigs and tools with regard to selected processes due to lack of technology and research man-powers. We carefully examined the products and process characteristics, and an automated mechanism which overcome prevailing drawbacks has been derived.

In the future, the sorting machines will be taken charge of the most part of the letter sorting operations. At present, in order to deliver the sorted letters by the next day, many labors are intensively committed in the letter sorting operations. This research analyzes the problem of the facilities layout in registry department of mail center. It presents an improved design of facilities layout in comparison with several alternatives including the current layout using AutoCAD and FactoryCAD. It presents the optimized facilities layout using the algorithm which is embedded in the FactoryOPT. By the result of this research, we expect that the productivity of sorting letter will be improved and the related total labor cost will be minimized.
