제품안전유공기관 평가지표개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Evaluation Indicators for Product Safety and Air Supply Agencies)

  • 본 연구의 주요 목표는 업계에서 제품 안전에 기여하는 조직을 평가하고 선정하기 위한 적절한 지표를 개발하는 것이다. 제품 안전 지표는 제품 안전 활동 및 시스템의 순서에 입력, 프로세스 및 출력을 포함하며, 그 지표들은 측정 가능하고 측정 불가능한 지수의 측면에서 제안된다. 세부 지표는 제품 안전 관리, 제품 안전을 위한 노력, 제품 안전성능 등 3가지 부분으로 구성된다. 이 지표들은 시스템 및 제품 안전의 관리 능력의 차이로 인해 기업 규모(대, 중, 소)별로 항목별로 구분된다. 지표를 합리적으로 얻기 위해 산업분야의 전문가 의견과 VOC를 검토한다. 그리고 직급과 수준(간부 대 노동자)에 따라 구분한다. 지표의 항목은 20개, 점수는 200개로 어느 경우든 동일하다. 지표들은 그의 산업에서 제품 안전의 발전에 기여하는 인력을 선택하는데 유용한 도구로 사용할 수 있다.

기업의 환경안전문화가 근로자의 화학물질 인식도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Business Environmental Safety on the Awareness of Workers' Perception on Chemical Materials)

  • Objectives: The organizational culture of small-scale enterprises is influenced by a lack of awareness of industrial accidents and a business-oriented culture. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to establish a correlation between chemical awareness and worker safety, which is the reason why a company's safety environment is responsible for human factor accidents. Methods: The research model established the organizational culture, human relationships, organizational relationships, workplace culture, safety climate, and safety parameters, all of which affect the perception of chemical substances, then established safety rankings, communication, safety regulations, and safety support. Results: In order to derive the results of this study, the satisfaction level was mostly derived from the degree of engagement (+) depending on the number of years worked, in the hierarchical regression analysis. During work with chemicals, the number of years spent on the level of the service was determined by the influence of the chemical (-). Based on this company, the occurrence of chemical accidents caused by chemical materials was felt to be felt at the risk of causing the hazard to be felt, the absence of physical damage was excluded from the variables. The other variables detected in the variables were $62.8{\pm}24.4$. Conclusion: As a result, it is necessary to develop a statistical model for the verification of the hierarchical regression analysis, and the relationship between safety and awareness of the dangers of chemicals and biological agents requires periodic safety training. Job satisfaction was found to be higher if the level of awareness was sufficient.

유해화학물질 취급 외국인 근로자의 적응과정 (A Qualitative Study for Foreign Workers Exposed hazard Chemical Materials in Korean Industry)

  • Purpose: This study was to understand foreign workers' experiences exposed hazard chemical materials in korean industry. Method: The research subjects were 92 foreign workers worked in seoul, namyangju, ansan, suwon, pocheon, incheon, jincheon, and daejeon. It was that grounded theory method as qualitative approach was applied with in-depth interview, recording and dictation, and collected data was analysed line-by-line by research teams. The analysis process of in depth interview data was three phase. Results: The first phase was that find out meaningful data and confronted data for meaningful data was 53 meaningful items. The second phase was coding process of meaningful data, total coding items were 9, difficulty of new environment, existence of health hazard factors originated in work, performance of basic health management, management of hazard materials in work-site, self care of hazard materials in work-site, discrimination of disaster-compensation originated in work, perception of work stress, motivation of leaving position, satisfaction for present life. The third phase was 5 adaptation process, copying phase for new environment, management phase for health hazard factors, health change phase, life change phase, illegal stay phase. Conclusion: In summary, as a results it was concluded that foreign workers was experienced new environment and then has various problems in working site. But these evidences were not different from korean workers basically, undoubtedly reality of a korean small and medium enterprise. And foreign workers with long time stay have had many health problems probably, but they have want to long stay and so reach an unexpected result, illegal long stay. Therefore, we should make efforts for adequate foreign workers' health management at work-site and overall life in governmental and industrial nursing level.

여성 근로자의 일·가정양립지원제도 인식과 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Female Workers' Recognition and Utilization about Work-Family Balance Support Policy)

  • 본 연구는 여성 근로자의 일 가정양립지원제도에 대한 인식과 활용 간의 관계성 및 이용실태를 분석하였다. 연구결과 현 직장에서 시행 비중이 높으며 가장 많이 이용한 일 가정양립지원제도는 육아휴직제-시차출퇴근제-육아기 근로시간단축제 순이었다. 일 가정양립지원제도 인지도(p<.001)와 이용 만족도(p<.05)는 일 가정양립지원제도 효과성 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 향후 일 가정양립지원제도 이용의도에 대한 일 가정양립지원제도 인지도 및 이용 만족도의 영향은 유의하지 않았으나 가족적 지지(배우자, 부모, 시부모)가 한계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 여성 근로자의 일 가정양립지원제도에 대한 인식과 활용 간의 영향관계를 분석함으로써 정책의 효과성을 파악하고, 가족적 차원까지 고려대상을 넓힌 데에 연구의 의의가 있다.

세무회계사무소 여성 근로자의 교육훈련이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Tax Account Office Female Workers' Education and Training on Job Performance)

  • 본 연구는 세무회계사무소 여성 근로자의 교육훈련이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 직장만족도에 유의한 영향을 미친 요인은 교육 이수 후 적극적 자세 변화 정도, 교육시설 및 환경 적절성, 교육시간 적절성, 교육의 직무지식 향상 도움정도였으며 교육시설과 환경이 적절했다고 평가할수록 직무대응성이 높게 나타났다. 자기계발노력에 유의한 영향을 미친 요인은 교육 이수 후 직무수행 도움정도, 교육 이수 후 적극적 자세 변화 정도, 교육시간 적절성, 교육의 개인성장 도움정도, 교육의 직무지식 향상 도움정도로, 교육훈련의 적절성과 도움정도를 높게 평가할수록 직무성과 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 세무회계사무소 여성 근로자의 교육훈련이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 세무회계 직종에서 교육훈련에 대한 평가 및 인식이 직무성과 향상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 효과성을 검증한 데 연구의 의의가 있다.

중소기업 사내 교육훈련이 직무만족 및 직무성과 향상에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Education and Training of Small Businessess on Improving Job Satisfaction and Job Performance)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업 사내 교육훈련이 직무만족 및 직무성과 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육훈련 활용도와 참여형 실습시간 충분도였으며 직무대응도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사내 교육훈련의 품질, 교육훈련 활용도, 실습시간 충분도로 나타났다. 향후 지속적 교육훈련 참여 의지에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육훈련 정보 접근성, 교육장 위치 및 교육 환경, 실습시간 충분도로 나타났으며 여성과 생산직 근로자의 교육훈련 참여 의지가 높았고 20대, 3-5년 근속 근로자의 교육훈련 만족도가 상대적으로 낮아 이를 높일 필요가 있다고 평가된다. 본 연구는 중소기업 사내 교육훈련이 직무만족 및 직무성과 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 사내 교육훈련의 성과를 높이기 위해 효과적인 요인을 탐색하고 그 영향력을 검증한 데 연구의 의의가 있다.

Ultrasonically Assisted Grinding for Mirror Surface Finishing of Dies with Electroplated Diamond Tools

  • This paper describes ultrasonically assisted grinding used to obtain a glossy surface quickly and precisely. High-quality surfaces are required for plastic injection molding dies used in the production of plastic parts such as dials for cellular phones. Traditionally, in order to finish the dies, manual polishing by a skilled worker has been required after the machining processes, such as electro discharge machining (EDM), which leaves an affected layer, and milling, which leaves tooling marks. However, manual polishing causes detrimental geometrical deviations of the die and consumes several days to finish a die surface. Therefore, a machining process for finishing dies without manual polishing to improve the surface roughness and form accuracy would be extremely valuable. In this study, a 3D positioning machine equipped with an ultrasonic spindle was used to conduct grinding experiments. An electroplated diamond tool was used for these experiments. Generally, diamond tools cannot grind steel because of excessive wear as a result of carbon atoms diffusing into bulk steel and chips. However, ultrasonically assisted grinding can achieve a fine surface (roughness Rz of $0.4{\mu}m$) on die steel without severe tool wear. The final aim of this study is to realize mirror surface grinding for injection molding dies without manual polishing. To do this, it is necessary to fabricate an electroplated diamond tool with high form accuracy and low run-out. This paper describes a tool-making method for high precision grinding and the grinding performance of a self-electroplated tool. The ground surface textures, tool performance and tool life were investigated A ground surface roughness Rz of 0.14 um was achieved Our results show that the spindle speed, feed rate and cross feed affected the surface texture. One tool could finish $5000mm^2$ of die steel surface without any deterioration of the ground surface roughness.

공정안전관리를 통한 도급업체 안전관리 강화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Safety Management in Subcontractor through Process Safety Management)

  • 최근 발생한 크고 작은 화재 폭발 누출 사고들을 살펴보면, 하청업체의 근로자들이 원청업체 사업장에서 유해 위험한 정비 보수작업 중에 재해를 당하는 사고가 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공정안전보고서 제출대상 사업장을 대상으로, 설문조사를 통해 도급업체의 안전관리 실태를 파악하고, 도급업체의 안전관리 향상을 위해 공정안전관리를 활용한 원청업체와 하청업체간의 책임과 합리적 역할분담, 안전 보건정보 제공, 정비 보수작업 시 근로자 보호 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구결과는 유해 위험작업 시 하청업체의 안전관리 강화와 개선에 도움을 주고, 원청업체와 하청업체간의 상생 협력관계를 구축하여 산업재해를 감소시키는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

5인 미만 사업장의 산업안전 규제 순응 실태 (Compliance of Employer and Employee with Occupational Safety Regulation in Small Sized Enterprises of under 5 Employees)

  • This study is planned to investigate the compliance of small sized enterprises of under 5 employees directed by Industrial Safety and Health Act. Occupational safety regulation can be required for employer and employee to comply because that all members of workplace should be involved to protect worker's health. When all members of workplace comply with safety regulation, effectiveness of regulation will be realized as expectation. The study subject is composed of three groups as 501 employers, 501 employees of small sized enterprises of under 5 employees and 107 safety inspectors sampled by stratified random sampling for comparison. Data for analysis is collected from each sample using interview with structured questionnaires. Compliance is measured by 5 point scale composed by 8 sub items such as general perception, understanding, clearness, necessity, relevancy, implementation, penalty, and general compliance of the regulation. Among sub items of employer's compliance, the level of perception of regulation, necessity of regulation, relevancy of penalty are differentiated among three groups. The level of all 8 items of employee's compliance also differentiated among three groups. These results show that strategies for ensuring the same level of compliance among three groups will be needed through education, training and evaluation of regulation and feedback.

자동차부품 제조업 근로자의 작업능력과 직무스트레스에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Work Ability and the Job Stress of the Workers in Manufacturing Industry of Automobile Parts)

  • According to the Statistics Korea, in 2011, people over the age of 65 years old accounted for 11.8% of Korea's population. This number is expected to rise to 15.0% by 2019, making Korea an "aged society". As age increases, physical ability degrades to the point that the workload must be adjusted limitations. However, workloads are given regardless of workers' ages or abilities. In addition, a decline in work efficiency due to aging also increases the risk of work-related injuries. Furthermore, the cases of stress related diseases along with musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) rise as main factors of industrial disasters and excessive job stress gives negative influence not only on mental health but also on physical health so that job stress becomes a hot issue as a main cause of work ability falloff and turnover. The purpose of this research is to examine how the sociodemographic characteristics, MSDs symptoms and musculoskeletal workload of workers in the manufacturing industry of automobile parts influence work ability and job stress. As a result of the research, job ability showed significant differences statistically according to age, working year, sex, marital status and musculoskeletal workload and job stress showed significant differences statistically according to age, working year, marital status and musculoskeletal workload. In addition, it showed that as the worker's job ability decreases, job stress increases.
