지적자본경영 전망에 관한 탐색적 연구: A연구원 사례를 중심으로 (An Exploratory Research on Intellectual Capital Management: Case Study for A Research Institute)

  • Compared to the industrial society, the knowledge-based economy of the 21st century has placed importance on intellectual capital as a sustainable competitive advantage of an organization. The ownership, creation, and interaction of intellectual capital is emerging as the main challenges of the management and, moreover, it might extend to the issue of intellectual capital management. This research found that the exploitation and sharing of knowledge was more efficient in a networked organization through a case study for A research institute, which attempted intellectual capital management domestically for the first time. The contribution of this exploratory research is to suggest new perspectives on the ownership of intangible asset, the evaluation of knowledge-based product, and the competitive advantage and complementarity of an organization in the knowledge-based economy. The limitation is that this research is just exploratory due to the inaccessibility of data. If the intellectual capital management would be more common, the diverse researches should be empirically carried out.

  • These are preisely the controlling foators that we must deal with and measure in order to get relatistic answers. We must stop making simplifying assumptions to suit our quqntitative models man deal with complex situations. To be relistic our models must include and measure all important tangible and intangible, quantitatively measureable, and qualitative factors. This is precisely what we do with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In this paper, the statistics of industrial accidents are classified with its causes, and safety organization in D heavy industry company be evaluated by Analytic hierarchy model. The influence weight of level of safety organization can be ordered supervisor (0.364), operator (3.10), top manager (0.232) and executive (o.164) by AHP.

  • In the process industries control & organization consist of interconnections on different levels. The process controls that run these industries are a collection of well-defined functions in the form of standard modules interconnected by a communication network. Real-Time(throughput, response time), operator communication, flexibility, back-up and recovery needs have distribute organization of both system hardware and software. Multi-level systems are aften advocated for controlling complex systems, such as, electric, water, oil, gas plants. In practice, these systems encompass computers and person with their various communication requirements and limitations. Hence, Careful mutual adaptation of computer communications and organizational structure is necessary. This paper concentrates on these interactions between process control and organization on the basis of industrial case studies.

  • Most of the evaluation systems have performed evaluation with an emphasis on information security products so far. However, evaluating information security level for an enterprise needs analysis of the whole enterprise organization, and a synthetic and systematic evaluation system based on it. This study has tried to grasp the information security level of the whole enterprise organization, and develop an evaluation system of information security level for suggesting a more developing direction of information security.

Analysis of Wide-gap Semiconductors with Superconducting XAFS Apparatus

  • Fluorescent yield X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) spectroscopy is useful for analyzing local structure of specific elements in matrices. We developed an XAFS apparatus with a 100-pixel superconducting tunnel junction (STJ) detector array with a high sensitivity and a high resolution for light-element dopants in wide-gap semiconductors. An STJ detector has a pixel size of $100{\mu}m$ square, and an asymmetric layer structure of Nb(300 nm)-Al(70 nm)/AlOx/Al(70 nm)-Nb(50 nm). The 100-pixel STJ array has an effective area of $1mm^2$. The XAFS apparatus with the STJ array detector was installed in BL-11A of High Energy Accelerator Research Organization, Photon Factory (KEK PF). Fluorescent X-ray spectrum for boron nitride showed that the average energy resolution of the 100-pixels is 12 eV in full width half maximum for the N-K line, and The C-K and N-K lines are separated without peak tail overlap. We analyzed the N dopant atoms implanted into 4H-SiC substrates at a dose of 300 ppm in a 200 nm-thick surface layer. From a comparison between measured X-ray Absorption Near Edge Structure (XANES) spectra and ab initio FEFF calculations, it has been revealed that the N atoms substitute for the C site of the SiC lattice.

  • This study explored the organization of high school Home Economics (HE) selective curriculum for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We critically review the change process of HE curriculum as well as problems based on the understanding of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The results were as follows. First, regarding the characteristic consistently shown in the revision process of high school curriculum, the huge increase of the number of subject organized resulted from the intensification of the selective-centered curriculum strengthening the choice for school and students. However, HE was reduced to some 'Technology-Home Economics' subject and a single subject 'HE Science' as a selective subject was subsequently combined with Technology after the $7^{th}$ curriculum period. Consequently, HE hard to organize the career-focused curriculum, emphasized by the revised 2015 curriculum due to the insufficient number of subjects. Second, the choice of HE in high school curriculum should be expanded as measures to organize the HE curriculum of high school to cope with changes that result from the Fourth Industrial Revolution. For the operation of the career-focused curriculum, career selective subjects and specialized subjects should be more diversely established. In accordance with changes in a future society that results from the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the HE education community should be prepared in advance to be organized as a selective subject when revising a subsequent curriculum, by newly establishing subjects necessary to students through collective intelligence and deliberation with pedagogists and scholars for subject content as well as by producing/getting approval from government-recognized textbooks.

제4차 산업혁명관련 기업혁신활동 촉진·장애요인별 우선순위에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Priorities of Facilitators and Impediments of Firm Innovation Activities Regarding the Fourth Industrial Revolution)

  • This is an exploratory study on facilitators, impediments and their priorities of firm innovation activities regarding the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This study adopted an inductive method to explore the properties and contents of the facilitators and impediments. 10 main factors and 30 sub-factors (15 facilitators, 15 impediments) were extracted through the Delphi survey. The highest priority goes to the factor of executive-level officers' minds and future strategies. By examining the properties and contents of 15 facilitators and 15 impediments of innovation activities, this study notices that the most factors are related to the prior stage of innovation. It indicates that each firms' innovation activities regarding the Fourth Industrial Revolution is not about the managing problems in (or of) innovation process, but closely associated with the degree of whether they are willing to be engaged with their innovation activities of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In addition, this study proposes that the relationship between each firms' innovation activities on existing market/business and the new market/business regarding the Fourth Industrial Revolution can be predicted as a dynamic reverse one. 15 facilitators and 15 impediments can influence two types of innovation activities. Finally, this study suggests that through priorities of facilitators and impediments, leadership and future strategies, culture and organization, and (human) resource acquisition are the prioritized areas for a further study of innovation activities.

首都圈地域 小賣業 經營의 空間的 變容 (Spatial Changes in the Business Organization of Retailing in the Seoul Metropolitan Area)

  • 대도시권내 소매업의 지역구조 변화를 이해하기 위하여 우리나라에서 소매업의 규모가 가장 큰 수도권지역 소매업 경영의 지역적 변화형태를 고찰한 결과 다음과 같은 점이 밝혀졌다. 1979~1991년 사이에 연간판매액에 의한 소매업의 업종구성 변화는 <종합 소매업>과 <개인 운수장비 소매업 및 주유소 운영업>의 구성비가 매우 높아졌다. 그리고 소매업의 경영상의 변화는 개인 경영조직이 탁월해지고, 종사자의 常傭化가 많이 나타났다. 주성분 분석에 의한 수도권지역 소매업의 주된 경영성분은 1. 소매업의 대규모화와, 2. <섬유, 의복, 신발 및 의복 악세사리 소매업>, <가구, 철물 및 가정용품 소매업(가전제품 포함)>, <장신구 및 시계 소매업>의 법인 조직화와 상용 조사자의 고용화이다. 소매업 경영의 유형변화를 보면, 1979년에는 섬유, 의복, 신박 및 의복 악세사리 소매업, 가구, 철물 및 가정용품 소매업(가전제품 포함), 장신구 및 시계 소매업의 법인 조직화와 상용 종사자의 고용화, 달리 분류되지 않은 일반 소매업의 대규모 소매업의 법인 조직화가 다소 이루어졌으나, 1991년에는 소매업의 대규모화가 이루어진 것이다. 이러한 경영변화를 나타내는 지구는 서울시와 그 위성도시 및 경기도의 남동부지역이다. 또 1979년에 섬유, 의복, 신발 및 의복 악세사리 소매업, 장신구 및 시계 소매업, 달리 분류되지 않은 일반 소매업의 대규모 소매업의 법인 조직화가 다소 이루어진 것에서, 1991년에는 개인 운수장비 소매업 및 주유소 운영업의 상용 종사자의 고용화가 이루어졌다. 이러한 변화를 나타내는 지구는 경기도의 동부와 북부지역이다. 따라서 우리나라 수도권지역 소매업 경영의 변화형태는 1979년에 일부 소매업이 법인 조직화와 상용 종사자의 고용화가, 1991년에는 소매업의 대규모화와 개인 운수장비 소매업과 주유소 운영업의 종사자 고용화가 나타난 점이다.

  • The service industry will be essentially extended during the economic growth and industrial development. Especially, the role of workers meeting the customers in service industry is very important from the view point of purchase intention. So many companies in service industry endeavor to increase the work efficacies of workers through the various prizes and incentives, and improve the job performance by additional education. Recently, the incentive tours are comprehensively accepted as an efficient tool to promote the loyalty and job performance of workers. The incentive tours enable the worker to gain the cultural experiences. They will experience not only the natural heritages and antiques, but also the local life culture and arts culture. The culture marketing for worker as the internal customer increase the worker's loyalty and the ties among workers, and therefore, their job performance will be increased. The empirical results (162 workers surveyed) showed the incentive tours have improved both the individual and group's job performance at a cosmetic sales organization. So it is recommend to plan the organization specific incentive tour in order to improve the productivity of the service organization.

항공 품질경영시스템 인증활동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Certification Activities on Aerospace Quality Management System)

  • The AS9100 aerospace standard has become the aerospace quality management system standard instead of ISO9001 and MIL-Q-9858A by international aerospace manufacturing companies. The organization which adopts AS9100 standard is to be certified by an independent third party certification body as IAQG requests. The quality management system certification assessor shall utilize the AS9101 standard prepared by IAQG to assess AS9100 organization. In this paper, AS9101 quality system questionnaire is analyzed and scoring method which characterizes AS9101 is reviewed. Score attained can be utilized as an organizational quality index. Practical data gathered by certified assessors from 2002 to 2007 are analyzed and suggested to improve the organization's system operational efficiency based on the analysis results. Suggestions can be utilized by any organization to prepare assessment or to enhance the level of quality system maturity. This study is applicable to the future as well as present aerospace manufacturing activities throughout the world.
