The main purpose of the study is to analyze the features of innovation and project management in the system of improving the performance of personnel as a factor in ensuring competitiveness and investment security. For the successful operation of enterprises, regardless of their form of ownership and field of activity, in order to carry out effective activities, they turn to innovative methods related to the formation of the potential of the workforce, and increasing the level of education and qualifications of staff and establishing their potential ability to make independent decisions. Based on the results of the study, the key features of innovation and project management in the system of improving the performance of personnel as a factor in ensuring competitiveness and investment security are characterized.

The Post-Construction Evaluation and Management System has been operated over the past 20 years not only to analyze the performance of large-scale construction projects, and but also to provide useful reference data for future similar projects. Although the Post-Construction Evaluation and Management Center has been legally designated and operated since 2020, various problems have been occurring in the operation of the system. Accordingly, this study proposes strategies for facilitating Post-Construction Evaluation and Management System in terms of the following three aspects: (1) improving the implementation rate of post-construction evaluation; (2) improving the information management system related to post-construction evaluation; (3) improving the utilization of post-construction evaluation outcomes. Based on the results of this study, a specific action plan will be prepared, which is expected to contribute to the efficiency of construction project performance management in the future.

Improving energy efficiency is the important thing of energy saving strategies that was shown up result of IEA meeting and the G8 Summit. Energy audit was started in 2006 that Korea government policy for improving energy efficiency. Who used over 2,000toe/yr(tons of oil equivalent per year) energy consumption has to perform energy audit program of obligation every five years with auditing company. HANMI C&E as a company authorized by Government has diagnosed various type building. This case studies are chosen to best practices by KEMCO. This studies present efficient recommendation methods for improving system performance.

In recommender systems based on collaborative filtering, measuring similarity is very critical for determining the range of recommenders. Data sparsity problem is fundamental in collaborative filtering systems, which is partly solved by Jaccard coefficient combined with traditional similarity measures. This study proposes a new coefficient for improving performance of Jaccard coefficient by compensating for its drawbacks. We conducted experiments using datasets of various characteristics for performance analysis. As a result of comparison between the proposed and the similarity metric of Pearson correlation widely used up to date, it is found that the two metrics yielded competitive performance on a dense dataset while the proposed showed much better performance on a sparser dataset. Also, the result of comparing the proposed with Jaccard coefficient showed that the proposed yielded far better performance as the dataset is denser. Overall, the proposed coefficient demonstrated the best prediction and recommendation performance among the experimented metrics.

These days, the application of electronic power transformers (EPTs) is expanding in place of ordinary power transformers. These transformers can transmit power via three or four wire converters. Their dynamic performance is extremely important, due to their complex structure. In this paper, a new method is proposed for improving the dynamic performance of distribution electronic power transformers (DEPT) by using sliding mode control (SMC). Hence, to express the dynamic characteristics of a system, different factors such as the voltage unbalance, voltage sag, voltage harmonics and voltage flicker in the system primary side are considered. The four controlling aims of the improvement in dynamic performance include: 1) maintaining the input currents so that they are in sinusoidal form and in phase with the input voltages so they have a unity power factor, 2) keeping the dc-link voltage within the reference amount, 3) keeping the output voltages at a fixed amount and 4) keeping the output voltages in sinusoidal and symmetrical forms. Simulation results indicate the potential and capability of the proposed method in improving DEPT behavior.

This research is aimed at examining the effect of the implementation of ABAS and BR on GFP with FDM as mediation. Respondent of research is 100 civil servants at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration of the Ministry of Home Affairs for the Republic of Indonesia. Data analysis is done with WarpPLS. Result of research shows that the implementation of ABAS has direct and indirect effects on GFP, and the indirect effect involves the mediation of FDM. Other result indicate that the making of proper financial decisions will help improving GFP. The effectiveness of financial decisions are able to mediate the implementation of ABAS in improve GFP. Meanwhile, BR does not affect GFP, either directly or indirectly through FDM. BR seems oriented more toward improving public service and people's welfare. This research suggests that the next research should examine whether the implementation of BR can improve governmental organizational performance in delivering public service. This research has proven that the implementation of ABAS has helped in improving the quality of FDM, while the other benefit is that this system improves GFP. Moreover, this research also gives confirmation that accounting information in good quality will be very useful in FDM.

Purpose: Gas firms often fall victim to disregarding the importance of sensitivity, thus leading to many unprecedented repercussions. To ensure that gas firms fully contribute to sustainability and ethical standards, environmental Social Governance (ESG) has been identified as the ideal framework. This study aims to investigate the impact of ESG management for improving gas firm performance. Research design, data and methodology: The prior qualitative literature analysis was to figure out adequate past research for the topic based on the major portal web databased, such as 'Google Scholar' and 'Scopus' to make sure resources' credibility. Results: Gas firms are among the pertinent organizations vis-à-vis environmental destruction issues. Gas firms emit dangerous gases such as ethane, carbon dioxide and methane that are dangerous for the people and the environment. Thus, many pro-environmental conservation stakeholders have had rallying calls for such gas firms to mitigate environmental pollution intentionally. Conclusions: This study may be used to human resources in improving employee results elsewhere. Besides, it can be of the essence in improving the relationship between such firms and society. Therefore, the study findings are of greater significance and implications to multiple parties, users and stakeholders regarding the research topic and beyond the current scope of the study.

Improving performance needs Creativity and Improving Creativity needs clear communication of work orders in technology development projects. This study empirically analyzed the effects of team efficacy and knowledge sharing on communication competence and the effects of communication competence on individual creativity and product development performance. The purpose of this study is to verify the importance of communication and personal creativity in technology development projects and to suggest ways to improve communication capabilities. A survey was conducted of participants in technology development and the relationship between variables was confirmed by the structural equation model. The results show that team efficacy and knowledge sharing had a positive effect on communication competence, and that the clear delivery and understanding of team orders were the main factors in improving individual creativity. The results of this study will contribute to improving the communication competence of participants who are required for improving individual creativity in technology development projects in which high technology is converged. In the future, we will study the effects of Communication Competence on Organizational Creativity.

This paper proposes various policies for improving the process of performance analysis on R&D expenditure of the public funds in the Korean ICT industry. In order to do so, this paper figures out the present issues relating to performance indicators, methodologies for performance evaluation, release and comparison of evaluation results, follow-up study, integrated management system for performance analysis in ICT industry. In this paper, we suggest some new policies such as consulting an expert for improving performance indicators, maintaining the pre-determined performance indicators, introducing the qualitative performance indicators for measuring effectiveness, adopting the new methodologies reflecting R&D characteristics, introducing the new performance index for comparing annual performance, requiring follow-up study for major ICT R&D, introducing the independent and temporary organization for R&D performance analysis in ICT industry. In conclusion, these new policies will raise effectiveness and efficiency of the government R&D expenditure in ICT industry as well as strengthen the industry competitiveness.
