Purpose - The purpose of this study is to expand the taxpayer's rights protections, which are covered in the previous studies, and to suggest ways to increase tax inspection efficiency as a way to induce fidelity reporting under the final tax return system and to lower tax compliance costs. Design/methodology/approach - The tax audit is a necessary system for the taxpayer to induce self-reporting in a sincere manner, but it is necessary to harmonize the realization of fair taxation and the rights of taxpayers because it is likely to infringe taxpayer rights in the process. Research implications or Originality - The purpose of this study is as follows. First, the government will seek ways to improve tax investigations to strengthen the protection of taxpayers' rights by increasing the fairness and procedural transparency of the current tax investigation system, as pointed out in the National Tax Administration Reform T / F. Second, we will consider ways to enhance the effectiveness of tax audit as a means of inducing faithful tax in Korea's tax system, which assumes sincere taxpayers.

Recently domestic youth unemployment rate has increased continuously. The cause is due to construction recession. As a result, the youth unemployment rate was approximately 8.0% in 2013. In particular, graduates of civil engineers and architecture engineers are difficult to find a new job. Major construction companies also prefer new employees rather than career employees. Therefore, the employment rate of construction-related university graduates is continuing decline. Accordingly, construction and technical engineers will be aging. Therefore, this study was looking for ways to promote the overseas expansion of young construction engineers. And this research has suggested the ways which young engineers can find a new job through improving the system.

지난 세기 후반부터 학술지의 지나친 상업화 전략은 학술정보의 원활한 유통에 상당한 부담을 주어 왔다. 그래서 영미를 중심으로 오픈 액세스 운동을 비롯한 다양한 전략적 대안이 제시되고 있으나, 저작권문제가 최대의 부담요소로 작용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 학술정보의 요체에 해당하는 학회지를 중심으로 저작권 귀속현황을 분석한 다음에 3가지의 대안, 즉 저작권을 학회에 양도하는 방안, 저자가 저작권을 소유하는 방안, 저자와 학회가 저작권을 공유하는 방안의 장 단점을 분석하고 바람직한 개선방안을 제시하였다.

Analysis method using remote sensing data is one of the effective ways to research a spatial and temporal variability of the mesoscale oceanic motions. During past several decades, many researchers have been getting comprehensive results using remote sensing data with application of data fusion methods in many parts of geo-science. For this study, we took the integration and fusion of several remote sensing data, which are different data resolution, timescale and characteristics, for improving accurate analysis of variation of the Kuroshio Extension. Furthermore, we might get advanced ways to understand the variability of the Kuroshio Extension, has close relation to the spatial and temporal variation of the Kuroshio and Oyashio Current.

The organizational theory and design in future encourages us to bring a fluid perspective to the problems and challenges face. Organizational structure, strategy, management style, teamwork, organizational change, and even products and services can be vitalized and re-formed through creative images that allow us to act in new ways. Leaders and educators sat all levels must gain comfort in dealing with the insights and implications of diverse perspectives. In a leadership paradigm in action, leaders and educators who have more flexibility and willingness to create a learning organization are successful in improving productivity and student empowerment. The key element to organizational structure and changes for interior design education becomes communications. Finally, we need to recognize that despite its roots in mechanistic thinking, organization is a creative process of imagination. We organize as we imagine, and it is always possible to imagine in new ways.

Remarkably improvements have occurred recently in the maintenance management of physical assets and productive systems, so that less wastages of energy and resources occur. The technology of maintenance is about finding and applying cost-effective ways of avoiding or overcoming performance deterioration. Maintenance is thus a vital support function in business, especially as increasingly large investments are being required in physical assets. TPM(Total Productive Maintenance) focuses on optimizing planning scheduling. Availability, performance and quality rate are other factors that affect productivity. Especially there are some losses that affect the overall equipment effectiveness(OEE). These losses lead to low values of OEE, which provides an indication of how effective the production precess is. This study explores the ways in which Korean small and medium manufacturing industries can improve OEE.

At the beginning of 1990s, in the on of ways improving tyong he structure of comunity in the agri cultural country. A creation of Munhwa-Maule has been begun. It has been performed for Center village of Munhwa-Maule, and worked in order to improve the creation budiness for Munhwa-Maule was starte d for the qualitative rasing of the people life in the agricultural zone. Through this study : utilization of residence between a farming family and a non-farmig family, I made an analysis about problem with finding out the whole of the village, but the condition of using house com es to the end. The construction industry is an industry in which skilled construction workers should be secured and trained because of the quality and productivity of buildings, but the negative image makes it difficult to supply and demand skilled construction workers. In response, this study derived the factors influencing the intention of transferring construction workers to other occupations and investigated ways to improve the prevention of leaving other occupations by age of construction workers. The factors influencing the turnover of construction workers have also been derived, and work overload, salary, workplace stability, and employment competitiveness have a significant impact on the intention of new employees to change jobs. According to a survey on ways to improve the prevention of leaving other jobs, those in their 20s and 30s are "improving working conditions, such as providing holidays, paying overtime, compliance with working hours," and those in their 50s and 60s.

This paper designed and developed internet based competency developing system for small IT (Information & Technology) companies. The purpose of this system was to provide career development opportunities to small IT business workers for their longstanding employment and self-improvement job skills. This study analyzed job competencies based on job descriptions from two IT companies. The survey was conducted to analyze employees' self-assessed current job competency level and effective ways of improving their current level of competencies. From the results of survey, most of subjects indicated their job competencies were in between mid-level to low level, and they required the need of training programs to improve their job knowledge and experience. Based on the interview from field experts about job competency development, this study designed and developed the internet based competency development system to provide effective and efficient way of improving job competencies and needed training programs for small IT business employees.
