사회주의 국가와의 협력적 개발: 싱가포르 사례와 남북경협에 주는 시사점 (Cooperative Development with Socialist Countries: Singapore Story and Implications for South-North Korea Economic Cooperation)

  • Singapore, a city state with less than 6 million population, has continued successful cooperative development and become one of the most successful Asian countries in exporting expertise in urban and real estate development. This research aims to analyze Singapore's cooperative development with socialist countries including China and Vietnam from Singapore's perspective as an investor. For cooperative development projects in China, Singapore adopted Singapore-style physical urban planning concepts as well as its own institutional and administrative systems. Singapore-Vietnam cooperative development managed to acquire profitable land and diversify its portfolio in terms of industry types and rents. This made Singapore's industrial parks more competitive than other parks in Vietnam. By showcasing successful project implementation in China and Vietnam, Singapore has proved that its model for industrial park and urban development is transferable. Singapore's success in cooperative development with socialist countries provides important implications for future cooperative development between South and North Korea. For example, phased development approaches starting from individual industrial parks expanding to mixed-use townships will be very useful to realize sustainable urban planning in North Korea and reduce financial risks. Singapore dominated development opportunities in advance when socialist countries opened their economy. To pattern ourselves after Singapore, we should not only improve our relationship with North Korea but also prepare with practical components such as financing and organizational structure.

공업고 전기과 '전력설비' 과목에서 LT협동학습이 학업성취도에 미치는 효과 (Effects of LT Cooperative Learning on Academic Achievement of 'Electrical Facility' Subject in Industrial High School)

  • The purpose of the study was to identify the effects of LT cooperative learning and traditional competitive learning on academic achievement by the level of learning ability in industrial high school students. The results of the study were as follows; the score of posttest of the experimental low grade group was significantly higher than that of control low grade group (p<.05), and the score of posttest was significantly higher than that of pretest in the experimental low and middle grade group (p<.05). Based on these results, it was concluded that LT cooperative learning had positive effect on the enhancement of industrial high school student's academic achievement than the traditional lecture learning. Its effect on high grade students was negative, but its effect was significantly positive on both middle grade and low grade level students.

  • This paper presents cable-hydraulic driven 3DoF (Degree-of-Freedom) manipulator for cooperative robot with high output/low inertia and enhancing lager workspace of hydraulic manipulator. Hydraulic actuation could be solution to design more higher output manipulator than the one of electric motor actuation due to install actuation source and robot joint separated. In spite of this advantage, the conventional hydraulic driven manipulator using cylinder or vane actuator is not suitable for the candidate of cooperative robot because smaller workspace owing to small RoM (Range of Motion) hydraulic actuator. In this paper, we propose 3DoF manipulator with cable-hydraulic actuation which is more larger ratio of payload-to-weight than the one of conventional cooperative manipulator and larger workspace than the one of existing hydraulic driven manipulator. The performance of proposed manipulator was demonstrated by the experiments for confirming overall workspace task, high payload operation task under worst situation and comparing repeatability between developed manipulator and existed cooperative robots. The results of experiments showed that the appropriate performance of proposed manipulator for cooperative robot.

공동연구수행체제 및 참여기업의 기술획득전략-유형별 기업화성과 분석- (Technology Sourcing Strategies and Cooperative Patterns in Vertical Cooperative R&D Projects)

  • Since 1982, the government of Korea has actively promoted vertical cooperative R&D programs between government-sponsored research institutes (GRIs) and private firms. A number of firms participated in the programs because cooperative R&D could lower the risk and could contribute to rapid commercialization of many technologies. This paper examines the effectiveness of vertical cooperative R&D projects by the modes of cooperation between GRIs and industrial firms, and analyzes the performance of participating firms' technology sourcing strategies for commercial utilization of cooperative R&D results at the project performed from 1982 to 1989 under the Government-Industry Cooperative R&D Program sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology(MOST) in Korea. The cooperative R&D projects are classified into 4 groups by two criteria, i.e., the level of participation of firms, and the breadth of cooperation. The findings suggest that firms should actively participate in cooperative R&D projects. In addition, in order to enhance commercial success, cooperation between GRIs and industrial firms should not be limited to R&D stage only. The breadth of cooperation should be extended to commercialization stage. Small- and medium-sized firms participating in vertical cooperative R&D projects in Korea usually lack internal technological capabilities that are needed to commercialize the results of cooperative R&D. Three different technology sourcing strategies - exclusive cooperative R&D strategy, in-house development augmented cooperative R&D strategy, and licensing-in supplemented cooperative R&D strategy - are empirically derived through cluster analysis of the relative usage rates cooperative R&D and of other supplementary technology acquisition methods. The findings suggest that the firms participating in vertical cooperative R&D projects should try to utilize other supplementary technology acquisition methods in order to achieve commercial utilization of the vertical cooperative R&D results.

제조업종 연구개발투자의 혁신 및 기업성과에서 공동연구개발과 무형자산의 역할 (The Role of Cooperative R&D and Intangible Assets in Innovation and Corporate Performance of R&D Investment in Manufacturing Sectors)

  • The effects of R&D investment on innovation such as patents and intangible assets, and the effect on the corporate performance such as revenue and profit growth, were analyzed using path analysis. In particular, this study compared and analyzed the performances of non-cooperative R&D and cooperative R&D. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, R&D investment has a significant impact on innovation performance. This supports the existing research results. Second, patents have a significant impact on intangible asset growth. Third, in the case of corporate groups carrying out cooperative R&D, intangible asset growth forms a significant causal relationship with revenue growth. Fourth, in case of cooperative R&D, intangible asset growth has a significant mediating effect between patent and revenue growth. Like the existing research, the results of this research support the innovation performance of R&D investment. It also supports the existing argument that the results of cooperative R&D are more favorable to increase corporate value. However, unlike the existing research, we found a path leading to increased revenue through patents and intangible assets, and confirmed that such a path is likely to be achieved through cooperative R & D rather than internal R&D.

Spatial Structure and Dynamic Evolution of Urban Cooperative Innovation Network in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, China: An Analysis Based on Cooperative Invention Patents

  • With the increasing pressure of international competition, urban agglomeration cooperation and innovation had become an important means of regional economic development. This study analyzed the spatial characteristics of the Urban Cooperative Innovation Network in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, found out the dynamic evolution law of innovation, provided suggestions for policy management departments, and effectively planned the industrial layout. According to the data of the State Intellectual Property Office of China, this study researched invention patents from 2005 to 2019. This paper constructed the urban cooperative innovation network, and took 11 cities in the bay area as the research objects, and used social network analysis to study the spatial structure and dynamic evolution of the urban innovation network. Every indicator reflected the urban cooperative innovation, but they all showed a certain decline in 2008-2010. And it is inferred that the innovation network space of each city will be "obvious fist advantages, significant spillover effect and weakening role of Hong Kong and Macao". This paper divided urban cooperative innovation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into three stages. Summing up the characteristics of each stage is helpful to recognize the changes of urban cooperative innovation and to do a good job in industrial layout planning.

협력적 노사관계가 신뢰와 몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Cooperative Industrial Relations on Trust and Commitment)

  • 협력적 노사관계는 기업의 지속적인 성장과 발전을 위해서는 필수적인 요소이다. 하지만 협력적 노사관계는 노사 양측의 이해관계로 구축이 쉽지 않은 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 연구는 협력적 노사관계가 구성원들의 조직신뢰 및 노조신뢰와 조직과 노조에 대한 몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 민주노총 소속 12개 기업 300명의 조합원을 대상으로 살펴보았다. 분석결과 협력적 노사관계는 조직신뢰와 노조신뢰에 긍정적 효과를 가진다고 나타났으며 이 두 신뢰는 모두 조직몰입과 노조몰입에도 긍정적 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었으며 쌍방의 이익을 달성한다는 것을 보여주었다. 이러한 결과는 선명성 경쟁 등 대립적 노사관계의 틀을 쉽게 벗어나지 못하고 있는 노조의 전략변화에 중요한 변수로 작용할 수 있을 것이며, 기업에 입장에서도 신뢰를 통한 조직의 몰입을 통한 기업의 발전의 근원을 위해서는 협력적 노사관계가 필수적이라는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다.

비영리조직 구성원의 사회적기업가정신이 가치일치를 매개로 협조적행동에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Social Entrepreneurship of the Members of Nonprofit Organizations on Cooperative Behavior -Focusing on the mediating effects of value congruence-)

  • 본 연구는 비영리 사회복지조직 구성원의 사회적기업가정신이 협조적행동에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보았으며 이들의 관계에서 가치일치의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 전국 사회복지기관에 종사하는 구성원을 대상으로 검증한 결과, 첫째, 사회적기업가정신의 구성요소 중 혁신성, 위험감수성, 사회적가치지향성이 유효하며 둘째, 사회적기업가정신의 혁신추구성향과 사회적가치지향성이 영향을 주며 위험감수과정에서는 협조적행동에 영향을 주지 않았다. 셋째, 구성원의 가치일치가 협조적행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 넷째, 사회적기업가정신과 협조적행동 간에 가치일치가 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사회적기업가정신이 높을수록 가치일치가 높아지고 이를 통해 협조적행동이 높아진다고 할 수 있다. 또한 조직구성원들의 협조적행동을 강화시키기 위해서 가치일치가 중요하며 사회적기업가정신을 갖춘 직원을 채용하거나 직원교육을 강화하는 노력이 필요하다는 것을 알게 되었다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

A Study on the Effect of Pair Check Cooperative Learning in Operating System Class

  • In the 4th Industrial Revolution, the competitiveness of the software industry is important, and as a solution to fundamentally secure the competitiveness of the software industry, education classes should be provided to educate high quality software personnel in educational institutions. Despite this social situation, software-related classes in universities are largely composed of competitive or individual learning structures. Cooperative learning is a learning model that can complement the problems of competitive and individual learning. Cooperative learning is more effective in improving academic achievement than individual or competitive learning. In addition, most learners have the advantage of having a more desirable self-image by having a successful experience. In this paper, we apply a pair check model, which is a type of cooperative learning, in operating system classes. In addition, the class procedure and instruction plan are designed to apply the pair check model. We analyze the test results to analyze the performance of the cooperative learning model.

Online Evolution for Cooperative Behavior in Group Robot Systems

  • In distributed mobile robot systems, autonomous robots accomplish complicated tasks through intelligent cooperation with each other. This paper presents behavior learning and online distributed evolution for cooperative behavior of a group of autonomous robots. Learning and evolution capabilities are essential for a group of autonomous robots to adapt to unstructured environments. Behavior learning finds an optimal state-action mapping of a robot for a given operating condition. In behavior learning, a Q-learning algorithm is modified to handle delayed rewards in the distributed robot systems. A group of robots implements cooperative behaviors through communication with other robots. Individual robots improve the state-action mapping through online evolution with the crossover operator based on the Q-values and their update frequencies. A cooperative material search problem demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed behavior learning and online distributed evolution method for implementing cooperative behavior of a group of autonomous mobile robots.
