This study is to identify the structural relationships among undergraduates' individual characteristics(need for achievement, risk-taking propensity), startup education, startup-relevant knowledge and the entrepreneurial intentions. The mediating variables examined were startup education and startup-relevant knowledge. In results, the higher need for achievement the undergraduates get, as the individual characteristics of college students, the more active the entrepreneurial education is to receive. Students with a risk-taking propensity have a positive influence on their knowledge of entrepreneurship and expect to acquire any knowledge of entrepreneurship even if they are not actively receiving entrepreneurial education. However, risk-taking propensity showed that entrepreneurship education and need for achievement had no effect on entrepreneurial knowledge. On the other hand, entrepreneurship education itself shows that it can be a driving force to promote entrepreneurship. In addition, since entrepreneurship education positively affects the entrepreneurial will with the knowledge of entrepreneurship as a parameter, it is necessary for the students to increase entrepreneurial will by getting entrepreneurship education and improving the knowledge about entrepreneurship. In order to do this, the school should formalize regular business start-up education and acquire business startup-relevant knowledge. Therefore, although the individual characteristics of college students influence the will to start a business, it is necessary to find out the will and opportunity of the startup by implementing and acquiring the startup education and startup-relevant knowledge. In this study, some of the universities in the specific area have been studying on the startup education. However, the future study should be conducted on the schools that have startup education nationwide.

Today is the era that the importance of education and training is emphasized. However, the problem of the issues on the question how the coding or related educations according to the 4th industrial revolution era are applied or utilized actually or that the correlation with the actual enterprises is facing with social and realistic problem. Therefore, this study intended to identify what impact the characteristics of the education and training has on the educational outcomes on the characteristics of individual by segmentalizing the characteristics of education and training, through which, this study examined what impact it has on the educational outcomes. As a result, it was shown that the SW education course has positive (+) impact on the major competence and learning performance out of the characteristics of individual and SW educational environment does not have nay impact. In addition, it was shown that the characteristics of individual have positive impact on all the satisfaction of educational outcomes and the negative impact on all the dissatisfaction of educational outcomes. These results emphasizes the importance of the SW educational course and SW education teaching and deemed to be results to make us to think about the SW educational environment again.

This study aimed to explain the factors that influenced an individual's decision to migrate. The method of analysis in this study was the estimation of the probit regression model with data from the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS-5), which covered 30,000 individuals from 13 provinces in Indonesia. Data from IFLS-5 were longitudinal data, meaning that the study was looking for data consistently to get reliable data from respondents. The research variables to determine the individual's decision to migrate were education level, income level, employment status, marital status, land ownership status, health quality, gender, residence status, and poverty status. Individual decision to migrate as a dependent variable was placed as a dummy variable. The results showed that the level of education, income level, employment status, marital status, land ownership status, health quality, and poverty status significantly influenced an individual's decision to migrate. Meanwhile, gender and residence status did not significantly affect an individual's decision to migrate. This research recommends that it is necessary to pursue a policy of economic equality between regions because economic factors are the main trigger for an individual's decision to migrate. Policies to overcome economic disparities among regions will reduce the individual's decision to migrate.
The disease occurrence rate of the cancer is rapidly increased and It is becoming the main factor for the death The chemical therapy for preventing the cancer is recently used for many patients and thus extended the life of the patients. However, the side effect caused by the medical substances when performing the chemical therapy for preventing the cancer and the consequent mental and social problem are incurred to deteriorate the quality of the life. Therefore, it is needed to help the patient In order to reduce the above problems, and so this study was executed in order to examine the effect of the individual education on the quality of the life of the patients who are treated by the chemical therapy for preventing the cancer. The study was performed from Jan. 19. 2004 to Apr. 18. 2004 for the patients who were firstly treated by the chemical therapy for preventing the cancer in a university hospital located in the downtown in Seoul. The individual education on the chemical therapy for preventing the cancer was provided to 40 patients of the experimental group. The study plan is the experimental plan before and after the sole group, and it is the beginning experimental plan. The title of the booklet on the chemical therapy for preventing the cancer is "Cancer, The more you know, the more you can be cured", and the book was composed up of the side effect of the chemical therapy for preventing the cancer, treatment way for the side effect, and guide of the daily life. The survey with the questionnaire sheet was distributed to the experi- mental group before the education, the survey sheet was made out when they were hospitalized for 3-4 weeks after the education, and the data were examined by using SPSS statistical program with making our the survey questionnaires and the change of the quality of the life before and after the education of the patients who are treated by the chemical therapy for preventing the cancer was analyzed by using the parred t-test. The research result was verified that it has the meaningful that the quality of the life for the physical field, mental field, social field, and spiritual field after the individual education. The suggestion concluded by the above research result is as follows. First, there is the limitation to interpret the result since it was the beginning experimental plan for the sole group. Thus, it is suggested that the similar experimental plan should be executed with the expansion of the research subject and also with the contrast group. Second, it is suggested that the study on the change of the quality of the lifeaccording to the support of the individual education and family of the patients who are treated by the anti-cancer therapy.

This study examines the emotional undercurrents of individual investors. Earlier finance theory was based on the assumption that investors would act rationally. According to the findings, it is the investors' collective expectations and anxieties that have an impact on their investment fortunes. This necessitates a high level of emotional stability on the side of the investors. Investors must have a firm foundation in financial literacy to have the requisite level of emotional stability. This study aims to add to existing theory and practice by analyzing whether investors who have received business-related education are less emotional than those who have not. For the survey inquiry of individual investors, 'fear' and 'love' are considered among the emotional undercurrents of individual investors. The research is based on a survey of 875 individual investors in India, 342 of whom had a business background and the others have none. It has been discovered that no investor, regardless of their level of business education, is emotion-free. Investors with and without a business education display emotional stability in many behavioral aspects of fear and love to varying degrees.
In recent times, STEM graduates are confronting a decline in employment rates influenced by economic, social, cultural, and policy-related factors. Career decisions are closely linked to education, college experiences, and university settings. To comprehend the reasons behind the decline in STEM employment, it is essential to explore the relationships among these factors. This study aims to comprehensively examine differences in career motivation and career exploration behavior among 2,393 STEM undergraduates in Korea. Additionally, factors affecting career motivation and career exploration behavior were investigated. The findings indicate significant differences in perceived career motivation and career exploration behavior based on individual backgrounds and university characteristics. And analyzing the data, 37.8% of career motivation is explained by contextual supports, career barriers, individual backgrounds (grade, GPA), university characteristics (major fields, location), field to enter after graduation, and timing of job preparation. For career exploration behavior, 30.1% is explained by contextual supports, career barriers, individual backgrounds (gender, grade, GPA), university characteristics (major field, location), field to enter after graduation, and timing of job preparation. Practical implications underscore the need for tailored educational and policy support, considering individual backgrounds and university characteristics, to effectively address challenges faced by STEM graduates in the evolving employment landscape.
This study has two research objectives related to end-user computing (EUC). One of the research objectives was to investigate the current status of EUC of Korean firms. Another research objective was to examine the relationship between individual differences of end-users and EUC success. Using survey data from 752 end-users of 23 firms, the current status of EUC and the relationship between individual differences of end-users and EUC success were investigated. The current status of EUC was examined from six perspectives : 1) what is the characteristics of EUC strategy of Korean firms, 2) what are the individual characteristics of end-users in Korean firms 3) what are the characteristics of tasks performed by end-users computer, 4) what are the application areas of EUC, 5) How end-users are satisfied with the support of firm, 6) what are system usage and satisfaction of end-users. It was also found that individual differences of end-users are related to EUC success. More specifically, it was shown that the male gender, younger age, higher level of education, higher rank and organizational tenure, higher math ability, thinking type of cognitive style, positive and optimistic attitudes toward computer, more experience with computer, more computer education and knowledge are individual differences variables associated with EUC success. The results of stepwise regression analysis suggested that the individual difference variables accounted for 14%, 25%, 39%, and 30% of the variances of four EUC success variables, satisfaction for outcome, satisfaction for ability, frequency of computer use, and the number of tasks, respectively. Theses empirical findings suggest that EUC managers should consider individual differences of end-users in managing EUC, such as education, training support, and human resource management, to maximize potential benefits of EUC.

Now the school is in mass production to keep pace with the changing times to identify individual students to develop the talents of various attempts have been investigated. However, a student in the field to identify individual talents to help develop the system is not being utilized. In this study, students identify and develop individual talents to help the mixed recording system designed and implemented a comprehensive talent and the effects were examined. Teacher and parent observations, tests, prize-winning history analysis, analysis methods such as after-school activities for students' individual talent was recognized. Students through the multiple intelligence test was to identify their talent. This system is developed and applied the results, teachers have found the individual child's talents. The students' parents, who helped identify the individual talent. In addition, various educational activities utilizing multiple intelligence which has been developed.
In this paper, I examine the impacts of father's education, a proxy for family wealth and income, on the individual's education, occupational choice and labor force status. I find that father's education influences the level of individual educational investment and occupational choices directly, whose findings are quite different from those of Blau and Duncan(l967) and Phang and Kim(2000). I also find that father's higher level of education induces an individual to withdraw from the labor force, which results in erosion of inequality among family. Therefore I argue that the inheritance of inequality in family wealth tends to persist, while the erosion of inequality proceeds, as well.

Open education can be defined as education which apply rule of respect, rule of freedom, rule of individual instruction, and rule of environment. The purpose of this study was to look into the present condition of individual instruction, to find the problems of instruction, especially ill practical arts, and then to suggest the improvement plans on the problems. In order to solve the problems, after briefly reviewing theoretical background of open education, we suggested a CAI(Computer Assisted Instruction) program which was made by Chinju National University of Education and KEDI(Korean Educational Development Institute). And then we applied the program to the classes of the 4th grade of elementary school. In this thesis, we didn't analyze the result of the questionnaire or interview, however, it is believed that using CAI program is a adaptive lesson method of individual instruction.
