In the SW industry, the diversification of global markets and technology trends are changing due to the emergence of new services, and IT companies are in need of strategic change different from the previous one. In this study, SWOT analysis was performed by extracting the internal environmental factors and external environmental factors through the previous studies to improve the project performance competence of small IT companies, and the SWOT Matrix was reconstructed through the pairwise comparison. Based on this, the purpose of this research was to propose the project performance competency improvement plans for small IT companies based on importance and priority, and the following four strategies were derived from the result of SWOT-AHP analysis. SO strategy was drawn in direction to invest R & D in new SW industry to enhance technology competitiveness of SMEs in order to develop SMEs, and in order to secure competitiveness of SW industry, WO strategy is drawn the cultivation of professional technical manpower through SW policy. ST Strategy presented technical management through SW system improvement policy to improve SW environment, and WT Strategy presented awareness training on the construction and necessity of project management system construction. Using the strategies presented in this study, it is expected that the managers of small IT firms will be presented as references to measure the performance competence factors of current organizations and company organizations.

본 논문에서는 이벤트구동 게이트수준 타이밍 시뮬레이션의 성능 향상 및 디버깅 효율성 크게 높일 수 있는 공간적 부분시뮬레이션 전략이 적용된 효율적인 예측기반 병렬 시뮬레이션 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 병렬 이벤트구동 로컬시뮬레이션들의 입력값과 출력값에 대한 빠르면서도 정확한 예측을 달성하기 위해서, 공간적 부분시뮬레이션 전략을 추상화 상위수준 시뮬레이션에 적용하여 정확한 예측 데이터를 빠르고 즉각적으로 생성해낸다. 공간적 부분시뮬레이션 전략이 적용된 예측기반 병렬 게이트수준 타이밍 시뮬레이션은 성능 평가를 위하여 사용된 6개의 벤치마크 설계들에 대하여 제일 일반적인 순차 이벤트구동 게이트수준 타이밍 시뮬레이션에 비하여 평균 약 3.7배, 상용화된 멀티코어 기반의 병렬 이벤트구동 게이트수준 타이밍 시뮬레이션에 비해서는 평균 9.7배, 그리고 기존의 가장 우수한 예측기반 병렬 이벤트구동 게이트 수준 타이밍 시뮬레이션 결과에 비해서도 평균 2.7배의 시뮬레이션 성능이 향상됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

This paper proposes strategy development to improve the management of Multicultural Family Support Centers by analyzing four Multicultural Family Support Centers (MFSCs) in Chungcheongnam-do. The research was conducted from September 2012 to January 2013. Future directions for the four MFSCs are established based on a SWOT analysis on both the internal and external environments of the centers. Various strategic directions for the four MFSCs were identified based on these analyses. For center A (urban type, college contract type), the strategic directions included the specialization strategy, systemization strategy, empowerment strategy, standardization strategy, and achievement maximization strategy. The strategic directions for center B (urban-rural combined type, social welfare center contract type) included the improvement of multiculture awareness, specialization strategy, human resource development strategy, and networking strategy. For center C (farming and fishing community type, direct management type by local authority), the strategic directions included the specialization strategy, activation strategy, qualification strategy, and networking strategy. For center D (farming and fishing community type, social welfare center contract type), the strategic directions included the specialization strategy, business standardization strategy, human resource development strategy, and network expansion strategy. The suggested management strategy development for the four MFSCs can provide implications for the management of MFSCs in other areas in Korea.

고객의 중요성이 지속적으로 증대됨에 따라 조직 구조를 고객 중심 구조로 전환해야 한다는 요구가 증대되고 있다. 건설업은 제조업과는 달리 비 반복적이고 비표준화의 업무특성을 가지고 있으므로 하나의 건축물을 완성하기 위하여 다양한 자재, 인력, 기술, 장비 등을 투입하여 복합적인 업무를 수행하게 된다. 따라서 이러한 업무를 추진하는데 있어서 예기치 못했던 상황들은 쉽게 발생하기 마련이다. 본 연구의 목적은 비용 관리 및 브랜드 관리를 통하여 공동주택 상품의 고객서비스를 개선하기 위한 전략을 연구하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 공동주택을 중심으로 고객서비스 및 경영전략에 대한 경영학적 정의와 개념을 정리하고, 문제점 분석을 위하여 주택 입주 고객과 전문가집단을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한다. 또한 국내 주요 건설 회사들의 외부 환경 및 내부 역량을 분석하고, 고객서비스의 시장상황을 반영하여 SWOT 분석을 실행한다. 이를 통하여 기간별 전략 추진계획을 세우며, 전략추진 경영자원을 분석하여 전략의 성과를 예측한다.

In this study, the effects of metacognitive teaching strategy on the students' scientific inquiry ability and scientific attitude were investigated. For the study, two classes of fourth grade from an elementary school in Busan were chosen. Each class was assigned to the experimental group which metacognitive teaching strategy was applied to and the comparative group that traditional teaching method was applied to. The tests of scientific inquiry ability and scientific attitude were administered before and after the instruction period. The results of this study were as follows. There were significant differences between the experimental group and comparative group in scientific inquiry ability and scientific attitude. It was concluded that metacognitive teaching strategy was more effective in the improvement of students' scientific inquiry ability and scientific attitude.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate if companies' efforts of environmental management practices have positive effect on the companies' performance in the first stage of study. In the second stage, we tried to confirm whether the degree of companies' making efforts on cost leadership strategy and quality leadership strategy function as moderate variable on relationship between environmental management practices and performance. Methods: The collected data through survey were analysed using multiple regression model in the first stage of the study and moderate regression model in the second. Results: The results of this study are as follows; environmental management practices have positive effect on corporate performance. Moreover, much effort on quality leadership strategy has limited significant moderate effect on relationship between environmental management practices and performance, while much effort by companies on cost leadership strategy does not have significant moderate effect on the relationship between the two variables. Conclusion: Manufacturing and services companies in Korea need to make effort for environmental management practices to improve corporate performance. Moreover, if that efforts are combined with quality leadership strategy, they can expect synergy effect with environmental management practices for performance improvement.
