Recently, digital transformation in manufacturing has been accelerating. It results in that the data collection technologies from the shop-floor is becoming important. These approaches focus primarily on obtaining specific manufacturing data using various sensors and communication technologies. In order to expand the channel of field data collection, this study proposes a method to automatically collect manufacturing data based on vision-based artificial intelligence. This is to analyze real-time image information with the object detection and tracking technologies and to obtain manufacturing data. The research team collects object motion information for each frame by applying YOLO (You Only Look Once) and DeepSORT as object detection and tracking algorithms. Thereafter, the motion information is converted into two pieces of manufacturing data (production performance and time) through post-processing. A dynamically moving factory model is created to obtain training data for deep learning. In addition, operating scenarios are proposed to reproduce the shop-floor situation in the real world. The operating scenario assumes a flow-shop consisting of six facilities. As a result of collecting manufacturing data according to the operating scenarios, the accuracy was 96.3%.

Objectives: This study analyzes TVOC concentrations in root industry workplaces in order to prevent probable occupational disease among workers. Root industry includes all the infrastructure of manufacturing, such as casting and molding. Methods: Real-time TVOC sensors were deployed in three root industry workplaces. We measured TVOC concentrations with these sensors and analyzed the results using a data-analysis tool developed with Python 3.9. Results: During the study period, the mean of the TVOC concentrations remained in an acceptable range, 0.30, 2.15, and 1.63 ppm across three workplaces. However, TVOC concentrations increased significantly at specific times, with respective maximum values of 4.98, 28.35, and 26.65 ppm for the three workplaces. Moreover, the analysis of hourly TVOC concentrations showed that during working hours or night shifts TVOC concentrations increased significantly to higher than twice the daily mean values. These results were scrutinized through classical decomposition results and autocorrelation indices, where seasonal graphs of the corresponding classical decomposition results showed that TVOC concentrations increased at a specific time. Trend graphs showed that TVOC concentrations vary by day. Conclusions: Deploying a real-time TVOC sensor should be considered to reflect irregularly high TVOC concentrations in workplaces in the root industry. It is expected that the real-time TVOC sensor with the presented data analysis methodology can eradicate probable occupational diseases caused by detrimental gases.

In order to identify the representative technologies, the IPC codes of the patents were analyzed. Among the main category IPC codes, the most used IPC codes were H04L in Single IPC Patent with 974 cases(32.0%) and G06Q in Multiple IPC Patent with 710 cases(29.2%). As a result of classifying the IPC code into the WIPO technology classification system, the most emphasized technologies are Digital Communication, accounting for about 60.5% in the Single IPC Patent and IT Methods for Management(710 cases, 29.2%) in Multiple IPC Patent. The main points to be considered when organizing the curriculum of IoT are: ∇Emphasis on Digital Communication, ∇Expansion of Education related to IT Methods for Management(Including entrepreneurship and patent application), and ∇Consideration of subjects related to the Convergence of IoT. This research can contribute to the curriculum design of new industrial technologies such as AI and Fintech.
This paper analyzed the modern trends and the present state of kitchen furniture and electric appliances depending on the advancement in IOT technology, in order to contribute to seeking a method of approaching consumers as an effective way for kitchen furniture and electric appliance companies to develop IOT products. Prior to analysis, the chronological transitions of Korean kitchen furniture and examined the effects of Korea's own emotions and characteristics on modern kitchen. For this study, the changes in Korean kitchen space were explored, based on previous studies, recent trend magazines, articles and professional books and the trends of modern kitchen furniture were observed. Also, the concept of IOT technology was considered and then the tendencies of modern IOT kitchen furniture and electric appliances were analyzed. The case study targeted the recent three-year trends of two types of domestic kitchen furniture and small-sized IOT kitchen electric appliances, which are sold, or have been introduced on foreign online stores and have been unveiled at CES Electric Appliances Exhibition. As a result of the study, it was found that many foreign countries, including the US have been developing various IOT kitchen electric appliances. The enterprise concept is to change kitchen with their IOT products, not changing future kitchen with IOT technology. This implies that approaches to product development may change. Moreover, it was recognized that for kitchen design, characteristics of product users need to be considered, according to Korean ideology.

It is needed to develop an antenna with features of subminiature, light weight and multi-band operation for the variaty services in maritime and industrial fields. The PCB pattern antenna is one of the appropreiate antennas solving these requirements. In this research, the design and fabrication of the PCB pattern antenna operating on the single band of 920 MHz are investigated. The final goal is that the development of the dual band PCB pattern antenna operating on 260 MHz and 920 MHz, which is based on the proposed antenna. It is evident that the performance in the frequencies of 902 MHz, 915 MHz and 928 MHz among of 920 MHz ISM band is better than that in other frequencies. It is also confirmed that the differences of the voltage standing wave ratio, return loss, gain and efficiency between three frequencies are less than 5%. It is expected that the development of communication link of 5-10 km is possible when the induced results are applied into the low power wide area (LPWA) network desinged by the rule of -30 dB sensitivity.

In 4th Industrial Revolution, technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and Big data are closely related to the maritime industry, which led to the birth of autonomous vessels. Due to the technical characteristics of the current vessel, the speed cannot be suddenly lowered, so complex communication such as the help of a tug boat, boarding of a pilot, and control of the vessel at the onshore control center is required to berth at the port. In this study, clustering analysis was used to resolve how to establish control criteria for vessels to enter port when autonomous vessels are operating. K-Means clustering was used to quantitatively stage the arrival pattern based on the accumulated AIS(Automatic Identification System) data of the incoming vessel, and the arrival phase using SOG(Speed over Ground), COG(Course over Ground), and ROT(Rate of Turn) Was divided into six phase.
Recent trend in the manufacturing industry is focused on the convergence with IoT and Big Data, by emergence of the 4th Industrial Revolution. To realize a smart factory, the proposed system based on MTConnect technology collects and integrates various status information of machines from many production facilities including heterogeneous devices. Also it can distribute the acquisited status of heterogeneous manufacturing machines to the remote devices. As a key technology of a flexible automated production line, the proposed system can provide much possibility to manage important information such as error detection and processing state management in the unmanned automation line.
With the development of AI and digital technologies such as big data, metaverse, and the Internet of Things, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has brought great development and change to companies. Among these realistic industrial areas by RPA, the call center service area, which consists of a combination of complex high-tech systems and professional operation groups, has now reached the stage where AI is conducting counseling. The evolution of this digital transformation has become an important direction of change in the digital-related industry sector. Along with these changes, there have been many changes in the technical stress of the members of the organization within the RPA organization and their solutions. In this study, the representative psychological mechanisms were presented as Digital Shadow Work (DSW), expressed as 'unpaid work', and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), which is 'an act that helps organizations other than their duties'. This study theoretically contributes to the extension of the DSW concept to the organizational members.
