교사의 창의적 교수행동 및 역할수행과 교사-학생 간 상호작용이 중학생의 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Teacher Creative Instructional Behavior, Role-Performance, and Teacher-Student Interaction on Problem Solving Abilities for Middle School Students)

  • 본 연구는 교사의 창의적 교수행동 및 역할수행과 교사-학생 간 상호작용이 중학생의 문제해결능력을 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 교사의 창의적 교수행동과 역할수행은 중학생의 문제해결능력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교사-학생 간 상호작용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 교사-학생 간 상호작용은 중학생의 문제해결능력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 교사의 창의적 교수행동과 역할수행은 중학생의 문제해결능력 사이에서 유의한 매개효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 교사의 창의적 교수행동 및 역할수행과 교사-학생 간 상호작용을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 및 연수 프로그램이 필요함을 시사하며, 중학생의 문제해결능력에 도움을 줄 수 있는 학교교육의 이론적 실천적 함의로서 학교교육 발전에 많은 시사점을 제공한다.

Women as Consumers: An Analysis on Their Consumption Culture

  • Purpose - This study aims to elucidate the status of women as consumers and observe their consumption trends in relation to culture. Research design, data, and methodology - Past studies of women as consumers were observed and their consumer behaviors were noted. The stigma of women in society and how it has impacted the market industries were examined. Additionally, the role of culture in consumerism for women were also reviewed and elucidated. Results - The stereotypical roles that are placed in women in society are still prevalent for the marketing industry and is reflected in their businesses. Additionally, the role of culture plays a significant role in the consumer behaviors of women and thus businesses should understand its intricate differences between countries. Fashion industry is one that plays a prominent role in women's consumerism and the impact of culture has a prominent impact on women's consumer habits as well. Conclusions - Additional studies should be conducted to understand the consumerisms of women in the marketing industry. Businesses should also be aware of the vastly different cultural norms of various countries and tailor to their preferences. Only through a thorough examination and understanding of the consumer behavior in women will markets be able to flourish and gain solid ground in global businesses.

순천시지역 서양음식점에 대한 고객들의 과거행동과 불평행동의도의 관계를 매개하는 요인들의 효과 평가 (Mediating Effects of the Factors on the Relationships between Customers' Past Behavior and Intention to Voice at Western Restaurant in Suncheon City)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating role of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on the relationships between past behavior and customers' intention to engage in voice of dissatisfaction responses. Results of the study demonstrated that the inclusion of past behavior improved the predictability of the voice of dissatisfaction response intentions. Furthermore, the mediating analyses indicated that the influence of past behavior was mediated by mediator. In the contests of voice behavior, the effect of past behavior on intention was not mediated by attitude and perceived behavioral control. Meanwhile, subjective norm mediated the relationship between past behavior and the intention to engage in voice behavior.

인형매체 역할놀이 프로그램에서 나타나는 4세 시설보호유아의 정서인식 및 표현행동 탐색 (A Study on Emotional Recognition and Expressive Behavior of Children Aged Four in Institutional Care Through a Role Play Program Using Dolls)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore how children aged four, in institutional care, perceive and express basic emotions, such as happiness, sadness, anger, surprise, through a role play program using dolls. This study selected two children who were both aged four years old and are currently in child institutional care. The children were observed during six role play trials using dolls and were questioned after the trials. The results were : 1) The children aged four in institutional care best perceived and expressed the emotion of happiness. 2) The children aged four in institutional care were able to positively change their feelings of sadness and expressive behavior through the intimate relationships they formed with the researcher. 3) The children aged four in institutional care expressed the emotion of anger throughout the entire role play using dolls and were positively changed the instructions and coaching given by the researcher. 4) The children aged four in institutional care had the most difficulty in expressing the emotion of surprise. The results of this study could be used as basic data for creating a program intended to help children aged four in institutional care develop their emotions.

공유리더십이 조직신뢰, 지식공유 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Shared Leadership on Organizational Trust, Knowledge Sharing and Innovative Behavior)

  • 본 연구에서는 공유리더십이 조직신뢰, 지식공유, 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 공유리더십과 혁신행동의 관계에 있어서 조직신뢰와 지식공유의 매개역할을 검증하였다. 울산과 경주지역의 제조업 종사자 348명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 빈도분석과 탐색적 요인분석을 위해 SPSS 22를 사용하였다. 변수의 타당성을 확인하기 위한 확인적 요인분석과 연구가설을 검증하고자 공분산 구조분석을 위해 AMOS 22를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공유리더십은 조직신뢰, 지식공유, 혁신행동에 모두 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직신뢰는 지식공유와 혁신행동에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지식공유는 혁신행동에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 공유리더십과 혁신행동 간의 관계에서 조직신뢰와 지식공유가 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면 조직구성원의 혁신행동을 높이기 위해서 공유리더십을 통한 조직신뢰와 지식공유를 강화시켜야 함을 시사하고 있다.

  • As was defined by Sarbin, the term "role" has been used to represent the behavior expected of the occupant of a given position or status. A specific role can not be successfully performed without the aid of the costumes. Costumes are adopted in relation with a specific role, and the change of role brings about the change of costumes, and the change of costumes makes influence on the wearers. The typical cases in which the costume help to make access to a specific role and can be. effectively exploited for role change are manifested in the plays of Shakespear. Thus, our goal in this article is to analyze the role of costume which appears in the plays of Shakespear. There, the disguise in costume brings about the change of action of the characters on the stage, the drama reveals the role of costume obviously. The roles of costume appeared most frequently are the disguise role and the situation role. The disguise role hides one's status, thereby makes possible acting other's position. And the disguise role can bring about the change of sex, age, occupation, status, atmosphere. The situation role of costume can be widely used for visualizing the psychological situation and external environments of the person on the stage. The suitable wearing of costume has functions of performing roles effectively.

윤리적 리더십이 비윤리적 친조직행동에 미치는 영향 직무열의와 조직몰입의 이중 매개효과 (The Impact of Ethical Leadership on Unethical Pro Organizational Behavior: The Dual Mediating Effect of Job Engagement and Organizational Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 윤리적 리더십이 갖고 있는 양면성에 초점을 맞추어, 리더의 윤리적 리더십이 직무열의, 조직몰입, 비윤리적 친-조직행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 직무열의와 조직몰입의 이중 매개효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 565부의 설문지를 활용하여 연구를 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리더의 윤리적 리더십은 비윤리적 친-조직행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무열의는 리더의 윤리적 리더십과 비윤리적 친-조직행동의 관계에서 매개역할을 하지 않았으나, 조직몰입은 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 리더의 윤리적 리더십과 비윤리적 친-조직행동의 관계에서 직무열의와 조직몰입은 이중 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 시사점은 다음과 같다. 본 연구는 윤리적 리더십이 항상 긍정적인 효과만을 발휘하는 것은 아니며, 비윤리적 행동과의 관계성을 규명했다는 데 의의가 있다. 또한 조직 내 구성원의 인지, 정서, 태도, 행동의 과정을 살펴보고, 다시 한 번 정서사건이론의 패턴을 확인할 수 있었다. 나아가 이러한 행동패턴이 사회교환이론에 의해 규명되어진다는 점을 밝히는데 이론적 함의를 찾을 수 있다. 실무적 시사점은 조직차원에서 이러한 부정적인 영향 및 가능성을 미연에 방지하고 나아가 사회적 차원에서 조직성과를 제고하는 동시에 윤리적 기준을 준수할 수 있는 조직문화 및 환경을 조성할 수 있도록 적극적인 노력이 필요하다는 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

  • It is quite sure that e-commerce through internet has significant impacts on consumer behavior and marketing activities as well. In this context, the concept of 'Internet Community' has been emerged and highlighted in consumer marketing. Internet community means social relationships and linkages which can be established through continuous and iterative internet-mediated communications among people with homogeneous interests and concerns. It has been a current trend to exchange product information among consumers by forming internet communities, which would affect sales performance directly or indirectly. It, therefore, is necessary to study the community's behavior and its impact on its marketing performance. The Effect of manager's Communication Type on Organizational Culture and Innovative Behavior

  • This study confirmed the effect of manager's communication type perceived by organizational members on innovative behavior and the mediating effect of organizational culture. In other words, the manager's communication type was statistically positive for organizational members' innovation behavior (Hypothesis 1) and organizational culture (Hypothesis 2). Organizational culture improved innovative behavior of organizational members (Hypothesis 3). In addition, organizational culture played a mediating role between the manager's communication type and organizational members' innovative behavior (Hypothesis 4). In other words, the importance of improving the innovative behavior of organizational members, which is a key factor for advancing organizational sustainability management, was confirmed. It was confirmed that the manager's communication type and organizational culture act as a key factor for the advancement of innovative behavior. Therefore, executives and managers confirmed the importance of systematic managers' communication-type competency development and organizational culture revitalization plans and the necessity of implementing them in order to improve innovative behavior.

서울지역 일부 보건소 공무원의 지각된 건강상태와 건강행동과의 관련성 -Pender의 건강증진모델을 이용하여- (A Study on Factors Affecting Public Health Center Workforce for Health Behavior based on Pender's Health Promotion Model)

  • Objectives: Recently, the rate of death by chronic disease, is increasing steadily. To prevent this, the public health center will have taken a leading role in the local community medical business through an establish to the national health promotion act and an amendment to the law of public health center in Korea. Results: Accordingly this research, using the Pender's health promotion model which is related with subject health behavior who government employees serve at the public health center have taken important position in the local community health promotion, have comprehended the actual condition of health behavior. For increasing the health behavior practice of subject to comprehend the factor which have effect on health behavior practice, which can be a correct role model in the local community health promotion. A survey was performed on 406 government employees who serve at five public health centers in Seoul. The period of survey was from 25th October, 2010 to 15th November, 2010. The results of this study were summarized as below. 1. Work-related stress, perceptible beneficial obstacle, and self-efficacy were composed by 5 points measure. The results show those work-related stress were $3.06{\pm}0.469$, 74perceptible beneficial obstacle were $3.74{\pm}0.471$, and self-efficacy were $3.49{\pm}0.469$. 2. As for the health behavior by general characteristic, the results have specific differences on age, education level, state of marriage, rank of the position, field of the occupation and employment forms in statics analysis. 3. As for the past health behavior by health behavior characteristic, work-related stress have specific differences on the past frequency of drinking (p<.05) in statics analysis, perceptible beneficial obstacle have specific differences on the past frequency of having breakfast(p<.05), having snacks(p<.05) and doing exercise(p<.05) in statics analysis. Self-efficacy have specific difference on the past frequency drinking(p<.01) in statics analysis. 4. According to the correlation between the factors related with health behavior and health behavior, the health behavior have specific differences on perceptible health condition(p<.01), the past health behavior and perceptible beneficial obstacle(p<.05). Work-related stress and self-efficacy don't have specific relation in health behavior practice. 5. The factors, which effect on health behavior practice have specific differences on the past health behavior, employment forms and field of the occupations. The ability of explanation occupied 54.8% what explained of the health behavior practice by general characteristic, perceptible health condition, employment forms and perceptible beneficial obstacle. Conclusions: According to the correlation between the factors related with health behavior, the health behavior have specific differences on perceptible health condition(p<.01), the past health behavior and perceptible beneficial obstacle(p<.05). The factors, which effect on health behavior practice have specific differences on the past health behavior, employment forms and field of the occupations.
