제조업의 지속 가능한 제품-서비스 시스템 개발 전략 연구 (Development Strategies of Sustainable PSS in Manufacturing)

  • Product-service system (PSS) is a system of products and service, supporting networks and infrastructure that is designed to be competitive. PSSs satisfy customers' needs more effectively and have a lower environmental impact than traditional business models. Therefore, many companies and governmental institutes are eager to implement the PSSs as a new business model. In this paper, we focus on industrial practices as new business models for the company. PSS, especially, is popular in electronic industry, so one can often observe such examples as iPod, iPhone, e-Book and etc in the field. We first thoroughly investigate the current practices of PSS in Korean electronic industry. The examples are surveyed and projected directions are given. Then, non-electronic PSSs are surveyed. Especially mechanical PSSs are intensively discussed. Based on the survey results, we propose several major development strategies of Sustainable PSS (SPSS). SPSS will bring a competitive edge for company as realization of sustainable development of PSS considering economy, society, and environment.

기능적 조직 형태에 따른 TQM 실행요소와 운영성과간의 관계에 관한 연구 (An empirical study on the relationship between Total Quality Management Practices and Operational Performance depending on Functional Organization Types)

  • This study aims to examine the relationship between total quality management(TQM) practices and operational performance perceived by employees who are in different functional organization types, R&D function and Non-R&D function organization in manufacturing companies. Operational performance is defined as the degree of operation efficiency in the perspective of quality, delivery, and cost. Our study showed that the significant elements of TQM practice were different depending on functional organization types. In case of R&D organization, the categories of customer focus and process management were the strongest significant predictors of operational performance. Therefore, the optimal TQM practices for R&D organization can be obtained in consideration of customer focus and process management.

  • National Competency Standards (NCS) is the knowledge, technology and attitude a country has organized by its industry sectors and levels to necessary to fulfill the duties in the industrial filed. NCS has been standardized in the national dimension to successfully execute the duties of the industrial site. Currently, many universities of South Korea have opened courses on trade practices however, these courses are not consistent in the execution of criteria and unit of export-import management competency of the NCS and not established well-balanced. This study explains the concepts and structure of the NCS, analyzes the execution criteria and unit of export-import management competency of the NCS and presents the subjects that need to be reinforced or established in the future based on the current status of the curriculum. Departments of Trade practices need to recognize the changes in the trading environment, boldly straighten the existing subjects which overlap or do not conform to changes by using the NCS skills analysis and establish new courses that match for the era to recover original competitiveness of Trade Department.

공급사 의존도가 관계성과에 미치는 영향: 공급사슬 관계와 의사소통 관행을 중심으로 (The Effect of Supplier Dependence on Relationship Performance: Focusing on Supply Chain Relationships and Communication Practices)

  • 본 연구는 국내 제조 부품기업을 중심으로 공급사 의존도가 공급사슬 관계, 의사소통 관행, 관계성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구가설 검증은 SPSS와 AMOS 23.0을 사용하여 수집된 자료를 구조분석모형으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 공급사 의존도는 공급사슬 관계형성과 의사소통 관행에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 공급사슬 관계와 의사소통 관행은 관계성과에 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 공급사슬관리에서 공급사슬 관계와 의사소통 관행은 공급사 의존도를 통하여 공급사슬관리의 관계성과를 향상시키는데 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 객관적으로 보여준 결과라 할 수 있다. 또한 본 연구결과는 공급사슬 프로세스에서 공급자-구매자의 협력적 활동을 통해 공급사슬관리의 효율성 및 수행활동을 위한 운영방안 모색에 활용될 수 있다.

초등학생의 식품위생안전에 대한 지식, 태도 및 실천에 관한 연구 (Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices of Elementary School Children Regarding Food Hygiene and Safety)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate food hygiene and safety knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) among the elementary school children, and furthermore, to explain the interrelations among these three variables. A second purpose was to compare gender differences of KAP. Methods: A self-administered, structured questionnaire was designed and completed by 376 elementary school children. A five-point Likert scale with twenty questions was used to gather information. Data was analyzed by frequency analysis, Pearson's correlation and analysis of variance or Student's t-test. Results: Children generally had good knowledge of food hygiene and safety, and knowledge of children was superior to the attitudes and also to their practices (p < 0.05). The attitude score was mediated between knowledge and practice scores. Significant differences (p < 0.05) were found between boys and girls in an item of knowledge, three items of attitudes, and six items of practices. A significant positive correlations were observed between knowledge and practices (${\gamma}$ = 0.70, p < 0.001), and between attitudes and practices (${\gamma}$ = 0.45, p < 0.001), as well as between attitudes and practices (${\gamma}$ = 0.51, p < 0.001), revealing that increased knowledge and even attitudes toward food hygiene safety could result in positive change in practices or behaviors. Conclusions: The results of this study indicate that despite good knowledge and attitudes of children, their practices toward food hygiene and safety are not acceptable. Gender differences in practices were highlighted. In order to create effective educational interventions on the food hygiene and safety of children, a better understanding of their awareness and the required related information is necessary.

노동조합체제와 노동자참여적 작업관행의 상호관계 (The Interrelationship between the Labor Union System and the Employee Participatory High Performance Work Practices)

  • 노동자참여적 고성과작업관행들은 노사관계에서 기업중심주의를 심화시키고 노동조합체제나 단체교섭구조에서도 기업별노동조합주의를 강화시켜 갈 가능성이 크며, 따라서 노동조합운동의 초기업적 산업별 연대주의와는 서로 상충할 가능성이 높다는 '부조화가설'에 착안하여 한국노동연구원의 "사업체 패널조사" 자료로 그 상호관계를 실증분석해 본 결과 다음 몇 가지 사실들이 발견되었다. 첫째, 고성과작업관행들의 유의한 양의 경영성과에도 불구하고 노동조합 조직 여부가 전체적으로 그 효과에 일관된 영향을 미치는 모습은 약하지만 광공업 표본의 경우는 배치전환 적용비율과 6-시그마활동 등 노동자참여적 작업관행들의 기업경영성과 개선효과들이 노동조합 없는 사업체에서 뚜렷하게 강화되는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초기업적 단체교섭체제는 작업팀의 도입 시행이나 이윤분배제도 또는 집단성과급제도 등 노동자의 작업성과에 따른 보상제도의 도입에 대해서는 매우 강하고 또 통계적으로도 유의한 음의 효과를 미치고 있다는 사실도 발견된다. 자료 정보가 불충분하여 실증분석 결과의 해석이 다소 조심스럽지만 분석 결과들은 산업별노동조합체제 또는 산업별 업종별 지역별 교섭과 같이 초기업적인 연대주의에 입각한 노동조합의 단체교섭체제가 개별 기업으로 하여금 경영성과 향상에 유리한 노동자참여적 작업관행들의 도입에 소극적으로 되도록 만들거나, 도입하기가 용이하지 않도록 교섭력을 행사한다는 의미를 가질 수 있다.

기업역량으로서의 조직학습 - 품질경영활동과 기업성과간의 매개적 역할을 중심으로 (A study of organizational learning as a corporate competency : focusing on the mediate effect between quality management and business performance)

  • This study investigates the relationships of total quality management (TQM), organizational learning (OL) activities and business performance and examines the partial mediation effect of OL activities on business performance in Korean industrial manufacturing setting. Main target sample firms were all manufacturing companies listed in the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) and 206 firms participated. This study theoretically develops a conceptual model with 3 hypotheses regarding how TQM practices influence OL activities and how the OL activities partially mediate between the TQM practices and business performance. To examine these hypotheses, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed and an alternative model which includes a path between errors of leadership factor and OL construct was developed. The findings are TQM practices cannot directly influence business performance but indirectly impact business performance through OL activities. This study found that OL activities playa role as firms' critical competency to improve business performance.

일부 병원 직원들의 건강증진 실천과 관련된 요인 (Factors Related to the Health Promotion Practices in Employees of Local Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 병원 직원들의 건강증진 실천과 관련된 요인들을 규명하기 위해 시도하였다. 자료는 2010년 1월 11일부터 2월 11일까지 서울에 소재한 2개의 종합병원에 근무하고 있는 병원 직원 204명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 건강증진의 실천정도에 따른 자기효능감은 스트레스정도가 낮은 그룹 3.71점에서의 자기효능감이 높은 그룹 2.64점보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다(F=3.802, p=0.026). 둘째, 건강증진 실천에 따른 사회적 지지는 운동을 하는 그룹에서 인지하는 사회적 지지의 정도가 운동을 하지 않는 그룹에서의 사회적 지지보다 유의하게 높았다(F=3.496, p=0.048). 셋째, 자기효능감과 사회적 지지는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다(r=0.591, p<0.001). 결론적으로 병원 직원들의 건강증진실천 향상을 위한 적극적인 자가관리 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.
