In this paper, GERT network in modeled to improve the network of manufacturing process with feedback loop. A lot of Information on the GERT network can be derived from the equivalent W-function and MGF(moment generating function) using Mason's rule. These equations are used in calculating the variations of the performance measure and in improving the system performance. System improvement in manufacturing process is achieved by increasing the equivalent probabilities of each branches and by decreasing the expected equivalent time.

The research degined model which was integrated Cache technical for improvement of modebus protocol. The mode bus it leads and it does not solve in existing to shorten the tank data computing time. It desigine the algorithm which discriminates the shift time of the petrochemistry process tank m following. It is an objective of dissertation.

Since 1996, like other countries the PSM(Process Safety Management) System has been applied into chemical plant in Korea in accordance with the Occupational Safety & Health Law section 49 paragraph 2. 6 sigma movement is the most prominent quality improvement methodology in practice. Measurement plays an important role in helping any organization improve quality. Therefore, the measurement systems analysis is the first step for the quality improvement of manufacturing process in 6 sigma movement. In this study, we investigate the effect of Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility(Gage R&R) in view of defect rate and process capability indices, and provide guidelines for acceptance of gage repeatability and reproducibility(%R&R) for six sigma quality.

ISDN AO/DI provides efficient communication. It dynamically allocates channels for bandwidth, which is key component for packet data communication. In this paper, we analyze performance improvement of ISDN AO/DI system with buffering scheme and compare with AO/DI system without buffering scheme. From the simulation of AO/DI with buffering scheme, we see that the required bandwidth is less than of the AO/DI system without buffering scheme.

This paper is to present the problem of ＱC technique usage and improvement alternative in the ＱC circle. First, in the selection theme, it must have easy relations of tangible/intangible effects through simple theme's title. And contents development most be consistency in tangible/intangible effects. Second, in the usage of ＱC technique, it is necessary to strengthen QC circle activity through ＱC circle education. So in the aspects of long-term period. Internal instruction is strengthened and, in the aspects of short-term period, internal evaluation is established.

The purpose of this study is to improve the industrial safety education and training act based on comparing industrial safety and health act with facility safety act, construction safety regulation. The new industrial safety and health act is proposed by deleting inefficient education and training regulation which is double checked act by different organization of the government.
