A Study on Business-Based Screen Design Techniques for Designing Efficient Applications

  • To build a successful information system, design and development should be carried out from the enterprise perspective. A complicated business is represented in various ways as technology advances, and many development methodologies have been studied from the viewpoint of technology and development. Each domain is independently designed and developed from the enterprise perspective, but there would be inclusive parts due to the integrated process wherein the definition, design, and development of business are carried out, and the design is done based on the designer's experience. This study would like to address the technique of designing screens based on the business process of the applications derived from the business. It designs the screens that appear when actual applications are completed, including how the data transfer process in the derived business process is represented and operated on the relevant screens. It designs the screen which is displayed when the actual application is completed and how the data transfer process in the derived business process is represented and operated on the relevant screen. In addition, it designs the DFD representing the overall flow of data for each business to represent the movement procedure between screens in general. Through the design method proposed in this study, the client's requirement could be confirmed to reduce the cost for redevelopment, the problem of communication between designers and developers with various experiences could be reduced, and an efficient design procedure could be provided to persons who lack design experience.

일개 지방사립대학병원에서의 중증외상팀 운영경험 (Experience with Operating a Trauma Team at a Local Private University Hospital)

  • Purpose: This hospital has operated a trauma system of the inclusive trauma system under the sponsorship of this hospital and with financial support from the government from 2011, and it has been designated as a specialized trauma center (candidate) since November 2008. Therefore, this emergency medical center evaluated the influence of the inclusive trauma system on the course of healing and on the results for trauma patients within the region. Methods: The medical records of all patients who were registered as trauma patients from among those who visited the emergency medical center of this hospital from April 2009 to May 2012 were retrospectively reviewed. The monthly and the annual averages of important indices, such as the time in the emergency room and preventable mortalities, were calculated, and patterns of change were sought. The preventable mortality rate was calculated by using the Trauma Injury Severity Score (TRISS) for each patient. Results: The total number of patients registered from April 2009 to May 2012 was 601, and male patients accounted for a larger proportion(432 males(71.88%) vs. 169 females(28.12%)). Their average age was 46.2 years, the average Revised Trauma Score (RTS) was 5.74 points, and the average Injury Severity Score (ISS) was 26.99 points. The preventable mortality rate during the entire period, which was calculated using the TRISS, appeared lower than the preventable mortality rates reported in past studies in the Republic of Korea. Conclusion: These results for the operation of a new trauma system are limited in that they are only for a local private university hospital. However, results show greater changes and developments in and out of the hospital due to multilateral endeavors by the trauma team and the hospital. These endeavors include increased communications among the departments and development of a complementary patient registration system.

U-러닝시스템의 통합교육에의 적용을 위한 제언 (A Suggestion for Adaptation of U-Learning in Inclusive Education)

  • 최근 들어 디지털 정보전송, 저장 및 통신방식과 같은 정보기술의 발달과 더불어 교육환경 또한 비약적인 향상을 거듭해오고 있다. 기존의 E-Learning학습을 넘어서 현재는 언제 어디서나 원하는 학습을 할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 러닝(U-Learning)이 차츰 그 무게를 더하고 있다 유비쿼터스의 기술을 이용한 U-Learning의 핵심은 일상생활을 하면서 빈 시간을 활용, 장소에 구애 받지 않고 학습할 수 있게 함으로써 학습자들의 학습 효율성 및 효과성을 극대화할 수 있다는 데 있다. 특히 장애 학생들의 경우 그 장애의 형태에 따라 다소 다를 수는 있지만 일반 학생들에 비해 교육환경에 접근하기가 상대적으로 어려운 것이 현실이다. 이들 장애학생들을 일반 학생과 함께 수용하는 교육환경 즉, 통합교육의 경우 이러한 U-Learning 학습 환경을 조성하여 교육함으로써 훨씬 효율적인 교육이 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 U-Learning 시스템을 적용하기 위하여 요구되는 기자재, 교육 컨텐츠 및 통신 인프라 등의 제반 여건들을 살펴보고, 보다 나은 결과를 얻기 위한 교수자의 현실적인 자기관리 방법 등도 사례를 가정하여 함께 제시해 보고자 한다.

델파이 기법을 활용한 국가지속가능발전목표(K-SDGs)의 영유아 관련 세부목표의 우선순위 분석 (Priority Analysis of Sub-goals Related to Infants and Young Children in Korean Sustainable Development Goals (K-SDGs) Using the Delphi Technique)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize sub-goals for infants and young children among the Korean Sustainable Development Goals (K-SDGs). Methods: The expert panel of this study consisted of 15 faculty members from the department of early childhood education or children's studies at 12 universities and was put together in order to conduct a Delphi survey. Results: As a result of the study, first, a total of 16 sub-goals were developed in order to target infants and young children. Second, the 16 sub-goals were then ranked according to their importance and urgency, and the most important goal were 'the improvement of mental health and prevention of drug abuse (K-SDG 3-2)'. And 'the elimination of violence and discrimination against girls (K-SDG 5-1, 5-2)', 'the safe and inclusive learning environment (K-SDG 4-8)' and 'end of abuse, trafficking, exploitation and all forms of violence against children (K-SDG 16-2)' were the next important and urgent goals. These priority objectives reflect the inviolable rights that infants and young children in Korea should be guaranteed by default. Conclusion/Implications: This study provided a basis for its effective implementation by identifying goals and priorities for infants and young children in comprehensive and interdependent K-SDGs.

Business Driven Science and Technology Parks (STPs) for Accelerating Innovation: Cases from Malaysia and India

  • This paper presents two cases of Science and Technology Parks (STPs), from Malaysia and India, that are driven by business organisations in partnership with governments. The need to locate the STP near to a university or a research institute has been considered crucial to attract firms to the STP - but in this paper, we illustrate the efforts to develop a locally relevant STP through the cases of Pahang Bio Science in Malaysia and the ICICI Knowledge Park (now known as IKP) in Hyderabad India. These two developments are anchored by business organisations that are playing a pivotal role in their development. The government plays a supporting role in terms of policy and supplying certain complementary resources. In addition, we note that the government support also provides legitimacy for the business organisation developing the STP. In the case of the Malaysian STP, we note the approach is towards inclusive development by developing linkages to local communities, and in the case of the Indian STP, one can see the development of the STP in a dynamic way changing according to the needs of the sector. Especially interesting is the foresight by the nodal business organisations in developing the STPs.

  • 본 연구에서는 사서교육훈련의 중장기적 발전방안을 마련하기 위해 도서관 대내외적 환경변화와 인적자원개발(HRD) 트렌드를 반영한 사서교육훈련의 비전 및 목표를 설계하고자 하였다. 사서교육훈련의 비전 및 목표 설계를 위해 사서교육훈련 필요성, 목표, 사명, 역할 등의 재정립, 사서교육훈련의 비전과 목표 실현을 위한 추진전략 모색 도서관 미래 인재 양성을 위한 핵심역량 및 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 교육운영 가이드라인 개발을 위한 세부추진계획 등을 마련하였다. 먼저, 국내외 선행연구 및 문헌을 분석하였을 때, 미래 사서는 첫째, 창의융합형 인재, 둘째, 소통협력형 인재, 셋째, 선도전문형 인재, 넷째, 공감포용형 인재 등이 포괄된 역량을 갖춘 인재상을 기반으로 교육훈련을 수립해야 할 것으로 파악되었다. 도서관 미래 인재상 및 핵심역량에 따른 교육과정은 다음과 같은 프로세스 모형으로 제시하여야 하며, 창의융합형 인재, 소통협력형 인재, 선도전문형 인재, 공감포용형 인재상별 사서역량을 도출하고, 사서역량에 따른 직무능력을 설정하여 직무능력 향상을 위한 교육과정을 설계하는 방향으로 교육 방향을 설정해야 할 것으로 파악하였다.

어메니티의 개념, 기원과 역사, 분류에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Concept, the Origin and History, and Classification of Amenity)

  • The objectives of this study was to explore the concept, the origin and history, and classification of amenity. Amenity is a new approach about nature, environment and the world. The concept, origin and classification of amenity was widely diversified, however, the concept of amenity was inclusive and abstract, so amenity was easier to recognize than to define. Even though many people were interested in amenity, however, the movement or practice of amenity in Korea was still in infancy stage. This paper was an exploratory study of amenity and more detailed further studies on amenity should conducted in Korea. It was suggested that we should not start on philosophical question of amenity. We should rather start on practical problems of how to put into practice to insure quality of life in the community, to conserve nature, to study practical dimensions of amenity, and to develop indicators to measure amenity.

  • To intergrate finite elements Into CAD enviroment, design oriented structure of the finite element program is desirable. For this purpose a program called CFEP has been developed. Generation of geometry data is independently treated in the program to ease the modification of property or loading data. By conveniently handling the large number of load cases with various load combinations, and by comprehensively reporting the results through inclusive output for the multiple analyses, the program greatly facilitates the design process. Interfacing with interactive graphic post-processor, the results of analyses and final designed values are obtained in a compact and comprehensive manner. The paper also describes necessary tasks for developing such program on the economical microcomputer. Sample output of printed and graphical form well illustrates the procedure.

학령기 아동을 위한 친구관계의 질 척도 개발에 관한 연구 (The Development of a Friendship Quality Scale for Elementary School Children)

  • The psychometric properties of a preliminary version of the Friendship Quality Scale(FQS) were examined with data collected from 300 3rd and 5th grade children. Scores on the Self-Perception Scale were obtained to examine convergent validity. The FQS assesses friendship quality in 9 sub-scales, inclusive of 6 friendship functions. Factor analysis confirmed the 9 sudscale structure of the FQS for 5th graders, but 4 friendship functions instead of 6 were a better fit for 3rd graders. Except for one, the sub-scales showed relatively high internal consistency ; Cronbach ${\alpha}$ ranged from .70 to .93. Convergent validity was indicated by correlations between self-perception and sex differences in friendship functions. Friendship functions and satisfaction were related to self-perceptions in social acceptance, behavior, and global self-worth. Girls reported higher friendship functions and satisfaction in friendship than boys.

초중고생을 대상으로 한 포괄적 해양교육 포털사이트 구축을 위한 기반연구 (A Study on the Marine Science Education Comprehensive Portal Site Construction for Elementary, Middle and High School Students)

  • The Purpose of this study is to examine the present marine science education programs in Korea and understand how they are organized and how well they are being used. Eventually, being a foothold research prior to the construction of an inclusive marine science education portal site for elementary, middle, and high school students is the objective of this study. Through this study, we can expect three positive effects. First, through classification of marine science education programs, it can be used when dividing the contents and writing textbooks for elementary school students. Second, through the construction of portal site, we can expect to correct the recognition and understanding of marine and it will contribute to the future industry development. Third, we can offer the correct materials for teaching and learning and through learning, understanding on marine will get better.
