This study investigates the job satisfaction of gig workers in Indonesia, particularly the online motorcycle taxi or ojek drivers, by looking at the influence of proactive behavior, self-efficacy, and job crafting as found in previous studies. Gig workers are classified as 'independent contractors' where some studies show that they achieve high job satisfaction through autonomy and flexibility. However, other studies show that all gig workers do not experience this condition. Location-based gig workers such as the online drivers are highly controlled by algorithm control and customer management, which makes their autonomy and flexibility questionable. The study is quantitative research by conducting a survey approach in seven main cities in Indonesia. Two hundred eighty online ojek drivers participated in this research by fulfilling questionnaires. The result shows that proactive behavior does not directly affect job satisfaction, but self-efficacy fully mediates the relationship. Job crafting has an insignificant influence on job satisfaction, and thus, this variable cannot mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and proactive behavior. The major finding of this study suggests that self-efficacy, which is their belief that they can overcome the challenges and achieve their goals, is very central to shaping job satisfaction of the online drivers.

Customer value has long been believed to be a direct trigger for increased tourist satisfaction, but as a mediating variable, it still needs to be proven further. This paper aims to examine the causal relationship between research variables, as well as to examine the role of customer value as a mediating variable in the relationship between service quality, brand quality, tourism products, customer value, and tourist satisfaction with tourists' objects. The population is tourists who visit tourist sites/destinations in the Gianyar Regency on the island of Bali, Indonesia, and the sample size is 270 respondents, selected through random sampling. Structural equation modeling (SEM), a multivariate statistical analysis technique, is used to analyze the causal relationships between variables. The results show that the model is accepted, and customer value is proven to be a positive mediating variable. The results also show that service quality, brand quality, and tourism products have an effect on customer value. This provides insight into the practical implications for tourism managers to increase the brand quality of tourist attractions as well as increase the professionalism and quality of tour guide services. This, in turn, will increase customer value and increase tourist satisfaction.
Refining the monitoring and evaluation reporting is an important thing in e-Government. Indonesia which has had e-Government roadmap since 2000, has not had the systematic mechanism to monitor and evaluate e-Government in which the report can be easily accessed by the public and used to be the best practice to improve other e-Government implementation. Enterprise architecture (EA) has the major objective to straighten an enterprise to its necessary requirements. It can be used to propose the required system and that was the purpose of this paper. It was started by reviewing the literature about e-Government monitoring and evaluation, using quality of service as the means, and understanding TOGAF as one of EA framework. The second step was comparing EA and the evaluation of e-Government in Korea and Indonesia to get the best practices. And the last step was creating EA for the monitoring and evaluation reporting system based on Korea and the literature reviewed. It is expected that the formulized EA can be a tool to improve e-Government implementation in Indonesia.
Purpose: This study aims to provide a further research challenge in digital marketing distribution and co-creation from relevant literature. The concept of digital marketing and co-creation has been known to impact the business sector positively, but it has not been utilized much in the government sector. Therefore, further research is needed to identify the role of digital marketing distribution and co-creation in increasing non-tax state revenue services of government institutions in Indonesia. Research design, data, and methodology: This study is based on a systematic literature review. The stages are (1) research scope review, (2) article extraction from journals, (3) article quality assessment, (4) article analysis, and (5) comprehensive report. Fifty articles published from 2011 to 2021 were collected from the Google Scholar website. Result: This study provides a proposed model that depicts all of the potential connections between digital marketing, co-creation, and non-tax state revenue. In addition, we also identify that the customer experience influences non-tax state revenue. Conclusions: This study attributes the use of the digital marketing distribution and co-creation concept in the government sector and its benefits for state organizations, which have not been investigated in previous studies.

The object of the study included several retail companies such as Alfa Mart, Alfa Midi, and Indomart operating in Makassar, Indonesia, which has been serving in 2017. Analysis was conducted by quantitative descriptive analysis, measurement of variable dimensions on the questionnaire using a Likert scale, and using cartecius graph and quadrant graphs to determine the gap size of each variable. Result - This research finds that the tangible and empathy dimensions such as product layout and lighting condition should be prioritized, and the empathy dimension whose gap value is too prominent such us peak load time condition and problem-solving adjustment. Conclusion - The second priority is responsiveness dimensions, and the last priority is reliability and assurance dimensions.

Customer reviews are the second-most reliable source of information, followed by family and friend referrals. However, there are many existing customer reviews. Some online shopping platforms address this issue by ranking customer reviews according to their usefulness. However, we propose an alternative method to rank customer reviews, given that this system is easily manipulable. This study aims to create a ranking model for reviews based on their usefulness by combining product and seller service aspects from customer reviews. This methodology consists of six primary steps: data collection and preprocessing, aspect extraction and sentiment analysis, followed by constructing a regression model using random forest regression, and the review ranking process. The results demonstrate that the ranking model with service considerations outperformed the model without service considerations. This demonstrates the model's superiority in the three tests, which include a comparison of the regression results, the aggregate helpfulness ratio, and the matching score.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of customer value and customer trust as a mediator of flexibility influence on customer retention. The study applies SEM tools with WarpPLS analysis and translates customer value and customer trust as mediation. This study was organized into three parts: exploratory research, descriptive research, and explanatory research. The quantitative approach in this study uses a survey method by taking samples from the population. This is a latent variable that is measured using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research was conducted at PT. Nusa Prima Logistics Terminal Teluk Lamong by taking primary data, in the form of assessments or perceptions from respondents, so a survey was conducted by submitting a questionnaire directly to 194 respondents. Quantitative data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to answer the research hypothesis. Flexibility is very influential in increasing customer retention so to develop customer retention, it is necessary to increase flexibility, customer value, and customer trust. The novelty in this research lies in identifying the role and position of customer value and customer trust as mediation that affect customer retention.

This paper tried to examine the effect of the policy on companies' CSR activities and what kind of a role does CSR have in determining Customer Loyalty in Indonesia. This paper is divided into two parts, the first part is designed to find out whether the Indonesian government law has successfully made the companies perform better CSRs. We do this by using the ICGC Index of the companies registered and comparing their scores before and after the implementation of the policy. We will then use the paired sample t-test to find out if there is an increase in the overall scores of the companies and/or only the natural resource-related companies. The result showed an upward trend in the ICGC scores for all the companies which the Indonesian government law is intended to. In the second part, Manfred Schwaiger's components and parameters of corporate reputation was referred and used on Indonesian customers. We asked participants whether they think natural resource-related companies perform better CSRs and then we also tried to find out what factors really affect their loyalty towards companies or brands by conducting Multiple Regression Analysis. From the 4 factors that we have prepared, which consist of Performance, CSR, Quality and Attractiveness, Quality is the most influential towards determining our survey participants' Customer Loyalty. Surprisingly, CSR is insignificant in directly influencing Customer Loyalty. But, our research did find out that CSR does moderate Quality and Performance in their relationship with Customer Loyalty. Meaning that CSR has no effect in a direct relationship but it can increase the effect of Quality and Performance in determining Customer Loyalty. Unfortunately, CSR has no moderating effect in increasing the effect of Attractiveness towards Customer Loyalty.
