  • The most crucial elements of SME growth and development are performance and innovation. In actuality, SMEs find it challenging to enhance their performance and innovation due to limited access to resources. Collaboration with other SMEs in the form of local communities can be an alternative solution to gaining access to external resources. Unfortunately, not many studies have explored the role of the local SME community in the development of innovation and performance of SMEs. This study tries to fill this gap by examining the role of local communities in expanding SMEs' access to resources, in their efforts to improve innovation and performance. Data was collected using an online questionnaire distributed to food and beverage SMEs in Malang Regency. As many as 150 questionnaires were received and considered valid for statistical data analysis using the WarpPLS program. The results show that the SME community plays an important role in improving the innovation and performance of food and beverage SMEs. It is also found that innovation can be a good mediator of community relations with the performance of SMEs. Furthermore, it is also confirmed that the SME community moderates the relationship between innovation and the performance of food and beverage SMEs.

  • Species composition, species diversity, standing biomass and soil properties of the grasslands, which are developed in the vicinity of Yoch’on Industrial Complex, were investigated. The grassland divided into three types, mugwort (Artemisia princeps var. orientalis) community, porkweed (Phytolacca americana) community and eulalia (Miscanthus sinensis) community by physiognomy Standing biomass of mugwort community, porkweed community and eulalia community was 5,645 g/$m^2$, 2,827 g/$m^2$ and 9,048 g/$m^2$, respectively. Species diversity of mugwort community, porkweed community and eulalia community was 1.03, 0.54 and 0.26, respectively. Total N, available P, total S and soluble S of the top soil in this grassland were much higher than those in other areas. Most of the species in this grassland are indicator species of soil eutrophication.

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the growth conditions and vegetation of Peucedanum japonicum habitat in uninhabited islands of Incheon Korea. The emergence area of Peucedanum japonicum was 4.9 m distance in coastline, and altitude and slope was 7.4m and 47.5%. Soil pH, organic matter and $P_2O_5$ of habitat were 7.1, 8.3% and 29.0 mg/kg, and contents of K, Ca, Mg and Na were 0.66, 4.9, 3.4 and $1.13cmol^+/kg$, respectively. Growth plants with Peucedanum japonicum were total 55 taxa, and Gakeuldo in uninhabited islands was the most as 25 taxa. In growth plants with Peucedanum japonicum, plants of over 25% frequence per plot were Miscanthus sinensis, Dendranthema boreale, Lilium lancifolium, Hemerocallis middendorffii, Elymus dahuricus, Cirsium japonicum var. maackii, Asparagus schoberioides, Gypsophila oldhamiana, Cocculus trilobus, Silene aprica var. oldhamiana, Artemisia capillaris, Crepidiastrum denticulatum and Sedum oryzifolium. The vegetation of Peucedanum japonicum habitat was classified into Aster spathulifolius community, Miscanthus sinensis community, Dendranthema boreale community, Setaria viridis var. pachystachys community, Cirsium japonicum var. maackii community and Hemerocallis middendorffii community. According to general condition of habitat, suitable growing areas was determined to slightly acidic from mild alkaline soils.

  • This study attempts to look at the role that modern Christianity should play on an educational level in order to effectively prepare for the future society in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. In the coming era, various areas of human life, including human labor, are expected to be replaced by AI robots. As new alternatives, the ability to empathize effectively and educate creatively to help develop personality qualities are proposed in a rapidly changing world of uncertainty. Modern Christianity, however, has the responsibility to help solve the problems facing this era in the public as a member of the community beyond the boundaries of the church. The purpose of this study is to examine what education the modern Christianity can present to the world as a public discourse and how that should be done. This study suggests the following points on the proper education for which Christianity will participate in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. First, it is necessary to emphasize a sense of belonging through a sense of community. Second, serious considerations and preparations for education that develops creativity are needed. Third, it is necessary to establish an educational direction that encompasses the entire generation. Fourth, practical education through digital utilization should be implemented in the local community. Finally, Christianity in the era of the fourth Industrial Revolution needs to be more integrated. As the Christian community recognizes that the agenda of the community is its task, it will be able to create a co-existing and symbiotic society.

  • This study chiefly aims to find out the efficient ways of designing community facility convertible to refuge in case of emergency. In order to reach this goal, this study analyzed (1) definition of terminologies regarding disaster and refuge space, (2)present situation of regarding acts and standards, (3)function and spatial specialties of existing community facilities. Besides, in order to clarify the efficient design methods of 'function-convertible-type' community facility, this study executes archival research on (1)spatial requirements, (2)methods of designing futuristic community facility. When making design directives of community facilities, it is important to consider (1)vertical integration of rescue related function, (2)spatial division and architectural installation concerning privacy, (3)proper layout of locker room, shower room, toilet, etc. (4)appropriate size of unit space. It is desirable to execute the refuge function with minimum psychological anxiety in case of disaster through design guideline for 'function-convertible-type' community facility.
