Adaptive Design은 임상시험 도중에 얻어진 자료에 대해 중간분석을 실시한 결과에 따라 임상시험의 중요한 요소들을 변경할 수 있도록 하는 디자인이다. 이러한 시험디자인이 치료적 확증 임상시험에 사용되는 경우, 중간분석은 임상시험에 참여하지 않은 전문가들로 구성된 독립적인 기구에 의하여 수행되어야 하며, 그렇지 않은 경우 bias(삐뚤림)를 유발시킬 수 있음을 여러 국제 가이드라인을 인용하여 지적할 것이다. 국제 가이드라인들은 중간분석의 독립적인 수행을 위하여 Independent Data Monitoring Committee(독립적 자료모니터링 위원회)를 둘 것을 권고하고 있다.

Majority of industrial robots are controlled by a simple independent joint control of joint actuators rather than complex controllers based on the nonlinear dynamic model of the robot manipulator. In this independent joint control scheme, the performance of actuator control is influenced significantly by the joint disturbance torques including gravity, Coriolis and centrifugal torques, which result in the trajectory tracking error in the joint control system. The control performance of a redundant manipulator under independent joint control can be improved by minimizing this joint disturbance torque in resolving the kinematic redundancy. A 3 DOF planar robot is studied as an example, and the dynamic programming method is used to find the globally optimal joint trajectory that minimize the joint disturbance torque over the entire motion. The resulting solution is compared with the solution obtained by the conventional joint torque minimization, and it is shown that joint disturbance can be reduced using the kinematic redundancy.

This study is to analyze dwelling environmental planning in old age of middle age. For this purpose. the data were collected by using questionnaire distributed to 332. The data were analyzed by Chisquare test. The major findings of this research were as follow: 1. In housing plan of old age. they prefer new house .that is not exisiting house. independent house and ordindry housing region in the suburbs of urban. 2. It is 69.3～99 square meter what size of house is suitable for independent life of aged person for living with children. it is 102.3～132 square meter. 3. In the stage of independent or semi-independent life. they want aged couple-independent life. In the stage of dependent life. they want to be cared with children. 4. The garden(madang) is the most important space for age couple in establishing housing plan. They want to amplity life recuperation center and job providing facilities. In old age housing project. they prefer housing type with facility that combine old age house with young age house. According to increasement of dependence. the service support system required flexi-care-system.

Business environment goes through an unprecedented massive shift that has never happened before. For that reason, business models have to be designed to considering the changed environments. This study develops a business model for independent business to build an ontology system. The system has potentials to improve existing independent business models and to provide more detailed and precise information for users as relevant data accumulates. The ontology system helps independent business meet market demands, generate income for founders, and increase society-wide income levels. The results of the study provides insights to build ontology systems for new starting enterprises running their business.

A suitable representation for the conceptual simplicity of the data in statistics and signal processing is essential for a subsequent analysis such as prediction, pattern recognition, and spatial analysis. Independent component analysis (ICA) is a statistical method for transforming an observed high-dimensional multivariate data into statistically independent components. ICA has been applied increasingly in wide fields of spectrum application since ICA is able to extract unknown components of a mixture from spectra. We focus on application of ICA for separating independent sources and predicting each composition using extracted components. The theory of ICA is introduced and an application to a metal surface spectra data will be described, where subsequent analysis using non-negative least square method is performed to predict composition ratio of each sample. Furthermore, some simulation experiments are performed to demonstrate the performance of the proposed approach.
