가계의재무관리와 재무목표달성도 (Financial Management and Financial Goal Attainment among Urban Household)

  • The purpose of this study was (1) to assess the level of financial management and financial goal attainment on housing purchase and children's educational expenditure, (2) to identify individual, family and environment variables which influence financial goal attainment, and (3) to investigate causal relation of variables which affect financial goal attainment. Data were collected from questionnaire with 772 married women who were residents of Jeonju. The major finding were as follows; (1) The levels of financial management and financial goal attainment on housing purchase and children's educational expenditure were middle. (2) The variables which exerted direct effects on financial goal attainment on housing purchase were time orientation of consumption life, asset, income stability, easiness in extending credit, financial planning, and financial implementing. the most powerful predictor of financial goal attainment on housing purchase was asset. (30 The variables which exerted direct effects on financial goal attainment on children's educational expenditure were time orientation of consumption life, asset, children's presence on the camp8us, easiness I extending credit, financial planning, and financial implementing. The most powerful predictor of financial goal attainment on children's educational expenditure was financial planning.

조현병 환자의 개별목표달성 향상을 위한 목표달성척도의 적용에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Application of Goal Attainment Scale to Improve Individual Goal Attainment of Schizophrenia)

  • 본 연구는 조현병스펙트럼 및 기타정신병적장애 진단을 받은 환자들(이하 조현병 환자)을 대상으로 목표달성척도를 적용하고 효과성을 평가하는데 있다. 연구 대상자들은 목표달성척도를 활용하여 자신의 개별목표를 설정하고 목표의 달성 정도를 정기적으로 자가 평가하였다. 연구 대상자들의 목표달성점수를 계산하여 목표달성 정도를 나타냈다. 평가를 위해 사전-사후검사를 실시하였고 선형혼합효과모형을 사용하여 목표달성척도 적용의 효과를 분석하였다. 평가결과, 연구 대상자들의 목표달성점수는 측정시점에 따라 점차 증가하였고 이러한 증가는 통계적으로도 유의미하였다. 본 연구는 조현병 환자들을 위해 자기결정을 통한 목표 설정, 목표성취 그리고 그 과정을 지원하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 보여준다. 본 연구결과를 통해 도출된 임상적 함의, 연구의 한계 등이 추가로 논의되었다.

리더십 프로그램이 저소득층 아동의 리더십 역량에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Leadership Program on Enhancing Leadership Skills in Children from Low-Income Families)

  • This study investigates the effect of a leadership program to enhance leadership skills in children from low-income families. A total of 45 elementary school students participated in the 52-week leadership program. Five leadership scales, such as goal attainment, paradigm shifting skills, skills to lead others, human relationship skills, and sense of purpose, were measured through survey questionnaires before and after implementing the program. In addition, individual teacher interviews examined the influence of the program on students' leadership skills. This study found that participants showed significant improvement after implementing the program in the three domains of the leadership skills (goal attainment, paradigm shifting skills, and human relationship skills); however, the skills to lead others and sense of purpose did not significantly change. The leadership teachers also stated that the program influenced positively on students' leadership skills; in addition, students' behavioral changes were found by developing relationships with other children as well as contemplating and attempting to find a future dream and vision. The leadership program was effective to enhance leadership skills in children from low-income families. This study can provide the theoretical and practical foundations for the development and implementation of effective leadership programs that meet the needs of children from low-income families.

중년여성의 통합적 폐경관리 프로그램의 효과 (Effects of Integrated Menopause Management Program for Middle Aged Woman)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of integrated menopause management program derived theoretical framework of King (1981)'s goal attainment theory model for middle aged women. Methods: This research was a nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design. The subjects of this study were 37 middle aged women in Busan and experiencing menopause; 17 for the experimental group and 20 for the control group. Experimental group was educated for 1 hour group interchange activity and five minutes individual interchange activity, once a week during 8 weeks. Measurement for comparison were taken two times, at baseline, 8wks. The effects were evaluated with menopause symptom, menopause knowledge, menopause attitude and menopause management. Results: The experimental group was significantly lower than control group on menopause symptom (F=5.936, p=.010) and higher than control group on menopause knowledge (F=12.031, p=.001) and menopause management (F=5.861, p=.010) after integrated menopause management program. However integrated menopause management program did not make significant differences on menopause attitude (F=0.105, p=.374). Conclusion: Results indicate that integrated menopause management program could be an effective intervention decreasing menopause symptom and for increasing menopause knowledge, menopause management in middle aged women.

실행 공동체 구성원의 흡수능력과 공동체 성과간의 관계 (Absorptive Capacities of CoP Members and Their Performances)

  • Absorptive capacity is an ability to acquire, assimilate, transform, and apply external knowledge. Since the objectives of communities of practice(CoPs) are to share task-related knowledge and to apply it to operations, individual absorptive capacities of CoP members are one of the most important success factors of CoPs. The study examined the structural relationship among three groups; antecedents of absorptive capacity, absorptive capacity, and the performance of CoPs. The findings are as follows; Goal interdependence, reciprocal altruism, coordination mechanism and socialization mechanism had significant and positive effects on absorptive capacity. In addition absorptive capacity had significant and positive effects on goal attainment and knowledge application of CoP.

요양병원 낙상 고위험 노인 환자를 위한 King의 목표달성이론 기반 낙상 예방 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effect of a Fall Prevention Program Based on the King's Goal Attainment Theory for Fall High-Risk Elderly Patients in Long-Term Care Hospital)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study to develop a fringed fall prevention program based on King's goal attainment theory and education. This study is applied to the personal, interpersonal, and social systems of fall high-risk patients to test its effects. Methods: This study was a nonequivalent control group pre- and post-test design. There were 52 fall high-risk patients in the experimental group and 45 in the control group. The experimental group received six sessions, with the group sessions lasting 60 minutes and the individual sessions lasting 20~30 minutes. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, an ${\chi}^2-test$, a paired sample t-test, and a Wilcoxon signed-ranks test utilizing IBM SPSS software. Results: For the 3-month intervention period, the fall prevention program was found to be particularly effective for patients in the experimental group (from 3.38 to 1.69 per 1000 patient days; p=.044), as opposed to the control group (from 1.94 to 1.49 per 1000 patient days; p=.300). For the 6-month follow up period, the fall prevention program was again found to be effective for patients in the experimental group (from 3.26 to 0.76 per 1000 patient days; p=.049) compared to the control group (from 1.98 to 1.01 per 1000 patient days; p=.368). Conclusion: These results indicate that the fringed fall prevention program is very effective in reducing falls, not only during the intervention period, but also after the intervention period has ended. We can therefore recommend this program for use concerning fall high-risk patients in long-term care hospitals.

체성실행장애 아동을 위한 개별치료와 그룹치료를 병행한 감각통합치료가 감각통합능력 및 작업수행능력에 미치는 효과: 개별 실험 연구 (The Effects of the Sensory Integration Intervention Focused on Combined Both Individual Therapy and Group Therapy for Sensory Integration Ability and Occupational Performance Abilities in Children With Somatodyspraxia: Case Study)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 실행장애 아동에게 맞게 고안된 개별치료와 또래와 함께 실시한 그룹치료를 병행한 감각통합치료가 작업수행능력에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 연구 대상은 2012년 만 5세 11개월의 남아로 작업수행을 의존하여 감각통합치료에 의뢰되었다. 연구설계는 개별실험연구(single-subject research design) 중 ABA설계를 사용하였다. 연구 과정은 기초선 기간 4회기, 중재 기간 24회기로 총 12주간 각 주1회씩 개별치료와 그룹치료를 병행하여 감각통합치료를 실시하였다. 실험기간동안 목표성취척도(Goal Attainment Scale: GAS)를 통하여 체성감각변별능력과 자세조절능력에 따른 감각통합능력의 변화되는 과정을 측정하였고 기초선평가와 재평가를 통해 작업수행능력을 측정하였다. 결과 : 개별치료와 그룹치료를 병행한 감각통합치료는 체성실행장애 아동의 체성감각변별능력과 자세조절능력의 향상과 함께 작업수행기술의 성취에 효과가 있었다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통하여 개별치료와 그룹치료를 병행한 감각통합치료는 체성실행장애 아동의 적응반응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • Modern organizations, both complicated and complex, operate in an economic climate of· turbulence and rapid change. And Today's healthcare environment is changing, driven by demographic, environmental. social, political and technological forces. In actual practice, the organization usually depend on several factors such as economic state of organization, managerial strategies, a synthesis of several theories that reflect individual biases, specific circumstances, and practical realities. These rapidly changing healthcare environment and professional nursing practice need a strategy for the organizational development and goal attainment. An understanding of organizational culture could help managers enhance or expand their management strategy, thus increasing the probability of their success in the organization. Organizational culture is an abstract, yet potent managerial concept. With roots in several disciplines, several perspectives and definitions of organizational culture have emerged. The concept of organizational culture has been rapidly introduced into the academic and organizational world, with the much attention to the excellent companies that have continued rapid grow th despite the overall world economic recession in the late of 1970s. Organizational culture is the combination of the symbols, language, assumptions, and behaviors that overtly manifest an organization's norm and values. It is the taken-for-granted and shared meanings people assign to their social surroundings that can have a profound effect on an organizaitonal decision making and performance. For attaining a organizational goal and developing organization, it is necessary to put emphasis on developing organizational culture. It has to set organizational culture well understood by its members as an instrument to achieve the organizational goals. Both Manager and staff can focus and act on the values identified. Also, managers will exhibit better decision making capabilities because they are guided by perception of the organizational values. Therefore, understanding of organizational culture could give a strategy for organizational development that assist hiring personnel, orienting new comers, facilitating organizational change and promoting learning and so on. But their is few study on nursing organizational culture in Korea. Moreover they have not had a clear definition of Korean nursing organizational culture. Therefore, it is necessary to lay down definition of Korean nursing organizational culture and fine out real factor of Korean nursing culture. For defining a definition of Korean nursing organizational culture, this study assessed several definitions of organizational culture, factors of culture, types of culture, and functions of culture through book review.

가맹본부의 리더십 행동유형과 가맹사업자의 관계결속에 관한 실증적 연구 - 가맹사업자의 자기효능감의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study in Relationship between Franchisor's Leadership Behavior Style and Commitment by Focusing Moderating Effect of Franchisee's Self-efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 가맹사업자의 자기효능감에 주목하여 정부가 예비가맹사업자들을 보호하기 위해 가맹본부에 다양한 규제와 정책을 사용하는 것이 최선의 방법이 아니라는 것에 관심을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경로-목표이론(path-goal theory)에서 제시한 가맹본부의 리더십 행동 유형과 가맹사업자의 관계결속의 영향관계에 있어서 가맹사업자의 특성으로 자기효능감의 조절효과를 규명하고, 실증 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 연구의 시사점을 발견할 수 있었다. 첫째, 가맹본부의 리더십 행동유형이 관계결속에 긍정적 효과를 가져 온다는 사실이 확인됨으로써 가맹본부는 가맹사업자에게 맞는 리더십 행동유형을 적용할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 둘째, 가맹사업자의 자기효능감이 관계결속에 긍정적 효과가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 리더십 행동유형과 관계결속 사이에 상당한 조절효과가 있기 때문에 가맹본부는 가맹사업자들의 개인차(individual difference) 관리가 필요하다. 셋째, 정부는 가맹본부를 규제할 것만이 아니라 가맹본부가 가맹사업자들의 특성을 확실하게 파악하고 기업의 목표달성을 위한 정당한 통제가 가능하도록 제도적 지원을 해야 할 것이다.

대학생의 창업효능감이 창업의지에 미치는 영향: 조절초점의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Impact of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy on the Entrepreneurial Intention of University Students: The Moderating Effect of Regulatory Focus)

  • 본 연구에서는 창업효능감이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 밝히고, 창업효능감과 창업의지의 관계에서 조절초점의 조절효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 향상초점과 예방초점으로 구성된 조절초점이론에 따르면 목표를 달성하는 방법과 동기는 개인별로 다르다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 향상초점 지향적인 대학생들과 예방초점 지향적인 대학생들에 따라 창업효능감이 창업의지에 미치는 영향이 다를 것이라고 가정하였다. 본 연구를 위해 전국 6개의 대학에서 창업교육을 수강한 494명의 대학생들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 이중 총 309명의 설문지가 분석에 활용되었다. 분석결과, 창업효능감은 창업의지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창업효능감과 창업의지 관계에서 조절초점이 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 향상초점 지향적인 대학생들은 예방초점 지향적인 대학생들보다 창업효능감이 창업의지에 미치는 정(+)의 영향이 더 강하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 창업효능감을 높일 수 있는 교육방법론과 예방초점 지향적인 대학생들을 위한 특화된 창업교육의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.
