Purpose - In the digital era, technology advancement enables goods and services to be produced more efficiently but also create economy risk in the global economy including Indonesia. Previous studies stated that the risk can be mitigated through export diversification. This study investigates strategy to expand the markets for existing products and explore the potential market. Research design, data, and methodology - The criteria was followed using a review and considerations combination through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to determine the priority product in trading house of Indonesia. This study implemented market share to explore those products' markets and compare it to other ASEAN countries. Results - The Indonesian potential products are T-shirts, singlets and other vests of textile materials, knitted or crocheted (excluding cotton); food preparations; medicaments consisting of mixed or unmixed products for therapeutic or prophylactic purposes; soap in the form of flakes, granules, powder, paste or in aqueous solution; and cocoa powder, not containing added sugar or other sweetening matter. The market analysis also showed that Indonesia still had not optimally accessed yet the largest market in the world for each product. Conclusions - The government should focus more on increasing the competitiveness of those products, particularly in those global marketplaces.

This study diagnoses the industrial varieties and innovation capacity of the Korean regional economy and discusses how the priority for autonomous regional development can be set. Since the late 1990s, regional development policies in Korea have been attempted from various angles to reduce the economic gap between the metropolitan area and non-metropolitan areas, but the establishment of a development strategy in consideration of regional industrial characteristics and innovation capabilities has been insufficient. With the advancement and diversification of technologies and industries, regions must seek strategic diversification to prepare for economic shocks, away from strategies that specialize in specific industries. In this study, industrial varieties in regional basis is characterized using unrelated and related varieties. Variety indices show different patterns between the metropolitan area and non-metropolitan areas and between manufacturing and service sectors, which raises the need to consider industrial characteristics in regional development. Lastly, using the variety index and the innovation capacity index as two dimensions, the regional economic status at the municipal level is categorized into four types, and proper regional development policy priorities are suggested for each type.

The end of cold war and the trend of the detente brought about many changes in the military security policy and in the munitions industry of the West-Europe : reduction of the defence budget, diminution of the military power force and armaments, decrease of the exportation and the domestic demand of ordnance, and augmentation of discharged laborers. This mutation caused the munitions industry and the war industrials regions to a crisis. The munition industrials enterprises which was confronted a crisis searched for diverse strategies like an reconversion to the civil products, an internal diversification and an external growth. And the European Union, the national government, and local or regional self-government implemented policies for diversification of regional economic with an reconversion in order to minimize the effect of the regional economic and society from the crisis of the munition industry.

This study introduces e-purchase potential matrix and examines whether the Web purchase suitability mediates the effects of the internet consumer characteristics such as diversification, innovativeness, self-realization, and informativity on online purchase intention through an empirical analysis. Specifically, this study investigates whether the Internet consumer characteristics affect the two dimensions differently. The results show that the Web purchase suitability partially mediates the effects of the internet consumer characteristics on online purchase intention.

The purpose of this study is to find the diversification of the methodology of KM (knowledge management) Benchmarking which has been developed rapidly as a new managing paradigm all over the world for the 21th century. In particular, at the point of that it has been going to be inevitable for domestic companies to adopt and utilize a knowledge management system as the pending assignment for surviving in the 21th century, this study thus can enable them to support an adoption of KM and suggest directions for companies. Therefore, the successful cases of KM adoption all through the world have been analyzed by this study with the classifications of the industrial fields, work-flows from the view point of learning organizations and information technologies. As a result, the KM type bearing the specific of the respective industry has not been unrolled, and the common element in the analysis of work-flows has been found. Based on the result, it is desirable for the companies to adapt KM, extracting necessary work field for KM. Consequently speaking, they need to benchmark and adopt the KM methodology based on the extracted results.

This paper seeks to raise inflection points of battery manufacturing bases in Korea in the V4 region through the reorganization of new industrial technologies in accordance with ESG. As a result, the global supply chain market is cut off. The Russian-Ukraine war and the U.S.-China hegemony are competing in the economic crisis caused by COVID-19. It is showing diversification of new suppliers in an environment where mineral, grain procurement, gas, and even wheat imports from China and Russia are not possible. As a protective glocal, this area is used as a buffer zone(Pro-Russia, Hungary). to an isolated zone(anti-Russia, Poland) by war. In this paper, economic growth is expected to slow further due to the EU tapering period and high inflation in world countries. Due to these changes, the conversion of new tech industry and the contraction of Germany's structure due to energy supply may lose the driving force for economic growth over the past 20 years. This is caused by market disconnection(chasm) in the nominal indicators in this area. On the other hand, Korea should actively develop into the V4 area as an energy generation export (nuclear and electric hydrogen generation) area as a bypass development supply area due to the imbalance in the supply chain of rare earth materials that combines AI. By linking this industry, the energy platform can be scaled up and reliable supply technology (next generation BT, recycling technology) in diversification can be formed in countries around the world. This paper proves that in order to overcome the market chasm caused by the industries connection, new energy development and platform size can be achieved and reliable supply technology (next-generation battery and recycling technology, Low-cost LFP) can be diversified in each country.

This study approaches how newly emerged game companies has implemented strategies for product diversification according to market growth cycle(beginninggrowing-mature) by empirical case study through evolutionary theory and resource based theory approach. At the beginning, online game companies had grown with different strategies(technology based, service based) by initial condition(genre, technological level, user attribute). After market growth, for product diversification, these companies carried out path-dependent alliance strategy(complementary, competitive) depending on resource base(technology capacity, service capacity based). As online game market getting mature, these companies has adapted flexibly in responding to market growth cycle by integrated strategy(naturally selected to mobilize every possible resource capability). By analyzing the alliance strategies pattern of online game companies in newly emerged game industry according to market growth cycle through combination of resource based theory and evolutionary theory, these results suggest that new industrial, theoretical, policy model is required.

In this paper, we study the methodology for the measurement and integration of market risk and credit risk using Copula. We apply the methodology of Rosenberg, and Schuermann(2006) to the assets of pension system. Firstly we estimate dynamics of risk factors and their effects on investment returns, then use the estimated result to simulate future movement of risk factors and distribution of investment returns. Finally we measure integrated risk using integrated return distribution by Copula and simulated future investment return distributions. We found the integrated risk changing with the correlation of risks and investment weights of risks and confirmed the diversification effect of risks. This result is consistent when we use normal Copula and normal marginals, t-Copula and t(3) marginals, and normal Copula and non-parametric marginals. And in the case of non-parametric maginals, larger integrated risk is calculated. It means that use of non-parametric marginals is more conservative.

In the 4th Industrial Revolution, it is a time when all the devices and people interact to create new added value. Software education is necessary in elementary school because what is more important is software. However, until now there is a lack of teaching and learning methods for software education in elementary school. In this paper, IDOL model is proposed as a method to solve this problem. statements for elementary students. The idol model is learning through observe, to implement, to diversify. In the implementation, the elementary students are to make it quickly, In the diversification, it is variously changing the things that have been made, and observation how the changed things are different. A model is verified by a group of experts consisting of elementary school teachers.
