  • The propulsion type of a small boats mainly were divided that the In-board and In out-board position located engine. The boats of the In-board and In out-board engine individually were propelled by propeller and stern drive. In this paper, 39feet-class leisure boats with propulsion type of In-board and In.out-board engine were performed to compare the effect of resistance performance using model test. As a result, leisure boat with In out-board engine is ascertained the optimum boat affects the speed and fuel efficiency.

Corporate Board Attributes and Dividend Pay-out Policy: Mediating Role of Financial Leverage

  • The relationship between corporate board attributes and dividend payout is already established yet mediating role of leverage in not been examined in Malaysian market. Therefore, this study aims to examine the mediating effect of financial leverage on the relationship between corporate board attributes and the dividend pay-out policy. A sample of 203 non-financial firms listed on the BURSA Malaysia between 2005 and 2018 were analysed using SmartPLS 3.0. The findings show that there is a partial mediating effect of financial leverage on the relationship between board members age, board diversity and dividend pay-out policy. Financial leverage also mediates the relationship between number of women on board, CEO-duality and dividend pay-out policy. However, financial leverage doesn't mediate the relationship between board size and dividend pay-out policy. This study offers insights to policy-makers to develop a better corporate governance as well as a guidance to firms in the construction and implementation of their corporate governance policies in relation to financial leverage. This study also shed light on the influence of efficient corporate board attributes on dividend pay-out policy and financial leverage for firm growth. This study concludes that corporate board attributes impact capital structure and thus, firms may change its payout policy.

전동차용 인보드 대차 시스템에 대한 고찰 (The Study of the System of In-Board Bogie for EMU)

  • In general the limit of EMU bases on the construction gauge. But to save the cost for construction, there is often a case that the gauge of construction for bogie is narrower than the existing gauge. Finally, out-board bogie type cannot be applicable because of the space. In this case, we can use the in-board bogie type which the support distance of both suspensions is narrower than out-board bogie. But we cannot use an in-board bogie indifferently because car with in-board bogie must also have the same performance as out-board bogie in wider gauge. Accordingly, we have to consider how many moments in the suspensions are applied due to the narrower support distance. And the characteristics of suspensions in the in-board bogie must be decided from the moments.

NDB 쏘일네일링 시스템의 거동특성 평가에 관한 실험적 고찰 (An Experimental Study on the Analysis of Behavior Characteristics of the NDB Soil Nailing System)

  • In this study, a newly modified soil nailing technology called as the NDB(New Down and Board) soil nailing system is introduced. To improve the trafficability, workability, and economical efficiency, SMC(Sheet Molding Compound) board is adopted instead of using the concrete block facing. The SMC board has a distinct advantage of showing a fine view by directly coating with any kind of environmental photos. Composite material properties of the SMC board and cement grout are distinguished features of the NDB soil nailing system. In the present study, both laboratory tests(bending and punching failure tests) and field pull-out tests are carried out to analyze the behavior characteristics of the NDB soil nailing system, including the stress and strain distribution.

지능형 교통체제에서 차량 단말장치의 DSRC 통신기술 설계 (The Design for DSRC Communication Technology of On Board Equipment in the Intelligent Transport System)

  • DSRC system is a communication system that consists of road side equipment and on board equipment to provide services of communication technology for intelligent transportation systems. In this paper, we carry out a short-range dedicated high-speed wireless communications via DSRC system based on board equipment that is installed in the vehicle and road side equipment through wireless channels of communication. on board equipment is system that have a memory which initialization information is stored, it loads physical layer and MAC layer, LLC layer, L7 layer in turn. In the upper, it should analyze the various commands that are sent from roadside base stations, and carry out the operation which is in accordance with the command. and also it designs the structure of protocol stack which is TRM Layer loaded that is to initialize on L7 layer and MAC layer and efficiently designs operation between on board equipment and the road side equipment.

평균대 도움 짚고 몸 펴 뒤 공중 돌아 오르기 동작에 대한 운동학적 분석 (The Kinematics Analysis of Round-off at end of Beam-salto Backward Stretched with Step-out to Cross on Balance Beam)

  • The purpose of this study was to kinematics factors on during round-off at end of beam-salto backward stretched with step-out to cross on balance beam. Four elite female gymnastics players participated as subject of this study. The methods of this study was analyzed using three dimentional analysis. The results and conclusion of this paper is obtained as follows ; 1. The phase of time was the most short time in board touch down phase and board take-off phase. Also, it was shown a more long time in total time compared to previous study. 2. The horizontal displacement of each phase was shown the most high levels in balance beam landing. The vertical displacement was display a non-linearity increase in board take-of phase, and it was shown the most high levels in vertical displacement during landing of balance beam. 3. The horizontal velocity of each phase was shown the most high levels in board touch down, and it was display a gradually decreased levels because flight during board take-of. The resultant velocity of CG on each phase was shown the most high levels in board touch down and board take-off. 4. The angle of hip joint was shown the most high levels as performed a motion in extension state during board take-off, and the angle of knee joint was display a increased levels because of flight cause body extension in board take-off. Also the angle of ankle joint was shown a increasing levels during board take-off. Considering to this results, it is suggest that the change of kinematics factors in board touch down and board take-off is key role on the effective board control.

차상통합신호시스템에서 k out of n 시스템 적용에 대한 신뢰도 및 손실비용 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Reliability and Loss Cost by Appling k out of n System in Combined On-board Signaling System)

  • 열차제어시스템에는 자동열차제어, 자동열차방호, 자동열차정지, 자동열차운행 시스템 등이 있다. 다양한 열차제어시스템은 노선에 따라 다르게 설치되어 있으므로 열차노선에 맞는 차상신호시스템이 설치되어야 한다. 이로 인해 열차의 운행 유연성은 떨어진다. 즉, 다른 열차제어시스템을 사용하는 노선에 열차를 운행할 경우에는 차상신호시스템을 다시 설치해야 하는 문제가 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 최근에 차상통합신호시스템을 개발하는 연구가 진행 중에 있다. 차상통합신호시스템은 자동열차제어, 자동열차방호, 자동열차정지장치로 구성되어 있다. 열차제어시스템은 안전성이 필수적인 시스템으로써 차상통합신호시스템을 k out of n시스템으로 설계할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 차상통합신호시스템에서 k out of n시스템을 적용하였을 경우, 각 장치별 고장률을 이용하여 신뢰도 및 손실비용을 분석하여 전체 출력 수에 대한 이상적인 시스템 수를 제시하였다.

부속구를 부착한 슬롯 만곡형전개판의 성능에 관한 모형실험 (Model Test on the Three-Slot Cambered Otter Board with Accessories)

  • A serious of study is carried out to practical use of the three-slot cambered otter board improved by the authors. As the first step, we designed main plates, slots and accessories, such as holding plate, fan-shaped towing plate, normans, center ring, etc. Standing on this design, we made the simple cambered and three-slot cambered model otter board with accessories in a linear scale 6:1. and carried out model test to examine the efficiency of these boards. The obtained results can be summarized as follows: 1. On the simple cambered board with accessories, the values of the maximum shear coefficient($C _{LX}$ ). drag coefficient(($C _{D}$) and hydrodynamic efficiency($C _{L}$/$C _{D}$ ) are 1.39, 0.56, 2.48 at $22^{\circ}$ of the angle of stall respectively. 2. On the three-slot cambered board with accessories, $C _{LX}$/$C _{D}$ and $C _{I}$/$C _{D}$ are 1.67, 0.92, 1.82 at $32^{\circ}$ of the angle of stall respectively. 3.$C _{LX}$ of board with accessories is smaller 10~12% than that of only the main plate, and the angle of stall is almost same. 4. $C _{LX}$ and the angle of stall of the three-slot cambered board with accessories are greater 20% and $10^{\circ}$ than that of the simple cambered board respectively.

조파판 수중운동의 근사해석과 조파기 설계에 응용 (Simplified Analytic Solution of Submerged Wave Board Motion and Its Application on the Design of Wave Generator)

  • A segment of the wave board has been expressed as a submerged line segment in the two dimensional wave flume. The lower end of the line segment could be extended to the bottom of the wave flume and the other opposite upper end of the board could be extended to the free surface. It is assumed that the motion of the wave board could be defined by the sinusoidal motion in horizontal direction on either end of the wave board. When the amplitude of sinusoidal motion of the wave board on lower and upper end are equal, the wave board motion could express the horizontally oscillating submerged segment of piston type wave generator. The submerged segment of flap type wave generator also could be expressed by taking the motion amplitude differently for the either end of the board. The pivot point of the segment motion could play a role of hinge point of the flap type wave generator. Simplified analytic solution of oscillating submerged wave board segment in water of finite depth has been derived through the first order perturbation method at two dimensional domain. The case study of the analytic solution has been carried out and it is found out that the solution could be utilized for the design of wave generator with arbitrary shape by linear superposition.

목재(木材)파아티클과 철선복합(鐵線複合)보오드의 물리적(物理的) 및 기계적(機械的) 성질(性質)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Physical and Mechanical Properties of the Board Composed of Wood Particle and Steel Wire)

  • In tendancy of manufacturing beam with laminating particleboard, it was thought that if the properties, especially mechanical properties, of particleboard be reinforced, the mechanical properties of particleboard-laminated beam would be also improved. So in this study the particleboard was reinforced with composing of wood particle and steel wire. This study was carried out to obtain the basic physical and mechanical properties of board composed of wood particle and steel wire, especially tensile strength and compressive strength which are the important factors of the lamina of beam, in order to estimate whether the board, composed of wood particle and steel wire could be to improve the properties of the particleboard- laminated beam. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. The board composed of wood particle and steel wire in accordance with lower board density took better thickness swelling. 2. The board with lower board density was improved in higher value of tensile strength with more steel wires in prescribed cross section area of the board. for example, the board of density 0.5 showing 140% improved value. 3. In compressive strength, the board with lower board density was also improved in hjgher value with more steel wires in prescribed cross section area.
